I had an amazing experience at the shop, I got a flat tire yesterday and needed help fast. Ismel was incredibly helpful, and he went above and beyond, he even drove me from the shop to where I had left my car with the flat tire. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I truly appreciate his kindness and efficiency. If you ever need tire service I highly recommend them!

Ismel's father did a great job in my tire but supposedly the owner he is Ismel's asked too many personal questions. I was trying to find the lock of my tire and he decided to go through my glove compartment in my middle compartment without my permission and he left a mess. I put everything back in my compartment after I found my lock and gave it to his dad. When his dad was fixing my tire I told him advice not to go through people's vehicles. At least he said I'm sorry but it is not right to go through people's vehicles without permission. I will definitely not come back or recommend this place.

Pesima atencion al cliente y los precios nos son bajos y siempre esta apurado , el apuro es enemigo de la calidad no recomiendo sus servicios, gracias. La propina te la di para que no lloraras mas por tu tiempo que de hecho quieres cobrar como medico y me moleste por tu actitud no por la puerta y yo fui quien cambio los rines payaso eres tu y recuerda que al cliente se le trata bien para que vuelba y lo recomiende pasa un curso de etica de negocio lo nesecitas bro

This is convenient and at an affordable price. if you value your time then this service is for you. They came to my home(on a saturday) and in one hour i had four tires mounted, balanced and installed plus the old tires were also taken. Forget making appointments and bad service ! Call Ismel Tire Service and you will not regret it. it.

We had a flat tire while towing a boat, Ismael pulled over to help us, he was extremely nice, efficient and just overall a good person. He didn’t even want to charge us. I’d give this guy my business over anyone else. Thank you Ismael!

I contacted Ismal late Friday inquiring about a particular size tire(s). Not only did he have four new ones in stock, he was available on Saturday for install. His price was better than I expected and the service was excellent. This is a professional place with top notch service. I do not work there, I am not a sales rep and I am not family or a friend, however I am a first time customer who was so impressed that I felt I needed to leave a review . Due to Ismal’s business ethics and the kind of deal that was available, he can say that I will be coming to him for all my tire needs. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself. I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed. Finally!! an honest business owner who takes care of his customers. I highly recommend.

En mi experiencia, el cambiadero de gomas fue decepcionante. El dueño mostró una actitud desagradable, parecía creerse único y los precios eran elevados. La falta de profesionalismo y la tarificación excesiva hicieron que mi visita fuera insatisfactoria. No lo recomendaría.

My sis told me about this place. Called today . He told me he had the 4 new tires in the size I needed and to come. Well I hauled it over there, great price, fast service done in 20 minutes, very friendly people. Won't go to another place, customer for life !!! Bring cash or zelle 💜💜

my tire popped while driving and i happened to pass the shop a minute or two after i noticed. i pulled in and asked for help. he took a look at the tire within 5 minutes of me pulling in. found the puncture and patched it up so quickly and i was back on the road. so thankful!

El Yuma no le quita lo cubano y alardoso pero muy buen ponchero, super rápido y eficiente. Acabo de manejar 12 millas para montar 2 gomas y tener la satisfacción de un trabajo bien hecho y lo seguiré haciendo. Recomendado. Update: Era un ponchero rápido y decente, ahora es un revendedor de gomas sin escrúpulos. Si solo quieres coger un ponche busca otro lugar, él es capaz hasta de dañarte la goma con tal de que tengas que volver y comprarle una. PD: Vuelva a trabajar con honradez para que no siga perdiendo clientes. Las estrellas de los reviews se pierden más fácil de lo que se ganan.
