I was suggested this mechanic from another mechanic that had great reviews but couldn’t see me until the following week. We needed our cooling unit replaced which was more work that had been done on the car at one time. Decided to get the work done with Interstate Motor. The final work was high quality with a warranty attached. After a week of driving and testing out the work, I can honestly say my car works better than it has in a few years. My old mechanic closed about a year back and I’ve been bouncing around ever since. Happy to have found great mechanics at Interstate Motor.

I was introduced to interstate motor and auto service through a good friend, I've had a couple of services done this far. The repairs have been carefully taken care of and on point, the staff is knowledgeable and kind!!!!!

My family had been coming here for awhile so I decided to take my car in because my check engine light was on. They ordered and installed ignition coils without ever telling me the price (~1.2k) and said the issue was fixed. I told them I wanted them taken out because that was way too much money and I could get the same ones myself and install for much less. They made me pay for the restocking, diagnosis, and labor which came out to $450. After installing the coils on my own, the light was still coming on, so I took it somewhere else and they figured out that the catalytic converter was actually causing the light to come on. So in the end, Interstate charged me $450 for an incomplete diagnosis and tried to sell me overpriced ignition coils by not telling me the price till they were already installed. Not a good experience and a big waste of money.

My Honda AC was not cooling properly. My wife called and she was within a mile of a shop which had the reputation of being Honda AC specialist. It was hot that day. I told her to stop by. Probably just needed Freon. How bad could it be? They checked it out and told her it needed a new AC compressor. The compressor alone, no labor was $608.00. I suspect with labor we were looking at $1,300.00. I told her to pay the diagnostic fee and leave. Got the car home. I checked it still thinking a little Freon would do it. I made it worse by trying to DIY. Now it's not cooling at all. I was frustrated. Once again my mind goes to Chris, Beaver and Interstate Motors. I took it to them after making an easy on line appointment. I took it in the morning and by noon they called me, come get it. Cooling great!! I brought it home and it's been perfect. The cost was very, very reasonable!! It did not need a compressor at all. It's so wonderful to know that honest, knowledgeable people are working at Interstate Motors. I cannot recommend them highly enough. PS, I've used them for many other repairs in the past and never had any problems.

This shop calls them self professional they are not, they don’t update they had my Isuzu dump truck on hold for weeks till they started repaired didn’t even inform price they started some of the work without permission did extra, they cost was expensive when finally truck was done after a month come to pick up the headlights that were suppose to be changed weren’t working nor the light signals had to leave it for the rest of the day ,the coolant was low also they didn’t even fix the problem with the truck ignition start they changed the glow plugs just for that not to be the problem they added suggesting like what you were suppose to look and fix the problem and they did not truck is the same , overall bad customer service don’t bring your trucks nor car here they do work that doesn’t need to be done charge you a lot nor inform you just sad they will just rob you like that we that work hard for are money. 2k just on a couple things almost 1k just on labor 👎🏽

Excellent independent shop, and very reasonably priced. They managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day and saved me a lot of headache, thanks to Josh. Will definitely be recommending them in the future.

James and Jackson literally saved me today. I set up an appointment to change my oil on my bike and they got me in and out. But, while I was there they noticed my chain was WAY too tight. They went above and beyond to not only correct it, but notice it in the first place. I’m never going anywhere else, and I want to make sure they get recognized for it. Can’t thank them enough!

They did oil change quick enough (around 1/2 an hour). For fixes, they completed within a day. Price-wise, for oil change & inspection are reasonable. For fixes, cheaper than others like Firestone.

Was told by 3 different mechanics 3 different diagnosis of what was wrong with my cars brakes. When I called Interstate Motor Chris had me bring car by drive and ride with him to feel and hear my issue. Wow ended up being some little something out place causing noise had me on my way in no time.
