What a horrible costumer service this place has. I’m sure this blond lady at the front desk isn’t the owner, since she always speaks like she hates being there, even though when you call on the phone. I guess the pricing goes by peoples face, since she can magically change the price in two minutos, and has the audacity to call to offer the service they did not have yesterday, showed up and was told to come back on Monday. Even though was a service performed a week ago and now they said, there was something else to install. Are you serious? Be more professional and take some costumer service lessons. Sell your business or change your job, since you hate this one so much.

One of the Tires I purchased mysteriously had a nail in the sidewall a week after purchasing. I didn’t notice the nail and neither did the first 2 guys who refilled the tire when it’s been low but the 3rd guy did. I reached out to J to tell him and he got very defensive immediately as he always does as though you’re accusing him of ripping you off which almost makes me more suspicious than I would ordinarily be. He told me to come have the tire replaced. When I asked if they had some kind of warranty or discount to justify me going out of my way to patronize his shop again…especially since the tire isn’t even 2 months old… and he never responded back. The customer service is non existent when he’s not getting your money. Not to mention the exact same tire is cheaper at Walmart Auto and it includes a road hazard warranty which means had I gone to Walmart originally, I would be getting a replacement tire instead of having to buy a new one. Lesson learned..we should only purchase tires from places that offer road hazard warranties. He Sold me on the 40k mile warranty failing to mention it doesn’t cover anything that is likely to happen… I could have avoided this by going to Walmart first. He charged me $520 for 4 of the exact same tires that walmart is selling but Walmart’s come with a road hazard warranty and are still cheaper at $470. So you get more for less by going to Walmart. Make sure you do your homework! I never make rush purchases but I had no choice this time and I paid for it..twice 🥹

They replaced my radiator in less than 24 hours. The price was fair and the job well done. Will definitely use again and refer others.

My tire cracked and I needed to find a used tire ASAP, I called all surrounding tire shops and no one had it in stock or they could only get it to me next day…. Thankfully JMobil had my tire in stock, it was marked used but looks brand new, I was in and out the shop in less than 20 minutes and have been riding worry free ever since ! ☺️

Took my car to so many different mechanics and no one could figure out the issue with my AC. J Mobil was able to figure out what was wrong and able to detect the other issues my car had. They also gave me a good price for everything that needed to be tuned up. Highly recommend.

I totally recommend this shop for getting new or used tires. I’ve been there twice to get tire replacements. They are very professional and fair with the prices.

horrible customer service and the mechanics are very deceptive and not honest. They overcharged for fixing the AC in my car and never told me the compressor was bad in the first place that lead to paying much more to fixing my broken AC and compressor. Would never recommend this mechanic they very not honest. Customer service is disgusting and very waste of time.

horrible customer service and you have to wait ages until they fix the most basic issue with a car and they charge very high costs for labour compared to the cost of the parts.

2 stars for the secretary at front desk. Thats about it . I have been here now for 2 hours waiting for an oil change. They took the car on the lift, took the oil out and then realized they do not had the filter for the car, neither the oil specified by manufacturer (Audi) I asked what oil filter they are using, no one could tell me, thats when i realized they didn't had the filter, after they had already told me the oil change was done and charge me $175 with tip for the oil change 30 minutes after they took the car in the lift . The filter hahahahahhaa a generic autozone filter and finally got delivered Mobil one in as im written this review. If you dont have the right oil filter, or oil please let your client knows before you take the oil off the engine and charge your client. So now im stuck here this is completely unprofessional I can see multiple different people getting in the car all dirty trying to delete the oil service light, now trying to do it by the obd2 port when thisnis a simple step from the car menu. Good luck coming here

Busqué este lugar en Google Maps y me pareció bueno por los buenos Reviews q tenía así que fui, como no se nada de mecánica hice mi primer cambio de aceite por 70 dólares y me pareció bueno, los trabajadores son buenas personas, ya mi segunda vez subió a 80 el cambio de aceite segui pagándolo pues me pareció bien e incluso quería usarlo como mi lugar favorito para todos mis arreglos del carro pero ya luego fui a cambiar mis gomas y me encendieron, primero las gomas costaban 120 cada una, a la hora de pagar le subieron 5 dilares más cada una, me cobraron la mano de obra , el balanceo, la sonrisa en fin casi 700 dolares por 4 gomas q no me duraron ni 1 año, he cogido experiencia ya he visto cientos de lugares mejores donde no hay que pagar tanto por un servicio, para mirar mi aire acondicionado 100 dolares solo para decirme q hay que cambiar el condensador, en fin si te ríes te cobran, si hay que mirar cualquier cosa te cobran, buscan la manera de sacarte plata por cualquier cosita así que busque otro taller de los miles que hay y todas las opciones q vi son mejores y con calidad igual, las gomas q tuve que cambiar nuevamente me costaron solo 80 cada una con balanceo y todo incluido además de mejor calidad por mucho, bfff si este negocio quiere mantener clientes no debería ser tan avaricioso 😩🧏‍♂️ mejor ni hablar de la rubia de la oficina, si te duermes te saca el último dólar de la cuenta, q si taxes, q si fee, q si servicio bafff todo una profesional pa aumentar el pago 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

J Mobil es una compañía muy profesional en su trabajo. Ellos me arreglaron mi auto muy rápido y los precios son ese lentes. La recepcionista Yannet fue muy amable y me explico todo el proceso del trabajo que se y va a ser en mi vehículo. Llo les recomiendo a J Mobil al 100% también tienen buenos precios en las comas.
