I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the Service Center. The representative worked with me to identify a viable solution, going over each if the repair items to explain their impact. During the repair there was a discrepancy impacting the end price, and the technician went above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend this service center.

My experience was excellent. The work was performed quickly and correctly. I would gladly recommend Ingram Park Nissan for all of your Nissan needs. Gerardo was exceptional in the performance of his duties. He discovered a discrepancy with the original diagnosis of the problem. He ordered a recheck of the issues resulting with a significant reduction in our fee. Thank you so very much.

Having vehicle serviced at Ingram Park Nissan was a GREAT experience. Service dept. was expedient allowing me to meet my early commitment at Church as Santa. Really appreciated the thoroughness of the service and future service that my vehicle needs.

Beware of price gouging… none of the vehicles have prices on them… they lure you in and start making up numbers and at the end want to poke your eyes out… don’t waste your time here

Awesome service. Bis (Bismarck) was my svc rep. He did a great job of listening to me about my car and he made sure it was thoroughly evaluated. The folks in the shop identified 12 times that they recommended fixing. Obviously some were more immediate needs for road safety and others more routine. I had options, we did most of what needed to be done. I had my car in and out in 24hours and was completely satisfied, can't thank them enough for their service during a busy holiday week.

I had my oil & oil filter changed along with a tire rotation, and I provided the oil & oil filter. The oil & oil filter were from Amsoil so, the oil was synthetic & the filter are top notch (Up to 25,000 miles before next oil change) so, the oil is not black at the time when I get it changed. The vehicle only has 37,500 miles on it, and I started paying for the oil & filter at about 15,000 miles, and have been using Amsoil ever since I started buying oil and the filter the last three oil changes. I also bought a K&N washable air filter for the vehicle when I bought it brand new in August of 2021. I would have left a higher review but with the 1 hour 45 minute wait, and the asking to replace the air filter with a cheap throwaway paper air filter, I couldn't leave a review that was any higher.

I had the most awesome experience, going to Nissan auto service on Ingram/Ipac!! Moses and his crew are the max! Moses is such a wonderful down to earth person!! He takes his job very seriously! It's not the first time they have serviced my car there. I've been going to Nissan Auto Service for quite sometime already! Moses is such a kind and polite person!! Blessings!!! This is Sandra Garza Torres. I was trying to do a review on another area, but it doesn’t let me I have to use the same area so just to let y’all know that today I met with Shawn to get an oil change and some other things that his crew took care of. He was the bestest nicest easy to get along with person. One of the friendliest people that I could have ever met he’s a good person and he’s a beautiful person. The other people there were very good really good too. I was just amazed by Sean Howe such a beautiful person he could be with his customers. Moses and Ingram Park Nissan continue to provide the best dealership and or car repair experience! Professional, courteous, communications on point and honest (I requested a service I didn't need and they didn't just blindly or dishonestly charge me, how is that for honest, you're not getting that everywhere that's for sure), and fast! No up saleing, no BS, no tricks the integrity was on display. If you didn't get a chance to read my first two reviews; I am sorry but it was more of the same. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thanks Moses and Ingram Park for hiring great people and supporting them!! Absolutely brilliant!!!

My husband waited over 3 hours for an oil change. And supposedly you guys were short staff. And yet they were quick to give a full report of 7 things my car needed done asap. No receipt was provided to us either. My car was better off being service at Firestone...
