These guys are fantastic! I have known about them for years and was always iffy about trying an independent Auto Service place but...last year we needed new tires and I was tired of looking at the crappy tires the chain stores offered and decided to go to them to look to see what they had. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had and the one tires I really wanted were priced less and AVAILABLE here in Tea. I had not seen these tires anywhere in Sioux Falls, so.. YAY ME!!! All the people I have talked to and worked with have Excellent Customer Service skills! Thanks J&M Service! I am now a rest of my life customer! *whispering* and for the women out there who are tired of the men at the other tire service centers treating you like because you are a female you don't know anything and should buy what they want you to buy, J&M hasn't treated me that way at all! And I'm 60 years old! *

I will not go to any. Other Repair shop!!! They do wonder work! They are professional and very nice!! I have been with them for years!! If you are looking for a used car, Please!! Be smart and bring it into the shop and have them Check it Over....BEFORE you buy anything!! They have SAVED me from buying 3 different SUV , because they needed too much work!! I am VERY happy 😊!!!

My son needed a quick fix on his Fold Fusion. They took the time to show him the issue and explain the options. He was back on the road 10 minutes later. Great experience!! Would highly recommend.

I have already posted great things about J & M’s Tea location, but I continue to be blown away. My engine overheated early Tuesday morning - quite a scary experience for a young girl who just moved 4 hours away from home. There was coolant spewing out everywhere. I called these guys as soon as they opened, and they had someone come tow my car within 2 hours. Called me immediately upon finding out some major damage, & gave me an estimate. Very thorough, very communicative, & very empathetic. Worked directly with my insurance company. Here I am Thursday night, driving my car again, basically brand new. Excellent place to work with. ❤️

My car broke down at 6:50 am in front of a stop sign. It’s a stick shift that wouldn’t go into gear on a Monday morning. I called the place where I bought it and was told they couldn’t diagnose it until the end of the week and they wouldn’t be able to work on it for at least three weeks! I called J&M Auto Service and they said they would diagnose it by the next day. They did exactly that and had my car repaired and back to me by Thursday. Besides that they were happy I called and wanted my business unlike the other place which seemed annoyed and put out to have to deal with me. I’m so thankful they fixed my car in a timely manner and were so pleasant to work with. My car works beautifully and I now have a reputable establishment to take my car for future service. Thank you J&M! I highly recommend! I recently had another issue with my car…all my brake lights were out. It was a Friday and I only had a few hours in which to schedule a repair. The folks at J&M were able to work me in and had me back in my car within the hour. Thanks J&M! You’re the best! You can trust your vehicle with J&M.

I’m always skeptical of going to a new mechanic but these guys have treated me really well. They checked & reset my check engine light and told me what to do without charging me a dime. And they left me goldfish crackers after my oil change! I’ll be back for the goldfish alone!

Needed my valve stem fixed on my tire and they were very friendly and were able to get my vehicle in right away and had me back on the road worry free in no time!

Edited review: I wasn't too impressed with them at first but I had a problem with a repair they did (wasn't their fault - it was a faulty part), and they made it right.

Everyone I had contact with were very professional and polite. They explained everything that needed to be done and had the mechanic show me. There prices are very competitive and lower than than the other shop I checked into. I will be a return customer and hope anyone who reads this will give J&M your business.

New ownership but still a great place to go when nice and honest people. They were very helpful and have a good deal on oil changes compared to other places in town.

Very easy to work with. Was able get a loaner vehicle and they even came to pick it up when it got a flat tire. I needed a good experience after a very hard few weeks. Thank you for your kindness

Walk in as their sign and advertisements invite you too, only to be told there would be a 4.5 hour wait. That isn't a "walk in", SMH.

Excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted, and they were eager to help. The newly remodeled - new location looks incredible! The waiting area is comfortable and exceptionally clean. The advisor was great, and Jake (technician) was ready for my truck and had me in and out efficiently. I will be back for my next service and highly recommend. Great job to the J&M team!

I don’t normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. They did incredible work with my car, a lot of work! And they did it fast in two days time. They were honest and called a couple of times along the way to tell me what they found so I could make decisions on what to fix. Joe at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Took my truck in to figure out what was wrong with it. Sioux falls ford said it needed a new motor but wouldn't work with me on payments, j&m auto helped me out with finding company's to help out with the money and even let me make the final remainder payments to them. I now have my truck back and she runs better than ever. I will be going back to j&m for any and all work on my truck. You guys are the absolute best. And a very big shot out to Joe, greatest example of customer service I've ever seen.

I found J & M after searching for somewhere I can reliably service my Porsche here in Sioux Falls. Staff was very friendly, fast, and communicative. I will be taking my car and family's cars there from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a go-to friendly and fair auto shop in Sioux Falls.

Worked with these guys on a couple things and they've been fantastic. Honest, trustworthy and very clear communication. They even noticed what snack I grabbed in the waiting lobby and left one on the steering wheel of my truck for me when I picked it up! The little things like this go a long way. Alex is a gent!

We have a company truck for our Construction business that has been in and out of different shops many times. J & M was truly the first place that was a different experience for us. From the onset, they took the lead and wanted the challenge. J & M also took the time to call us and give us updates on what was wrong with the truck and the progress it was making. What a wonderful experience with the new J&M Auto at their new location on 41st Street in Sioux Falls. Joe was so pleasant. They were very speedy and efficient and no surprises. They even offered a ride back home and picked me up when my car was done. I definitely will be going back and hope others will too!!

Waited for over an hour and watched 7 other cars pull into the garage a get serviced before me and they all showed up after I did. No one bothered to talk to me to tell me what was taking so long.
