Jarred did a wonderful job repairing some minor damage to my front bumper (MB S550). After getting a quote from a comprehensive body shop, I heard about Jarred. He was very thorough when evaluating my car and he assured me that there was a better way to approach the work. He was correct. I needed a fender repair and am new to the Knoxville area. I passed this business and was impressed by how neat and clean it looked. It's also only 5 minutes from my house. Jared really knows his business! He is also a great communicator and friendly. He did great work on my car and price was reasonable. I highly recommend him! I would have driven a much longer distance to have him do the work!

Jared repaired this massive dent on my driver’s side door and now it looks as good as new. He also repainted the doors and bumpers on the driver’s side to match. He was very responsive and cooperative during the process and gave a quote that was reasonable, especially compared to many other places in the area. If you are in the Seymour or South Knoxville area and you need body work done, Jared is your guy!

Last year I was teaching my niece how to drive, during that process she managed to hit the curved asphalt on the side of the road, when I heard the loud bang, my first thought was that she had busted my tire, but it wasn't. On the next day my Mother asked me what happened to the front of my car, I then looked and noticed on the bottom right side of the bumper was scuffed. I tried to pretend that it wasn't there but it was. As time when on especially after getting it washed every week, I began notice the paint had started to chip and flake away. I didn't want to turn it to my insurance, so I began searching for the right places to have it fixed. I found iPaint Bumper and Body the first thing I noticed was his review score. I then began reading all of the positive things about the owner (Jarred) and his work. Which is why I choose him to fix my bumper. When I contacted him to do the work, he was very prompt in responding. I advised him that I would need to find someone to pick me up. He was very eager to let me know that he had a car for me to use while my repairs were being done. That really made my day. I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. When I picked my car up the next day, he did a EXCELLENT JOB on the bumper. He even buffed my headlights. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommended Jarred to everyone that I know. He is very professional, nice and helpful.

I had an incident and Jared made it look like it never happened. This is aftermarket paint. Hard thing to do. You cannot see one flaw through picture or in person. You need work done I RECOMMEND you go here. Amazing work, pricing and gets it done in a timely manner!

I initially made a review stating that iPaint was the way to go however since that time Ive had to take my vehicle back several times. It has overspray and compound all over it and I was told that my car wasn’t and wouldn’t be detailed afterwards and that’s fine. I wasn’t asking for the car to be detailed but at least return it in the same condition that you found it. Overspray and compound free. He saved me on my deductible but I would’ve rather had a car free from overspray grit and compound than a $500 savings.

My experiences with Jared has been nothing short of exceptional. State Farm had deemed my vehicle a total loss. The network of other vendors I’d been given to choose from by State Farm in the Knoxville area, had less than stellar reviews. Based on all I’d read I took a chance, as Jared reassured me by his assessment the damages were overstated. Never having had this experience before with an insurance carrier, Jared provided guidance on all that was necessary to renegotiate the total loss at a lesser cost. Even though a recent blizzard had shut down the area, within a few short weeks Jared had sent photos of the repairs. Honestly, the vehicle has never looked better! However, if not for additional problems from State Farm, the story would have ended there. Without going in to too much detail, there was a point of negligence that created problems for both myself and Jared. After weeks of utilizing a rental provided by State Farm, I was led to believe I’d be responsible for charges approaching nearly a thousand dollars. Jared actually took the initiative to contact State Farm, and helped identify a clause in my policy that covered the bulk of the rental charges. Sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! The standard of excellence, and concern for customers is simply unparalleled, truly amazing people at I Paint Bumper and Body. Highly recommended!

Dropped it off before I went to work, picked it up as soon as I got off. Put a decent size scratch on the front bumper, but now you would never know it. Affordable, quality work. 5/5 stars would recommend to my friends

Jarred did a great job replacing my car’s bumper, especially with matching the new bumper’s color to my car. It looks just like the original. He also looked after small details and did extra stuff without charging more. The price was pretty reasonable compared to other shop’s rates. Will definitely visit again.

My vehicle got rammed in the side at Walmart and someone recommended iPaint to us. Jarred was amazing to work with. He dealt with the insurance adjuster which made the process so much easier for me. He even got our vehicle done quicker than we expected. If we need auto body repair work on the future, I would definitely go to the same place again. No after pictures since the weather was awful for first few days after getting car back, so not going to share the before either.

Jared is the BEST hands down! I was ALWAYS responded to immediately & he was able to get me in right away rather than in 3 months. My car was done on-time and looks better than ever. He went above & beyond by touching up other little spots & even fixed my license plate attachment . This is definitely a number I'm keeping & I will highly recommend him to everyone. I had the best experience with Jared.. Very professional and he KNOWS his stuff. I was a little scared at first since he wasn't in a big auto body shop, but boy was I wrong. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even offered his car for me to use while I wait. I will be using him from now on.. Call him. Believe me. O and my car looks GREAT..

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for this business I would. Feeling overwhelmed after a crash in dense fog Jarred walked me through the entire process of getting my 2017 Honda looking new again. Because I was self-paying he always advised me what was necessary vs desirable prior to ordering parts and doing the work. Work was impeccable. One day after picking up my car I had the dubious honor of hitting a metal box on I-40 which annihilated a portion of the work Jarred had just done. Again, he worked with me to get my car done quickly and mindful of my budget. I have since referred him to others who were just as pleased with his work. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and straightforward with state of the art equipment - would not hesitate to use again (though hopefully won't have to!) or refer anyone to.

Jared did a great job, repairing the body damage of my 2011 Toyota sedan. He fixed the front bumper, rolled the front fender and mended the front door body. He also did a good paint job (barring minor spots, but then I am stickler to the details). It was a hit and run accident, and the car repairs were unfortunately not covered by the insurance. But Jared worked out the repairs suitable for my budget (about $3K), 2-3 times lower than other body shops, and helped my car get back on its wheels. Kudos!
