Integrity is good quality work at a fair price. Intergrity is not taking advantage of customers who don’t understand car “stuff” Integrity is open honest communication with customers. Rodolfo always takes the time, even when he’s busy, to explain the diagnosis of my vehicle. He truly wants me to understand the work that needs to be done. He’s definitely not looking to make a quick/easy buck like many auto repair shops. I would highly recommend Rodolfo/Integrity Automotive to anyone who wants good quality work at a fair price. Integrity Automotive definitely lives up to their name!

Great automotive repair shop. My car was taken to Westside automotive in Jacksonville. Repair shop told me my rear end was gonna fall apart. They wanted $3000 for parts plus labor. Carlos pick my car up with flat bed at 8 pm that evening. My car was repaired by 4 pm next day. It was a bracket. Repair cost including tow was not even a 1/4 of the price. 528.00. I got to start my new job. This repair shop with Carlos and Joseph did not try to take advantage of a woman. Westside auto got their review lmbo. Integrity automotive you rock. Woman go here they will take care off you without racking you over the coal. This world truly does need more businesses like this 1…. I now have a peace of mind and a mechanic I can trust.

Randy is always responsive even when he's not at the shop. Rodolfo is absolutely the best. Most of the time he can diagnose my issue over the phone and tell me the best course of action. If I bring my car to the shop they have a quote done ASAP, that's fair, and not over charging for things I don't need. Work is executed in a timely and professional manner. Simply the best around.

Had a business dealing with them recently. While at first I felt they were dishonest attempting to fraud me, I know that is not the case. I wish them well, and based on the name of the business I only can hope that who ever deals with acquiring their parts has integrity...because it didn't feel like it in the beginning. When you deal with enough customers, you know right away who means ill will. Would I recommend doing business with them in terms of supplying them?...I could not recommend at this time. Sorry this is not (Bogus). Just an honest review, dealt with your store and how they handled a recent business interaction felt dishonest. What you do in this life is on you and your business's character, that's all. :)

We had taken my daughters new/used vehicle to mechanics shop. Rodolfo has been to our needs. We have had several different issues with her car no time did we ever like they were telling us to prepare something that did not need to be done. The serious issue was Costly But it needed to be fixed. We live in Orlando. She goes to school in Jacksonville, so her vehicle needed to be reliable. They have gone beyond any expectations that you would need for a fair and honest mechanic. I would never take her vehicle anywhere else to be fixed.

We have used them to fix our friend Jeff truck and our Accord in the past. They are both honest, efficient men and cars repairs are priced right. Cant complain. Randy and Rodolfo are great. They are highly recommended.

Great auto repair shop. Quality work is performed quickly and done right the first time. Roldofo provides excellent customer service and is a great and knowledgeable technician. I have recommended to family and friends and they also now use Integrity for all their car maintenance and repairs.

Everyone here is great! The really seem to care about helping and not screwing people over. I've had bad experiences with mechanics and I had a tight budget to get my car fixed. They did their best to work within that budget and give me as much info as possible to make a good decision. Never felt pressured or rushed to spend money. My car is running the best she can for the money I have lol. They definitely live up to their name and I've recommended them to several friends.

I used to HATE bring my car to shops, Randy changed it. Never trusted any auto mechanics (pepboys, firestones...) but I can trust him! I am comfortable bringing my car because his honesty... I am so happy that I found them! You are the best!

I’ve been going to Randy for the past six years now, and I was referred to a friend that had been going to see him for the past thirty years. I’ve always trusted what he’s had to say and the customer service provided by him, Rodolpho and the other guys is incredibly professional and friendly. Plus, my cars have run great going to these guys for consistent oil changes.

This is the best mechanic in central Florida. He's honest, fast and professional. His prices are very reasonable and cheap if you think last time I was there with AC issues, I thought it would be $600, but he was honest and just fixed it and was only $150... definitely keeps me a loyal customer

I would recommend Randy to anyone. I has some major care trouble recently. Randy was able to get me in on the same day and help me figure out whether or not it would be worth it to put more $ into my car. He was helpful and didn't charge me for taking a look at my vehicle. It;s hard to find a stand up mechanic. I'd recommend talking with Randy if you need help with your car.

So impressed that I'm sharing my Yelp review here too: "I echo a lot of these other great reviews. We have been customers of Integrity Automotive for 10+ years. Initially it was simply car repairs of our vehicles, then we began to use their car sales services (twice), and we have not been disappointed. They not only have great expertise, never repair more than asked, never try to sell us more repairs than we actually need (verified), help us prioritize what repairs we can do according to our budget, find the kind of car we were looking for in our price range, but in the past few years we found out they also have a great car detailer by the name of Napoleon! As a football family, our vehicles could get so loaded with gunk that it became too much for the tools we had at home. We took the minivan to Napoleon who made it shine and sparkle and feel like new. He was like a detailing magician. I love that he takes pride in his work and really works to please the customer. He did such a good job that I absolutely felt urged to tip him as an extra thank you. We took a newly purchased used car to him last week to clean out the previous owner's cat hair which permeated all around and under the seats and storage compartments, and when I picked it up, it totally looks like it's a few years younger than it was when I dropped it off. Now my cat allergies aren't kicking in when I get into my car. I never used to take my car to get detailed thinking I could just do it myself, but Napoleon takes it to a whole new level which I know I couldn't do even if I had the tools. I think he has a real gift. We definitely thank God for this company and their team of employees."

I had heard about this shop and the reviews I read were all very good. I was in dire need of an oil change and decided to stop by today. They seemed very busy, and yet they took my car in right away and did the oil change; in and out in an hour and their charge was very reasonable. The staff were very courteous and efficient. Extremely happy and will bring my car here in the future. I highly recommend this shop.

I have entrusted this company for years with my cars and I have also bought a used car from them. I can't say anything bad about them. Communication is great. My car is fixed in a timely manner and done right the first time. They do minor body work, detail work, fix electric windows and door panels. They live up to their name and I recommend them highly
