Very happy with my experience. There are unfortunately many overpriced car mechanics in Fort Worth, some should be considered flat out fraud. HOWEVER, while J&N is not the cheapest, they are very honest and helpful. You can trust they are doing the job correctly, and they do not try to push any unnecessary repairs. Great people there. Highly recommend, I feel it is worth paying a little extra for honesty and thoroughness!

First time going to these guys and they thoroughly impressed me with how friendly, communicative, and quick they were. Fair and clear prices as well. I think it'd be hard to find a better place

Have been bringing my Honda here for years. Johnny is honest, has reasonable prices, and gets repairs done quickly. Would recommend for a mechanic to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after the quick and honest service I received. I made an appointment over the phone and they fixed my issue within 30 minutes. We definitely recommend and will be returning customers, thank you for the help!

Excellent experience. Very efficient very fast and extremely professional and cordial. I’m new to the area so went off the Google reviews. I’m going to schedule a tuneup now that I’ve met the owner and have had such a great experience. I’m going to recommend this place to all of my friends.

I love this shop! A thunderstorm triggered some kind of high-pitched tone/alarm on my truck. I couldn't figure out how to stop it. I called the dealership and they couldn't help me on the phone and booked a service appointment for me. I stopped by J&N on my way to work and they solved the problem in minutes. They told me I could replace a part or...just do without it. I've been in for a variety of other services and have always been treated well and fairly and have been pleased with the work and the staff.

I noticed my Subaru's air conditioning starting to fail a couple days before the start of a two week road trip in August. Although J&N Auto was swamped with business, Johnny was able to fit me in and fix the problem (a leaking expansion valve) before I left. What a relief it was to have working AC when driving across Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado in 100+ degree weather.

This is a GREAT place for Auto repair. They always give me an accurate diagnosis of my car's problem and repaired the car in a very short period of time. Once they fixed the problem, it stayed fixed. And their prices are fair and reasonable. Their location is not convenient for me, but they're worth the trip.

Today I broke down (image the best flustered face ever). Luckily I was by J&N! They went above and beyond to get my vehicle onto the lot as I couldn't. The staff got me in quickly to diagnose and I'm leaving and not feeling shammed. They are quick, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend letting these guys service your vehicle.
