Every single time I call on Hector for tire services, I again realize why! This man provides great service in a VERY timely manner. Did I mention that he will literally come to your house and install 4 new tires on your vehicle while you are at work? Top notch service for sure!

Great service and affordable. I had to call to have them come change my flat and bring me a new tire. Then a couple days later another tire was low and they came right back out and fixed a nail in my tire. I will always use them and recommend anyone to them.

I had a tire blowout on my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV, which requires a tire that is not commonly stocked. I left a message with Independent Tire and Mobile Service and they called right back within 5 minutes. The dispatcher said the tire technician would be there in 45 minutes. He was exactly on time and promptly replaced my tire with a brand new one. Likewise I was impressed by the professional service. I would call them again and recommend them as well.

The gentlemen here were extremely helpful and quick. Had a flat tire and pep boys turned me down. The main guy who answered my call (can’t remember his name) answered all my questions and gave no run around or bs. The other guy who graciously came out at 9pm to change the tire was quick and efficient and kind. No overcharging bs and reasonable fees for it being an emergency. High recommend if in a pinch!

Called to have a plug put in, told me he’d be sending a guy out, called back 45 minutes later and he BLOCKED MY CALL, didn’t tell me they couldn’t come help me, just blocked my number, called from a different line and it magically rang.

These people were so kind and so helpful to me and my husband this morning! I was heading to work and blew out both my tires on the right side of my vehicle and it was around 6am and they were my only hope being open 24/7 and most tire shops don’t open until 8am so I’m so thankful they were able to come fix my tires in a short amount of time for an affordable price. Thank you Hector and the rest of the team!

Lifesaver!!!! Traveling back home 3 hours…when I came out to my car, my tire was totally flat. Went to 3 other “commercial tire stores”, they all turned me away. Called here and met him at the shop in 10 minutes, will 100% reccomend to everyone. Don’t make the same mistake I did and expect one of those other places to take care of you! Super happy 🙂

This place is awesome! I am from west Texas and I ended up puncturing my tire on I-30. I called them and they came to me on the side of the road in a very timely manner. They were able to fix my tire and patch it on the spot! The man who came stated that if he was not able to fix it, he would take my tire to Discount Tire where I purchased it to see if they have a tire in stock. I was shocked that he would go to that length! I would call them every time I have an issue if I broke down in the Ft. Worth area. Thank you again for your time and patience with me!!!

I was told my tire was on it's last leg so I messaged for a good used tire. They were able to locate one in the size I asked for and brought it out within a hour. I gave the wrong information, so the tech was not able to put it on, but he checked out all of the tires pressure and wear, and assured me I was good for a few more miles. He was very honest and up front with me and did not charge for his time. As a woman so ofter car people take advantage of my lack of knoweldge. The tech was very up front with me and honest. I am greatful for the amazing service and integrity. I will be making a call again soon to purchase a full set from these guys.

Incredibly grateful for Independent Tire! Had to leave my suv deserted at my work place due to the nasty flat.. I had no spare and one of the lugs gave me such a hard time so was unable to take the tire off. Contacted this service and I immediately received a response. I didn’t know what to expect but next thing I knew my tire was replaced within half hour. The work done was fast and I drove home satisfied. Not all heroes wear capes. I’m telling everyone about this service!

Independent Tire and Service were amazing. We called this morning they not only brought two new tires within hours but installed them on sight. Jeremy the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt he walked me through the condition of all my tires…. I’ve always considered tread as most important I hadn’t noticed how dried out they had gotten from this brutal summer we had in Texas. I’ll recommend them always.

My tire had a nail in it and I drove across the street to this shop (kinda hard to spot because their garage is in the back). As soon as I pulled up they acknowledged me and asked me how they could help even though they were busy working on another vehicle. I told them I had a nail in my tire and they asked me to park on the other side of the truck. They didn’t try to push their tire sales although they could have because they do have tires in their shop. They immediately took care of my tire, patched it up within less than 2 minutes. They finished and wished me a good day! God is good- bless all these workers and tire shop for their outstanding customer service!!
