Do not use Jose and his crew, went in for a tune up and though my spark plug were the wrong size he gave me back my car with a broken spark plug and also unplugged sensors. Do not use them if you care about your car or life.

Jose met me in the office, and Ethan worked on my car. The gentlemen that work here were very kind, and got the job done exactly how it should be. Their lot was packed full of cars, but mine was still fixed in a day. No complaints from them about working on a 6 cylinder Volvo with very limited working room. My car is modified as well, and they had no problem working on it. Their labor rate is lower than the chain shops, but it's not so low that it would cause any distrust. They are proud of their work, and are willing to explain the issues in detail to the customer. There is no app or robot you have to deal with, it is just human to human communication. Thanks guys for your work. The Volvo drives great now!

I was referred to this establishment by a friend who highly recommended their services & I have been a regular customer for the past three years, relying on them for all my mechanical issues. Their service is prompt, the staff is trustworthy, and the pricing is fair. Finding a reliable place for my BMW was challenging, but this company has consistently earned my trust.

Bottom of the inspection bill says max $30, charged $40 with a window tint fee. Sure don't have tinted windows. See also last year's inspection, no fee for windows. Like, it's ten bucks, yeah. And it was completed in just under an hour, so that's good. Was the window fee really a you just showed up without calling first fee 😆 it's fine if it is, I get it!

I tried Integrity Auto after finding out that my previous Mechanic at 123 Auto Repair (AKA They show Alpina Auto Parts on receipts) located at 528 E Charles St, Matthews, NC 28105 had not only been misleading me about my car issues, but they were also sabotaging my car to gain more money. Team Integrity have been polite, honest, and the prices have been reasonable. Highly recommend.

Integrity Auto came highly recommended by my neighbor and I had a positive experience. They were friendly and easy to talk to about the maintenance and repairs needed on my truck, even for me- and I don’t know that much about vehicle repairs. I called a few times with different questions and they always answered the phone (I called during business hours.) I had several repairs/regular maintenance needed and they had my truck in and out in the same day. I recommend and will return for future repairs/needs.

My 2007 Chevy Avalanche had a bad lifter, Jose suggested he rebuild the engine with an Electronic lifter delete kit!! Perfect outcome, and sounds great! I hope to get more than 200k miles on this engine! They're my go-to mechanics from now on!! Gracias Jose

Had vehicle towed in from both tires blown out from hitting a ditch. Jose had excellent communication about what was wrong and the completion of the vehicle. Would recommend this shop to family and friends.

I've seen negative reviews to include racism homophobia lying purposely over pricing parts and services. All I can say that as a very obviously biracial not so feminine female with a hard-core northern accent that had my car towed to Integrity out of nowhere when the starter went on my car leaving me stranded at dunkin donuts I experienced none of those issues. What I did experience was fast respectful and reasonable service that fixed my issue and respected my wished regarding how I wished to proceed with the recommended work needed to get me back on the road. I have a newer car that is certainly up there with some of the nicer cars on the road and still not a hint of anyone trying to get over. Glen way always friendly through in his explanation of what was happening with my car step by step and very patient. I'm glad that I decided to give the a shot regardless of the few negative reviews. Seems I now have a local mechanic. It is also worth noting my car was returned in the same condition they got it and even better since they actually got me back on the road.

Jose and his team always do an excellent job helping me with anything I need done with my car! I had a deer run into my car, causing some damage in the front. He fixed it for a good price and it looks and runs great. Now he does all my inspections, repairs and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I am so happy I found a shop where I feel comfortable and confident that my car is in good hands.

Some places make it real hard for females this is why most females always come with a man for there car , the one man was actually really nice to me and I guess he turned to the boss and he had an attitude ! I understand you’re busy I didn’t know . But please be nice and let people know even when you feel like you’re not being “rude” even some of the critical reviews it’s always a negative response in return !

This is my go to shop. I have been going to Jose since before he expanded the business. Very honest. He will show you the default on the vehicle and not make things up to just get your money. Highly recommend you to visit and give them a chance. You will not regret it.

I just moved to Charlotte and had some issues with my car right when I got down here. I saw the many good reviews of this shop, and so I went here. Honestly it was such a great choice! The reviews did live up to the quality of care. Jose especially was very helpful with the problem I was experiencing with my brakes and took the time to explain to me how the system works. Everyone at this location is very kind, and the prices are great!
