IO Moters is the only Automotive service I bring my car to for servicing. They always let me know the approximate pricing for the service, and if there is a problem, let me know before, so I can make a decision if I can proceed. I feel very comfortable with the service I receive from Rodney and his crew. And Barbara is a doll!

IO Motors is amazing!! We were visiting from out of town and had unexpected car trouble. They were able to squeeze us in and get it diagnosed and fixed. The story is much longer but I won’t bore you. Long story short, they saved our vacation!

Honest, fair and generous is how I describe I/O Motors. I pretty much never write reviews but i felt had to after my experience today. They appear to be primarily focused on doing an excellent job vs all else which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of vehicle service.

Once again Rodney and Barbara and IO motors have extended the life of my 2012 MDX. I love this car and they have done some great trouble shooting to keep it fixed and running well. Barbara and staff are great and keeping me up to date on the progress. I trust them to locate the issue and get it fixed asap. It is always pleasure working with them.

My Truck Diesel truck broke down on me after closing hour and Rodney the owner Was on his way home Pulled up and went out of his way to take me to get more fuel and let me park it there until I figured out what I was going to do with it I was on my way to work caring and concerned that I make it on time they really care about there customers

I have gone here a few times over the last couple years and I highly recommend this place for their honesty and great quality work on my Volvo. They always communicate well and I always feel like they do their best to save me some costs too. Pleasant to deal with and no trouble getting an appointment for the work I needed.

I've been going to Io Motors for several years off and on for my past and present Acura vehicles. I was referred to them by my original mechanic, Toriumi Auto (Dave Senior), when he wasn’t available. Barbara, Rodney, and their staff are awesome. They are reasonable, professional, and always give me an accurate assessment and time frame for my vehicle. Recently, I called in on a Monday morning about a car sensor issue and they fit me in the same day. They ordered the parts and finished within two and half hours. Take note, I did take my car in at 11 am, right before lunch time. Which is still great timing. I also see they now have a new text feature, where they send you updates and the status of your vehicle while it's being serviced? This is super reassuring.🌞 I don't take my vehicle just to anyone. I definitely recommend Io Motors. They are great people and I will definitely be going back. 🌺

I have heard my family talking about IO Motors for years now. We are about a 45 minute drive so I just used my local mechanic. I recently had to take my mothers car in for service and insisted I make the drive and take her Fiat here. Barbara and Rodney are amazing. I have gotten used to paying too much for everything and having repairs drag on for days. I went ahead and booked an appointment for next week to myself.

Iomotor's service is excellent! They are very busy but tried to fix my coolant which was an urgent situation. I dropping off my car late in the afternoon when the smoke was coming out of the cover. They managed to work late the next day and finished fixing the coolant system after I told them that I needed the car to go to work. I really appreciate their professionalism and great service. I will go back to them.

We’ve brought multiple vehicles here for services— a 1999 corvette, a 2020 dodge ram, a 2011 Honda accord, and a 1992 BMW 735i. Price and turnaround time has always been great despite how busy they are. Communication is clear and they send you pictures of anything that needs to be addressed. They thoroughly look over your car and recommend fixes even outside the scope of what you brought it in for, which is to be appreciated.
