Insta-Lube is a quick service oil change business that focuses almost entirely on one thing - fast and friendly oil change service. We never upsell or require an appointment. You are in and out so fast, you won't be able to drink the coffee you pour in our break room!

The guys in the shop are always respectful & kind. They don't upsell. I needed a new blinker bulb installed, but they didn't have the right one. They told me if I went &thought one (at an auto parts store) they would install it for me for free. Really enjoy this place!

My oil change was fast and the employees were friendly and professional. They didn’t try to upsell me; they did spot my very dirty air filters and asked if I’d like them replaced. I didn’t feel pressured at all to accept. I’ve never had such a great oil change experience and I’ll be coming back for future oil changes!

Awesome experience. I felt like I was in good hands compared to the other instant oil change places around town. Will be taking all my vehicles here when I don’t have time to do them myself.

My husband and I were traveling to Omaha from Des Moines when our skid plate came loose at 80mph. It was dragging and loud and we had no tools with us to remove it or secure it. I called the Honda dealership in Omaha and they said we’d need an appointment. Called another oil change place nearby and was told they only do oil changes and couldn’t help us. When I called Insta-Lube the guy was incredibly nice on the phone and said they’d be open til 5 and be happy to help me. We arrived, got pulled in and had the very mangled skid plate removed in probably five minutes. All three employees were so kind and they didn’t even charge me! It could’ve been an opportunity for them to take advantage of someone from out of town, desperate for help on a Saturday and instead they just helped me out without a second thought. Five star customer service! Omaha is lucky to have them.

Very disappointed, they had done the oil change previously upon return they claimed the oil pan bolt was stripped and not their fault even thought they are the only ones who had done service for it. Taking my business elsewhere you should too.
