They inspected my car and gave me a list of current problems/concerns. They charged me $95 dollars for this assessment but then subtracted this assessment fee from the repair costs when I decided to have them fix the problem.

J&F has the best mechanics that have worked on my car. They go way above when they service your car. They are very trustworthy. There cost is very reasonable also. I highly recommend them for working on your car.

Avoid this place! They charged $2,000 to replace a heater core—didn’t fix the leak. Later, when my water pump failed, their quote was higher than my other mechanic’s, who’s 20 minutes away, including the tow from them to him. Driving under the assumption the leak was fixed more than likely cost me my car.

First time dropping off my truck. Fast and friendly and affordable. Love working with a home town business who isn't trying to oversell you things or take advantage. No-nonsense and straight shooters. This is my new place for all my vehicle repairs!

A real mechanic. They were able to perform a variety of services on my vehicle with excellent workmanship. They took the time to give an honest diagnosis and had great communication. They will be hard to beat.

Called to have them help me bolt in my 5th wheel this morning. Guy takes a quick glance knows the socket size and helps me in 10 mins then says its free cause it was nothing, amazing service had to leave a tip for lunch. you dont see this kind of friendly service anywhere nowadays. Good people here

This is an unsolicited review. We've never met before I went there, and we aren't related. Having said that, they now have my repair business for life. They know what they are doing. Family run business. They are busy, but that should tell you plenty right there. I take me and the wife's vehicles here. I can't recommend them more or higher. You should give them your repair business.

I would highly recommend. The mechanic Brian explained what needed to be done for my 2012 KiA Soul. Kalle very helpful. Employees very competent and professional. Nothing like a small town business! :)

These people are so amazing. We have not been in the neiborhood but 1 year so didn't know about the parade that was going in Clermont. We had a great time going to the parade. The lady that works at the desk drove me home after I had to drop my car off for diagnostic. Very nice people I would recomend them to all. She also offered to pick me up when they were done. Well I took it to have them inspect it because I smelled something burning off the engine. He first told me it needed a new rack and pinion but he said he should degrease it so he can better tell where the leaks are coming from. He told me to drive it for a week and scheduled an appointment for a week later. The one that first helped me didn't show up for my follow up I think was the owner so another guy checked it and said it did not need a 1000 dollar repair and to just keep an eye on the fluids. Idk what to think just glad I didn't have a 1000 dollar repair necessary. Thanks. be careful out there single women that's all I can say.

You couldn't ask for a more ethical, fair, honest "non dealership" shop to go to! Always explanation (if you want) would go no where else with exception of something being under warranty & being required to go to a dealership.

I had to have my alternator replaced. I had originally taken it to the Chevy Dealership to see if it was covered under my warranty. They took so long with the inspection and telling me if it was covered or not when I already knew what the issue was. I have used J&F before and had awesome experiences so I called them up and told them about my issue. They told me to get the part from the dealer and they could put it on for me. I purchased the part, they had my car towed to their shop from the dealership along with the part, they put the part on and had my truck ready in a matter of hours. When I picked it up there was still an issue with it starting so they put a brand new battery in my car because they determined that was also an issue and they did not charge me a dime for the battery. Like I said, myself, my mother and my son have used them several times in the past with our other vehicles. I have had great experiences with them every time.
