I have been taking all my vehicles here for oil changes * inspections since 2020. I recommend this shop to anyone in near southside. They are friendly, efficient and very respectful to women. Another stop in to get a state Inspection. In and done 10 min. Every guy on staff there so nice and polite.

Incredibly unprofessional service! Went in for oil change only, and expressed this clearly to two separate employees, and was still charged double for a 'full service' check-up. Additionally, I have my oil filter marked and even though they charged me for changing it, when I got home it was the same marked filter I already had! I have been going to Redi Lube for years now and have never had any of these issues there. If you go to In N Out Lube just be aware that you will likely be forced to overpay for subpar service.

We've always used this place but no more. Makes me wonder that our son took his car there for oil change,he marked the oil filter because he doesn't trust people. When he got home he checked the filter and it was the same filter. So after that we won't be going back

Highly recommend. I had to get 3 vehicles inspected and the inspector, Doug, was knowledgeable and friendly. The whole staff was great and I'll be back again if and when the need arises.

Fastest oil change this side of downtown Fort Worth! These boys have taken great care of all my vehicles. I trust these guys, as such I asked Zack where he would go for cosmetic issues (power window not rolling up) and he said, “right here!” They also noticed my registration sticker was expired and asked me if I wanted to take care of that too! We can all use a little extra help sometimes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, fast work! Ask for Zach as my favorite thing about him is that he is a man of strong faith! Keep up the good work boys! Happy customer.

1st time i’ve stopped by , got an oil change, fairly priced and was satisfied with the service, in n out in about 15 mins one of my tires were low and they topped it off for me before i could even ask for them to do so 👍🏼

I love this place. They are good and fair. I'd been driving around for a few days with some noise in my car that was scaring me. I kept thinking about taking it somewhere but was afraid about getting ripped off. I've come here for many years and called and asked if they could help. They said yes and I drove down there. They told me it would be $129 to diagnose. I really didn't want to pay it, but I also thought it was worth it getting someplace I trusted to look at it and telling me what was wrong. The mechanic George, drove it around a bit and realized something had gotten logged in the pipe belt, removed it and didn't charge me anything. I came here because I have been for years and continuously been treated fair and would highly recommend.

I rate a 5 because yes,I was very satisfied with the service and the courtesy given and details explained. my car was tested for other things and I wasn't "pressured to fix them on the spot" Good service indeed

When there for an oil change and I was told that it was like $60 . When I was going to paid they ask me if it was cash or credit . I end up paying more than $80 because they charge you more than $20 if you don't have cash that's crazy!!!!

Charged for oil drain plug that was not discussed with me or showed me the bad one didn’t catch till I got home not expensive but if they do it to everyone it adds up for them.

Ladies stay away from this place! They make more money off of female customers. I brought in my truck for a routine inspection and a routine inspection turned into a $60 visit. One man said my right trail light was not working (not true). Then another man came in talking about how my windshield wipers were broken and they needed to be fixed because it wouldn't pass inspection which was another lie. My truck has always passed inspection with flying colors. Ladies stay away from this place! You have been warned. Men (especially in the automotive industry) shouldn't take advantage of a woman just to make a sale.

Went in today for an oil change, was in and out in 10 minutes on a Monday. Waiting area was cool and clean, staff was friendly. Definitely a mom and pop type of shop, no franchise gimmicks or upselling like all other places nowadays. This shop will have my service as long as I’m in Ft. Worth.

All my oil came out after coming here that same day and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was stuck! I had to push my car into a random nearby mechanic shop 20 minutes before closing. Unnecessary stress because the oil filter was put on wrong.

Disrespectful mechanics taking advantage of women and arguing with customers to the point they had to be told to go back inside by their boss after yelling at me. Very dissatisfied unless this place gets new employees that won’t have a “bad day” and act out to the customer I won’t come here again. You have been warned share your story. They fixed my car quickly, and they discovered on their own that my wiper fluid wouldn't spray and fixed that free of charge. There was also a ton of stuff on my battery and they cleaned it off for me, even though they weren't working on it. A couple of nice extras that are very helpful--thank you! Edit: Forgot to mention that every guy I told about the car repair said, "I bet you got ripped off though" and when I told them what I paid, every one of them said it was a good price. They were all SO surprised! 😂

Very professional. This was my second visit for an inspection. I had never really explored doing any repair work, but I have reconsidered this since the dealer is so expensive and my car is older now without warranty.
