The front desk sweetheart named Rhi is amazing. The communication she provided and making sure I was a priority in the busy schedule they have didn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate the kindness and the concern she showed with my car situation. She was the communicator between the dealership and me and making sure everything was handled. RHIANNA…. I appreciate you. You made my “bad car buying experience” so much better with your kindness. ❤️

Three weeks ago I took my vehicle in to get the wheel hub looked up. The service tech said that it was bad. However, the part is covered under the warranty that I purchased from Indy Auto Man when I purchase the vehicle back in May. I have been calling and leaving messages with no return. So for three weeks now I haven't been driving my vehicle waiting to hear back about covering replacing the part. I'm ready to just do the work myself. Update. Called multiple times today and left a message. Finally reached someone around 4pm who said that she remembers me coming by and apologized for no one reaching back out to me. She said that she will look into it and call me back before 6pm and didn't call me back.

Amazing repair center with the absolute friendliest staff! My wife and I were driving across the country and had the skid plate break off the bottom of our car and dragging on the ground. We called ahead and Amy assured us we would be able to get help when we arrived in an hour. We got there and our car was taken back immediately, less than 40 minutes later we were back on the road with the busted plate gone and a hanging cable secured! Amy was a huge help to us and definitely saved us from dragging that part across the rest of I-70 and possibly causing a larger issue. We highly recommend visiting Indy Auto Man for any car repair needs you have!

I found myself in a huge bind last week. I had my busiest day of the week. On the way to my first appointment, I got off the interstate, stopped at the light, and tried to go. Suddenly, my car felt like the transmission fell out of the bottom. The car would not move and was making a strange, grinding noise. I called my friend, Victor, owner of Indy Auto Man. I live in Fishers and I was down on his turf. Victor connected me with Matt at the service center and Matt connected me to a towing company. The tow company told me that it may be two hours before a truck would come out. The man arrived in ten minutes. When we got to IAM, Matt was ready for me. His mechanic went right out to my car. He came back in and said to the guys at the counter, "It sounds like a broken axle, can you help me push it in?" A few minutes later, Matt came back in and said, "This is best case scenario. You have a broken axle and it doesn't look like anything else is damaged. I can order one and have you on your way today." I couldn't believe it. I was already thinking through getting an Uber home and what was going to happen to my appointments for the rest of the week. I went across the street and had lunch at the diner, and about three hours later, I was back on the road. I can't thank Indy Auto Man Service Center enough for what they did. They were fast, honest, and fantastic!

This was hands down the fastest and self assuring visit I have ever had with a Dealership regarding services. The Service Advisor, Jay Lowery, had his guys replace our tracking system in our GMC Acadia and had us back on the road in under and hour. These guys know their stuff inside and out, and are extremely knowledgeable about what's wrong with the vehicle and how to get it fixed. I plan on taking our vehicle back there for anything that needs fixed. Thanks a ton Jay. -The Greens

Anthony was so helpful. He worked with my husband and I for a week trying to find our perfect vehicle. He was pleasant, patient and stayed with us late while we closed the deal. We made the trip from Winchester Kentucky and so glad we did. We will definitely return. Best selection and prices around!

I Really appreciate how Mike Dyer took the time, patience and his professionalism to ensure that my Volvo was taken care of. In today’s market you typically find many vehicle service reps who are not really good listeners or only care to complete what is deemed to be the issue as it is being directed. When you have someone to actually research and truly be In tuned to the services they provide, that’s top tier. I highly recommend Mike Dyer!!!

I bought a truck from them, Nissan Titan XD, few weeks after purchasing it the truck wasn’t driving right, I discovered that it had a broken/seized bolt that holds the lower control unit on, broken leaf spring, and a leaking brake caliper. After notifying them they were able to get it all repaired, the service team did a good job, only thing I wish was all of the issues had been found and corrected before they put it on the lot for sale.

Even if you didn’t buy a car from Indy Auto Man, you should still take your car there for any work you need done. The service advisors are up front, honest, friendly, and their communication is the best! I had my water pump and some other things replaced on my 2015 VW Golf. They were giving me constant updates on what parts they were waiting on and when they would be able to have it done. I really appreciate them not leaving me in the dark like most shops do. I also had my 2015 Honda Civic get the radiator and condenser replaced. The technicians who worked on my vehicles were extremely knowledgeable in their work and they take pride in what they do. I am extremely grateful that I chose to have my vehicles serviced by them and I will definitely bring my cars back there for any other repairs I need in the future. Thanks Indy Auto Man!

This is the most fair and honest place I've ever taken my car. I have been here twice and both times I had a great experience. I will recommend everyone I know to them and continue to take my car and if needed my wife's car here to be taken care of. I hope this relationship never changes.
