Mark has always been reliable with my car. I’ve been getting my little Honda civic done here for around almost two years and him and his crew have always taken great care of me. They’ve been honest from the jump which isn’t easy to come by. Can’t be more grateful for a reliable shop in Oakland! Will always be a loyal customer. Thanks always guys xx

Super efficient and friendly. Great service. As a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am afraid to go to car shops and get tricked into buying stuff I don’t truly need for my car. However, mark and his staff only sell you what you is necessary. I came in thinking I needed new breaks and he checked them, said I didn’t need them, so didn’t have to get them changed. I got all 4 new tires and an oil change there. A few months later, I got a flat tire (2 nails in my tire). Mark fixed it in less than 10 minutes and checked all my other tires as well. This is truly the best spot for car issues!

So far I have brought both of my vehicles to get serviced on and each time they were point and gave the best customer service. Had Mark order my tires and they were ready two days before my appointment which led to my car getting in and out even faster! Definitely my go to!

After bouncing around different mechanic spots in the past, International tires & brakes has been my go to shop the last 4 years for all three of my cars. They always do a thorough job at a reasonable price and get me in and out on the road quickly. I usually come in for an oil change but they make sure all of my fluids are topped off. They also make a point to inspect the rotors and brake pads when rotating the tires, even checking the tread life. They have always warned me about concerns they have found that should be addressed very soon i.e. oil leak, bad brakes, bad rotors or even recommended coolant change but never pressure me to fix it at that moment but, I usually let them fix it or change it out since Im there. If you have a flat to fix, they do a great job finding the hole and patch it and check your other tires at no additional cost. If they do find issues they also call me up and physically show me the issue and can get parts quickly! The folks running this spot are great and honest and the service is top notch. They do regular tune ups for your car as well. And have never turned my 2 hybrid vehicles away.

Like all the other reviewers mention, great people. Very nice, honest, and I felt taken care of. They had me in and out after fixing a self-created problem from doing my own suspension work. Also got an alignment, and a wheel balance. Didn’t make me feel stupid even though it was a rookie mistake I made. Initially it was going to be a long wait though I mentioned I had to take care of a lot of things that day and Orlando said he’d have me out quickly, and got started right away with another one of his guys. Really empathetic. Hard to come by with mechanics. Will be back to this local gem.

Honest guys here I never really leave reviews but I had to get my boy Thomas and his brother Jose noticed I went to get my A/C worked on and came out paying really nothing. I had went to another place down the street and they were talking about I needed a compressor and for it to be charged that was going to cost me about $375 I took it too international tires and all it was was just a fuse see the other guys where going take advantage of me I'm glad I came here.
