Played phone tag with the service department for almost four weeks to get an oil change on our RV and availability kept moving back due to this. Would NOT recommend as service took far too long to schedule, get done, not everything we asked for was completed, and we were late for our departure date... The front desk people are prompt and really nice though.

I had a resonating vibration in my truck right around 75mph. I suspected the driveshaft to be the culprit because of a dent it had from the last shop that replaced the u-joints. I took my driveshaft out and dropped it off here. It turns out the whole shaft was a little bent. These guys were able to straighten it out and rebalance it for $125. I picked it up the following day and reinstalled it. All the vibration is gone and its as smooth as butter at 75mph now! I am a very happy customer and would recommend these professionals to anyone!

Incredible! We were driving our motorhome from Washington to Texas when we had a fuel pump go out in south Wichita KS at 4 PM on a Wednesday. We managed to get off the road and I began calling to find one or some mobile repair service. After many failed tries, I reached Inland Truck Parts and Service. The parts guy, Jeremiah Harper, was out for lunch but they said he would call me back. He called me and used my VIN to identify exactly what pump was needed, found one and said he would bring it to me. I began to secure and remove the fuel tank, a 75 gallon monster. When Jeremiah arrived with the pump, he crawled under the rig and began helping and suggesting methods. We realized I needed a few more tools to do this so he made a list and left. An hour later he returned with a motorcycle jack and the tools I lacked and he brought his two sons, Jackson and Mason, to help. By then I had hit an impass so he just jumped in and got the pump assembly out of the tank and was able to swap out the pump on the assembly and reinstall it to the tank. I don't think I would have got past that part alone. Together we raised the tank into place (with his gorgeous motorcycle jack) and bolted it in place. His boys were busy handing us tools and cleaning up. Jeremiah and his sons stayed with me until I started it up at 1:00 AM! He never got discouraged or lost his confidence (I wish I could say the same) and was positive and cheerful the whole time. He flatly refused any payment and said he just liked to help. I swear by The Living God, I have never experienced such charity and selflessness as shown me that night. It brings me to tears just thinking about it. Thank you a thousand times. Dave Edwards.

Not good. I have spent $2000 plus at Inland for my A/C and still have hot air..Inland wants more money.

We had a PTO driveshaft bracket break coming through Wichita late on a Saturday. The drive line hit the road and destroyed the ends on 2 shafts. I called the service department and Jeremy Albin answered the phone. From there, Jeremy picked up the ball and ran with it. He made the arrangements for Mike and himself to repair my problem on Sunday. Touchdown Jeremy! In a word...Awesome! More companies need employees like Jeremy and Mike!!!

Dan, the road tech, came out and fixed my truck. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the right tools for the job (unlike the road call for exact same issue the day before). Driver was back on the road in time to make his next appointment. Good service and fair rate!

I rather burn my rig down then deal with them again. Rude, inconsiderate and Jeff in service actually hung up on me. Over priced to say the least! Take your truck elsewhere. The good reviews are most likely from paid employees because no one in Wichita has anything good to say about them.

I want to give a shout out to Jermiaha! He not only had the parts I needed he was very helpful and went out of his way to help this woman in my time of need! I was having a very hard and difficult day and it was after 8 pm and there was not a store open. I looked and drive everywhere, my wonderful husband called around as well and found Inland truck and had called and spoke with Jermiaha and he had my parts ready when I got there. The professionalism and quality of Jermiaha went above and beyond. I thank you so much for being there and helping me during my time of trouble. May GOD bless you and your family. My drive shaft dropped on me on the highway. These guys sent a driver to me to pick up my drive shaft and are doing everything they can to work with me to get back on the road as fast as possible. Very polite, and customer friendly! I am very grateful to them for their concern for my situation. I expected a next day pick up, but their technicians doubled up on the job and had both yokes cut off, and new ones welded on, new u joints, and ballanced, inside of 2 hours. Absolutely nothing short of dedication.

The great people here are better than any dealer I've ever been to.... I had my motor rebuilt at a location and had minor problems at without any question the great people here looked at the problem and fixed my problem to assure I'll never have the same issues again... they went above and way beyond what was supposed to be done and made sure I was happy by the end of the job... communication was so great and the team at thus location as well as the fort piere south Dakota location worked together and made a customer for life... even picked me up from the airport on a Sunday and cashed me out... service like this is few and far between Thanks to the team here... Dan,jeff,and ron... And thanks to Charlie from south Dakota and the regional manager for making all this possible...T.J

This place is not a place we will ever do business with nor tell anyone to come here either ever again due to we brought our 48 ft reitinoer flat bed trailer in to get a new floor on sept 14th and was told it would be done no later then Tuesday morning so Tuesday when we call on the trailer they had not even started it and said they would start it on Wednesday at 7:30am so Thursday morning we called and they still had not started it all this time we have sat not making any money while they had their finger up there butt doing nothing we came and got our trailer this company is worthless

Called for road service to correct a fuel leak. They replaced a line that was not damaged and a few hours later received a bill in excess of 1100.00 Needless to say that the problem was not even corrected! The sad reality is that this happens far too often! Instead of going out to make an honest days pay they instead see truckers as $$$$$$$ blank checks! Nothing wrong with making an honest profit on services rendered. Sadly this happens all the time and its time the shops are called out !
