5stars alone for the man who serviced my car. I stopped here due to convenience in location and good reviews, but I had an uncomfortable experience. The man who handled my car, was professional in service and manner. He looked under the hood and told me $95(full synthetic). I overheard the younger guy who handled billing say something about $100 which was interesting, then when he came for the paperwork and payment it was such an awkward vibe, he handed me the clipboard like I was an inconvenient. It’s not a big deal but I’ve never experienced that in this setting. Beforehand, I was in a phone call with my ex and it was a bit of a messy one and I’m wondering if he overheard and decided to invite his emotions into my personal affair and mix that with business? He was just uncomfortably awkward. But all nonsense aside, I got my service done and I was out so it wasn’t a drag. Edit: originally gave this business a 1 star but added 2more stars for overall performance. Compared to other oil changers, they’re good too.

I come here because the location is convenient and the prices are reasonable. For my 210 Kia forte, a regular synthetic oil change cost $55. If I wanted full synthetic it would have cost me $80. They are fast with my oil change and they show me the clean oil on the dipstick at the end. They check the other fluid levels and refill my windshield washing fluid as well as vacuuming my air filter. I have been coming here for years and enjoy the service and experience. I was due for oil change and I was close to them. I also had a check engine light which I thought due to oil issue.I called first and the price was amazing for my specific car. I went and waited a little, then chose a higher quality oil. They showed me the oil bottle to verify the type. The engine light didn’t go off, so they took the extra step of running diagnosis and found out it was a fuel leak and likely the gas cap. Indeed, it was just that. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I've been going to them since 2001. I'm disappointed because they don't open until Monday. I will wait one more day because they're the only oil changers I want under my car and hood. They are the best!

I usually do my own oil changes but the previous owner stripped the oil pan drain bolt so I brought it to Insta Lube. First off, the entire staff was super friendly. I brought my own oil and filter and they only charged me $35 for labor, even gave me the replacement drain plug at no extra cost. It took about 20 minutes in total for the wait time and oil change. They even topped off my windshield wiper fluid and vacuumed my engine filter at no extra cost, I did not even ask for it. Since I was going to refill and change the filter myself when I got home. Overall, a great experience. If you need your oil changed, this is the place.

This place is amazing. I went for the first time today. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and work together like a well oiled machine. It really did take ten minutes. I highly recommend them!! They are reasonably priced.

It'd be 5 stars if the place we're a bit bigger. The staff can't do anything about that though. If you're coming at rush time you'll probably be stuck in the street waiting in line which can get awkward. But the service is great everyone knows what they're doing. Once you get to the front it goes by pretty quickly. They also do courtesy checks for your transmission fluid and some other things. Overall it's a nice experience.
