Thank you, Mr. Stroup, I have 2 cars that both need tires and I DEFINITELY do not want to be cussed at by the owner of some business where I pay for their services - I would like to hear his side of the story, but something tells me I probably never will...

I purchased a set of tires for my 02 tundra from a man on fbook...he is friends with the people running this shop so I agreed to meet there and purchase my tires..also included in my purchase of the tires were mount and balance of all four tires..after completing everything I left happy with the purchase but after a few miles I noticed a really bad vibration..so I stopped a a local truck stop to take a look..all 6 lugs on my rear driver side were almost off..and I checked the tires with my tire gauge every tire had 70 psi in them..the tires are 245/75/16..and should never have that much air in them..they had 70 in all 4..also I noticed my sway bar link was broke off..i assume from the vibration ..I will never ever go back to this shop..they have no idea what there doing..and over inflating tires to that extent is very dangerous..if you use this shop. Double check everything..

Super friendly and caring! Walmart wouldn’t helps me because they closed in 30 minutes but they helped me here knowing I was from out of town!! They went above and beyond! Forever greatful!
