The level of customer service was not what I expected from Infiniti. I had an appointment that apparently depended on the weather, to which I was never advised when the appointment was made. Nor did the service dept. call me to reschedule. I drove 30 min. and altered my work schedule and was told they can't do it upon arrival. Initially when I entered service no one greeted me, they just walked right by as if I wasn't there. Finally, someone approached and said what are you hear for, still no hello. He continues to question me about my appointment, so I directed him to the appt notes. The manager tried to assist, however she decided to tell me all the reason why this happened instead of taking accountability and fixing the situation. She did offer me a loaner after all the back and forth I chose not to proceed as at that point I was done with the entire situation. Not sure I will do business with Infiniti again, as I expect more since I pay what I pay for the car note!

In the Service Department We Lost a GREAT TEAM!!! Get ready people for very Robotic Customer service they don’t care @ all!! We Lost Ricky:(, Kim:(, Shawndi:(, Alan:( They were so Honest and Truly cared about their customers and their concerns and needs they would tell you the TRUTH of what you needed ,Not just charge you to get your Money they always treated you SPECIAL they helped and checked on you would go the extra 1000 miles for you Oscar is Great, so is Camile that's all we have left INFINITI OF SAN ANTONIO IS GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! INFINITI REALLY NEEDS TO GET THEM BACK Corporate isn't doing something for all of them to leave!!This is my 1st time with very poor customer service the new service manager Jeremy was very non chalant he was too busy showing off his Family to all of his coworkers Not friendly @all, Colby doesn't seem to be concerned about his customers@ all. The new TEAM I waited for 3 hours just for an Inspection I had to keep asking when they were going to take my car down, they never checked on me waiting all of that time they weren’t busy just didn’t give a damn, I could have gotten an Inspection anywhere, but I Like my dealership. I have been going here since 2016. Not sure if I will be going back. And if I do it's because of Oscar on the drive up always make you feel special knows me by name the same with Camile and Samantha. I Emailed the General Manager Anthony Cooper and I haven't heard a word back? That tells me It isn't of big enough concern as a courtesy to me to respond. Things have really changed just giving you a heads up!

Alan Artavia was great. I had a display issue and an oil change. He fixed the display right away. The oil change only took an hour. Great job, thanx! 15k service. All went great. The service advisor Kimberly Stewart went over everything due. Great job. Only took 2 hours

Bad bad. The guy on parts,say you need to order online parts Infiniti. And I tell can you match price Infiniti parts. Say no, go buy online. That is not good. Only one nice lady there, maybe is the manager. say u need help? I tell I'm ready. But the guy there no good . So I'm order my parts car. On Infiniti san Antonio Texas. Yo pienso que como dice el refrán, como te ven Te tratan, yo iva sucio lleno de grasa , el muchacho que atiende alli es como de medio oriente o de la india y yo tuve que darle el numero de parte porque el no sabia nada. Eduquenlos antes de contratarlos . Si no quieren trabajar en Infiniti parts, que no trabajen nomas dañan la compania, con trabajadores despotas. Todavia que les llevo mi dinero, y que con eso les pagan para ganarse el sustento de su familia, todavia te tratan vom si tu dinero no tuviera valor. Ellos pierden. Infiniti parts San antonio texas fueron Muy Amables y rapido me llego el brazo de control para un infinti 1994 Q45 y mas barato. Que Infiniti de Grapavine.

Kami Zayas, amazing, had technician prioritize our flat so we could be back on the road ASAP - even though they were heavily backed up. Driving to Laredo from Dallas for a family event. Flat happened late so was concerned with time. She was stellar running to get everything resolved quickly. On the road to Laredo early the next morning. Shout out to Joseph Sheard as well for the quick fix and sorting out the electronics. Very grateful for the service and attention so we can get to the destination in time to celebrate with family for the event and holidays!!!

Me parecio muy bien el apollo que tube de parte de infiniti por que mi motor se daño en menos de 65k millas y me lo remplazaron sin ningun costo Pero por parte de el tecnico de el aire acondicionado me fue mal mi a/c trabajava perfecto antes de que me reemplasaran el motor y ahora no funciona bien

Went in for an oil change special and state inspection. 2 hours and wouldn't pass inspection without $150+ wipers that "streaked". Bologna. I won't be back.

Tanner is awesome! I lost my key and he got me in same day! It was a stressful day and he made it better with his customer service! Plus they washed my car what a great surprise on what was a bad day for me!!
