I needed to get back on the road quickly as my fifth wheel would not slide, they came out right away since the airline was not working they did it manually for me so I can get home. Can't say enough about these guys!!!🙏👊💪🚛💨🏁🔨💥🔥💯🤙🐕😁

Picked up a preloaded trailer and made the deliveries 5th of July. After a good hard rain I noticed the trailer was leaking pretty good. J & K was on my route down to Charleston, Tn so I drove the 95 miles to them from Russell Springs Ky. When I arrived the truck gate was closed and the young mechanic was just leaving. They were closed for the holiday. He asked what my problem was and when I explained he opened the gate pulled me in and fixed it right away. I meant to get his name but it slipped my mind. I offered to pay him but he told me to have a great weekend. Well I will. Thank you J & K.

Had an airbag blow out on trl, I spliced line together and limped it back to them and had me fixed and out the shop within an hr. Great place to go too

I agree with someone who said I wish I could give 100 stars. I was broke down, radiator was leaked too much, and somehow I reached exit 320 . It was Friday 11 am. I thought that I will spend weekend in Crossville. But this amazing guys made more than great job. Wow. 3pm I had a new radiator on my truck. I made delivery at 4:30 in Lebanon and I am on way back to Arizona. Thank you guys. I would recommend you to everyone. If I lived nearby, you would be my mechanics for life

Great technicians here with that old-fashioned friendly family hospitality. We don't see this often these days. My truck is already to roll again after searching the entire town, they were the only ones with the proper tools to fix it. Thanks, guys, for squeezing me in. Highly recommend.

If you’re in Crossville Tn and need truck repair be sure to go to J&K, stopped by today at 4:30 when they close at 5 and had my trailer brakes adjusted and them guys took care of the problem and sent me on my way. These guys are awesome.

Friendly and professional staff. The service department got me checked in rite away. The mechanic working on my tractor quickly diagnosed the problem and it was promptly repaired. What a great organization. We were passing through town and had an issue that could have left us stranded. I called to see if they could help and they said come on over. Upon arrival I didn’t even have to get out of my RV. They flagged us right into a bay. They looked at the issue and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and did a great job in the repair. They really saved the day on our trip. Thanks a million to the entire team.

Had a driver come in for a flat trailer tire. Shop told us we need to change 2 tires and tried charging us $750 for used tires or $950 for new tires. Went across the street to another shop and tire just needed to be beaded back on the rim and air put in. J&K just tried to rob us saying we need tires when all that was needed was air

I woke up at the truck stop with engine derate at 5pm. I made it slowly to J & K Truck Repair. They were able to get me in right away and to do forced regen and unlocked it. They did a great job, and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place.

Just stop in and both my doors to my truck would not open, they pulled me asap and took them less than 20 mins and had me all fix up and back on the road, great people and great mechanics, love this place

Just wanted to thank the guys at the shop. We were on our way back home from a jobsite and blew a transmission cooler line. It wasn't on a big rig it was just a 3/4 ton pickup. I needed a short piece of hose and clamps to fix it. I stopped by on a hope and prayer, and the gentleman at the counter took me back, and i picked the hose and clamps. I repaired it in the parking lot and drove the other 4 hours home. The gentleman wouldn't take my money. There are still great people left in the world!! I greatly appreciate J&K Truck Repair they saved us a huge tow bill or staying in a hotel overnight. I wish i had got the gentlemans name, but i didn't. Thanks again.

My dads truck broke down near this repair shop and I spoke to Brandon! It was huge repair that needed to be done on his semi truck and Brandon was on point. He was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. They took care of his truck repair and he was good to go, until just yesterday injector cups were leaking again and the part was covered under the warranty so I again to Brandon and he shared all the details of what needed to be done and today my dad is back on the road. It was such a relief to know that my dad was in good hands. Words cannot describe our experience with this Shop. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Brandon... God bless you.

These guys are awesome! I noticed a small coolant leak on my diesel pusher (RV). I crawled underneath to locate the leak and it was in a very tight spot that I knew I would not have any fun trying to get to. Also, if I needed to drain the coolant to repair, that I was not equipped to do so. I brought my coach to J & K and they found the leak, which was a hose clamp that had come loose. They quickly tightened it up and would not charge me for their efforts. I asked them to please let me pay them and they just would not take any form of payment for this small repair. I cannot say enough about their customer service. And I am sure that if you choose to have J & K do your repairs, you will rave about their service as well.

While taking a 34 at Pilot right up the road, we were recommended to call J&K to give us a boost. Neither my boyfriend nor I could get through to anyone after multiple tries. 24 hour service? Yeah right...
