I had a twist in my seatbelt I needed taken care of ASAP because I work with kids. The dealership quoted me $160 minimum just to check it out so I called this place & they fixed it for me in under 5 minutes! Everyone was so nice & helpful & took me in last minute no appointment.

Had my car taken there for repair work. It was there for 2 weeks. I wasn't in a rush. When they finally put it in the shop and got the major work done on it. They sat it in the front. That early morning it was stolen. They have no insurance to cover this type of thing. Which they should have since it's their responsibility to secure vehicles in their care. It also leaves me to think that someone there is in on the theft. Is it coincidence that it sat there for 2 weeks and no one messed with it. Then as soon as the work is done it's taken not but hours later. Now I'm out of a car with pretty much nothing from the owner. They did however give me my money back for the repair. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. They need to have a way to secure vehicles or get the proper insurance to protect their customers. That's if they are telling the truth about not having business insurance. I may get a lawyer. I'm not sure yet.

Great experience, my check engine light was on and my car was also draining my battery. It was fixed right away and my vehicle was given back the next day. The price was also great compared to most places.

STAY AWAYYY ! TRASH. They buy cheap EBAY parts that’s don’t work. They’re own Employees that quit told me. Rebuilt my truck and gave it back worst with missing parts.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning because I was hearing a noise on my car. Mind you this is not the the first time I’ve been here. Jordan has worked on my car and all my family members cars for years. Anyway, he test drove my car for at least 30 minutes to find the problem. Jordan found the issue and he let another one of the mechanics look at it to confirm his findings. As usual I’m a very satisfied customer! Jordan is always top notch and takes care of his customers! He’s always my “go to guy” and his prices are reasonable. He’s very knowledgeable and honest, not just trying to take your money. He services ALL types of cars…BMW, Infiniti, Toyota. You can’t go wrong with this shop! Keep up the good work Jordan! 💯

Great service! I went to them to get my main headlight bulb changed and was only charged $10. They fixed it under 5 minutes. Maybe 2.5 minutes really. I asked RMS Auto Care & Collisions to do this service and they would've charge $150. OMG!

Hate to be that one bad comment but this is my true experience, I had my check engine light on so I take my car to get fixed they take a whole week to fix it i paid $1500 when they give me my car back the next day my engine light comes back on so I take it back to them and they’re excuse is “oh my mechanic just bypassed it probably because of the holidays..” which is unprofessional since that is what im paying for but any who it finally gets done not to mention when they return my car is it disgusting! They used my car to travel around since they returned it on gas level E and left my seats disgusting as if they carried something around. I honestly do that recommend this place I should have known better as it in located in the hood.

Super helpful and fast. JL Texas went above and beyond to fix the problems on my E350 and it drives better than it has in months! He even got Uber to bring me back to pick it up! Highly recommend

Took it to a mechanic and he had it for 6 weeks and couldn’t find the problem. I took it to Jordan and he had it up and running in 2 days!! He was professional and answered all of the questions that I had. Highly recommend!! He will definitely will my mechanic from now on.

Bought a used Honda Civic and the transmission went out almost immediately. These guys fixed it quick and cut me some major slack on the bill. Car drives like a champ now and he is coming to fix my other car Monday. This is the place to go if you need work done. Nothing negative about them at all.
