I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to J & P Auto center for repairs, and I can't express how impressed I am with their service! After a minor accident, I was anxious about getting my vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, but Joe and Alan made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Joe took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the repair process in detail. His transparency was refreshing, and I appreciated how he outlined what to expect in terms of timeline and costs. The repair work took about two weeks, which I felt was reasonable given the extent of the damage. When I finally picked up my car, I was blown away by the quality of the work. Can I give a 10/10. Alan and his crew are amazing! My car was hit pretty significantly and I am so glad I took my car here. Immediately they helped me get a rental and it was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. They dealt with my insurance do everything went smooth. But the best part is my father In law is a body man in another state so we know great work when we see it. Blacks were matched perfectly. Take a look! If I didn’t add the before I’ll update it.

Honestly chose this place for our X1 to be have the bumper fixed just because they are close by so my expectation was not high. Joe answered the phone every time I called and really helped me with all my questions and the process. They even arranged for my loaner car without me asking. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised on how much customer service I got. Definitely recommended!

Best auto body shop in town. After being hit on my bumper They left my bumper looking brand new .. fixed the damages and did a marvelous paint job... and they are also very friendly and professional with keeping you updated on your car.. thanks Alan!!

great place w honest, straight to the point shop. such a rare thing to find these days, specially w auto bodyshops. first I had some issues w the invoice but later found out it was my insurance changing things around. jp did their best to get the best outcome of the situation.

Absolutely great quality work done in this shop. The work is done professionally and to an extent which other body shops can only dream of reaching. Getting a car back to OEM quality is almost impossible, but this shop does the impossible. Can't even tell there ever was damage no matter how hard you look. 10/10 recommended to anyone who needs a fix on their car.

Took my car here after a little fender bender. Really clean and professionally run body shop. Insurance handled all the paperwork, Alan and Joe at JP made my car better than when it was new. Alan is the one that isn't very handsome.

Best body shop in the Los Angeles area. I have went to other body shops in the past and these guys do the best repairs by far and have wonderful customer service. Look for Alan or Joe.

Absolutely horrible service rude not on time treat you terrible nowhere for you to sit ignore you don't get the job done stay away from their run don't walk advise everyone to stay away from them terrible place my father was a professional race car driver and I know good work when I see it these people are awful
