I arrived 11 minutes early and was greeted promptly by service technician Mark Schwing. He confirmed the work order giving a quote for the oil change, mentioning also the NEW pre-paid budget friendly 3 service bundle. Okay. He researched and quickly returned stating the pre-paid service already existed in my purchase contract. I received a link to a live video of my vehicle inspection. Mr. Schwing returned and encouraged me to view it. I thought about the filters but forgot to mention it. I was happy about the reminder. Without hesitation I approved the service. With the money I "saved" from having prepaid the other sèrvice it was an easy yes. I appreciate Mark Schwing, Brian Rodriguez the other guy from the other day, the service people in the garage area office. May your skill-set and knowledge be valued. Yup, you have to understand the customers point of view to be a Great Champion. I know several dealerships where I wished someone like each of you ŵere there. Thank each of you for your help. Oh! The other guy is the calm one.

Always friendly , being told when and the video is great . Clean and love the fact on this day went to have lab work and had to fast. I had a coffee and taco. Can’t beat that. Clean and I enjoyed it. You can’t beat that special of the 3?oil changes they offer.

Brian was amazing! Friendly and professional Got my car in and out in about an hour. Had a 1:00pm appointment to test my battery and got it replaced and I was on my way! The cashier is amazing too! I don't remember her name but she would always have pretty nail polish! Thanks IPAC Mazda!

Excellent customer service and also always kept me up to date on vehicle status. Will recommend IPAC to anyone i know. Also Julian in there sales department is great. Just bought 2 cars from him in the last 2 months

The service experience was average. Arrived for an oil change service that lasted 2 hours with an appointment. Nothing exceptional to point out.

Reception team is fine but never take your vehicle here unless you want subjected to harassment. service crew things that everyone has spare cars they can just hop into, so they dont mind taking their time getting the work done. stay away from anyone named brian zero communication, zero concern, zero awareness, stay away.

Wow. I go in for an airbag computer update. I leave with a "malfunction in the LED headlight" warning light as soon as the headlights turn on . This is why everyone hates dealership service departments. High prices and bad service. In the end, I got them to resolve the issue.

Took my car in late afternoon with no appointment and the service writer got me scheduled that day and got a ride from the courtesy driver even though it was five minutes until four when he quit driving for the day. The service dept. kept me up to date on progress and sent a video of the issues. I am very pleased with the service and the honor veterans and military with a discount.
