I am very happy with my service at Innovo Auto! I recently bought a used 2001 that needed a lot of interior love and Innovo helped give it a fresh start and I feel so much better driving it now. It was incredibly easy to set up the appointment, it was complete in under 4 hours and Paul was communicative throughout the whole process. 5/5 Would recommend!

Paul did an excellent job detailing my car. She’s old and it showed, especially on the inside. But after Innovo’s careful treatment she literally looks brand new inside and out. Really appreciate the effort that when into it and the more than pleasant experience with Paul overall!!

I love what Paul did to my car. If I didn't know better, I'd say it wasn't mine. He took stains out of the carpeting that had been there for years, removed scratches from the paint, made it even shinier than the day I brought it home in 2007. Now I might keep this car forever. Kudos to Paul and his crew 👏

If I could give Paul and his team 10 stars, I would. I've had my car detailed a few times over the years but nothing like this. Innovo restored the exterior finish to the point that it actually looks new. I really didn't think it was possible. My car has sat outside in the elements for years so the finish was dull, the black trim was faded to a milky grey, and there were swirls and scratches all over. Now it is so glossy and pristine I barely recognized it when I picked it up. I can run my hand across the paint and it feels smooth and not pitted! The interior is gorgeous as well. Amazingly, they were able to get every grain of sand, piece of human hair and dog hair, and crumb out of the carpet, upholstery, and all the nooks and crannies - and renewed all of the trim so it too is beautiful and restored. I appreciated that they clearly spent TIME. They didn't just slap on some Armor All and call it a day, leaving it uneven and slippery - they really reconditioned everything so the leather is soft and supple but not slimy. As if all of this wasn't enough for me to return again and again, the fact that they are mobile and I could continue with my job as they worked their magic was invaluable. They keep you updated on the progress of your detail through your phone so you can estimate when it will be done without having to check in. Also, it was surprisingly easy to book an appointment on a day and at a time that worked perfectly with my schedule. Honestly, the entire experience was so seamless and satisfying and cost effective, I won't go anywhere else now.

They did a great job detailing the car and communicated transparently about pricing! They were even willing to throw in a buff for me and clearly communicated what they were/were not able to do (ex: how deep of scratches they could buff out). They also gave me in-depth advice on how to handle the deeper scratches with a paint pen and where to buy it.

I had a full interior full exterior, and then paint correction done on my black car. The results were outstanding. Their knowledge and experience with cars and detailing is also quite outstanding. Sebastian did an amazing job on my car! I have dogs and was a little embarrassed on how dirty it was and not sure how clean he could get it, but it looks incredible. Paul was very responsive and booked us an appt right away. I will definitely use them again and already referred them to my sister in law.

With months of rain and 3 young children, I needed a professional detailing. After much debating and research, I decided on Innovo Auto Detailing. They came out to me in Danville, CA and they ended up spending an extra hour, which they didn't charge me for, to really work on parts of my car which has a lot of wear. It turned out immaculate and you could tell the owner, Paul, paid a ton of attention to detail because he knew all the settings and proper cleaning material for OCD folks like myself. Paul included a wipe on ceramic coat which makes it seem like I washed it yesterday even after a few rain showers I got caught out in. I'm going to make this a quarterly visit cuz it looks amazing and has already lasted weeks. Thanks Paul and Thanks Innovo.

Definitely a PRO….. NOT one of those hacks that pulls up to your house and calls a car “wash” a “detail.” I’m a car guy for 20+ years and Paul is probably the only mobile pro-Detailer around. From his van setup to his technique and method, it all screams “pro”: From my Ferrari to my off road Honda Element, these guys can get it done!

I recently had a fantastic detailing experience for my car, deserving a 5-star review. Paul, the owner, was exceptionally attentive, providing regular updates, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. My car had significant paint swirling due to poor storage, and worse shipping but the team managed to significantly reduce the damage and then applied a ceramic coating to protect the paint. Their effort and customer service are outstanding, and the results far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The first photo shows the original damage, which is impossible to see in the rest!

I recently had my car detailed at Innovo auto detailing, and I'm thrilled with the results. The team did an outstanding job polishing the headlights, leaving them clear and noticeably brighter. I had previously paid a AAA tow truck that replaced my battery to polish the headlights, and they did a quick job by hand that really didn’t do anything, but Innovo spent a long time fully polishing with all the different levels of grit, and I can actually see the 500 logo Inside my headlight that I never knew was even there! The attention to detail on the plastic surfaces made them look brand new, enhancing the overall aesthetics and safety also. Additionally, the upholstery was meticulously cleaned, leaving it looking and feeling like new. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to give their car a rejuvenated and polished appearance.

Innovo did an amazing detailing job on my car. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable on ways to get out spots in my interior that were there when I bought the car used from a dealer. The exterior shine was impeccable and has lasted a long time. The exterior of the car looks better and shines even more than when I got it from the dealer!

Paul at Innovo Auto Detailing delivered more than he promised. I had him thoroughly clean the interior of my car. The leather looks great and the funky smells, which we verified were not coming from the cabin filter, are gone! During the same visit he polished the headlight covers to where they look almost new. And the above and beyond: he reattached a piece of front trim that has kept popping loose. I highly recommend Innovo!
