The entire team was very friendly and willing to check out everything I needed repaired on my car. Baker took time to explain my car troubles and they gave me a few options. All in all a great experience. Lobby with a TV w/remote, beverage center and very comfortable chairs! Kudos!

Needed 4 new tires and an alignment, quoted a lot less than the Acura dealer and Goodyear offered a rebate as well. Would come back again for other services.

This auto center is amazing! I had an oil leaking problem on my family trip in Chicago. Because I am a stranger here, I visited Interstate Auto Center by google map reviews. It was my perfect choice! They are professional, honest and kind. I am especially thankful for being nice to my children. Visit here, get the best service.

This is the only place I come to get my car worked on! They are always fast and reasonably priced. NOT the type of mechanic shop that will try to add on a bunch of services you don't need just to get more money out of you. 10/10 recommend!

Baker was very nice, professional, and helped me out big time. I needed new tires, an alignment, and my car was making noise in the back. He hooked me up with brand new tires, fixed my car right, and gave me a great price. Thank you I will be coming again.

I got a flat from something on the expressway. Brought my car in the next day and was able to get the tire plugged/patched. Was in and out in about an hour, and very affordable! Super quick and easy. Will be returning for any future concerns!

I absolutely love this place. I have been to so many car repair places and they always over charge me and never explain to me what I am paying for. When I finally found this place and spoke with the employee Baker I have been a loyal customer ever since. Even though I know nothing about cars they explain everything in detail to where I can understand exactly what I’m paying for and why I’m paying for it. I would 10000% recommend this place to anyone no matter the issue. I just got my back brakes done and they work better than when I first got my car. Love love love this place.

Awesome first experience here - I’ve lived in the area for a few years, but I’ve only owned a car for a few months. I needed to have the engine splash shield screwed back in (it’d been dragging on the ground, unbeknownst to me). They looked at my car immediately, and they completed the fix within a few minutes. I’m definitely planning to return for future maintenance. Thank you!

Came in for an oil change that they brought in right away and had told and showed me that there was play in my suspension, that I was not aware of I came back to get it done and now my car is driving like it’s brand new. Prices were not as expensive as I expected, bring your car here!!

Excellent service. Got my old car ready to pass emmissions testing and it did. Also got all 4 my brakes done and they work great. Could have easily charged me extra but didn't even charge me for a diagnostic since it wasn't necessary. Honest good hearted ppl running that business.

I had a Jeep Cherokee and I went into this place to get a sound checked out. They told me it was a bunch of work that needed to be done. I paid the amount & even left my car. Came to pick it up , & everything sounded okay until I got up the street , I went back & was instructed to come back during the next available business day. I did they again told it, it was another issue with brakes, I paid & got that fix. Immediately after paying & test driving, noise still the same. So then they tell me after further looking it was another issue. So I left went to regular shop, was told that my “Drive Shaft”.. yes I’m super late with review but y’all played me 💯💯

My tire, new two months ago, picked up a screw and became flat. Allstste Motor Club put on the spare; Interstate repaired the tire and replaced the spare in 15 minutes, with no charge! Made me glad I bought my tires there.

Starting out 2024 with a nail in tire is not a great start, but luckily Interstate Auto Center/Goodyear was close by and open for business. This is my second visit to this repair center and I highly recommend their work! Fast, professional service and most importantly - excellent quality work! Thank you Interstate Auto!

Stay clear of this place, a bunch of clowns work here. I spent $1,000 to get my car’s control arms replaced, and they didn’t even last one year before another mechanic said they were bad again. 6 months ago a mechanic pointed out that the control arm ball joint was loose, so I brought it back to interstate auto so they could fix the problem, so technically their work didn’t even last 6 months. Now one year later after a second mechanic said the control arms were needing to be replaced I brought it back to interstate auto and now they are falling back on a warranty saying they won’t fix it, but they said they are willing to replace them AGAIN for $900. They also tried to sell me new Ty rods saying the ones I replaced 3 days ago were bent. So obviously they are trying to make a quick buck off people. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and you should too ! Edit: So apparently the owner wants me to mention the damage on the front passenger side of my car. There was no collision, I scraped the paint off while pulling out of my garage. Not even a dent was made on the car, just scraped paint. Nice try you clown !
