I have been using J&T for years with multiple vehicles. I just checked their page to see what time they open in the morning and saw a bunch of recent fake reviews from accounts with 5 or less total reviews. It's a shame that someone would do that. He has kept our Honda Odyssey in good working order. It's approaching 250K miles and still running smoothly. He has also fixed our children's cars, despite the wear and tear teenagers do. One time, after leaving the shop, the car was having an issue. I brought it back and they couldn't reproduce the problem. So one of the shop owners got in the car with me and rode around a few miles to check it out together. He made sure everything was good and this was after hours, when he had somewhere else to be. Anyone who claims they provide poor service is either lying or a poor judge of character. Each time J&T Auto is honest and trustworthy; typically, the final cost is LESS than the quote because they find ways to do the work or source the parts more efficiently! With all the vehicles in our family, we have shopped over a dozen mechanics. This one has fair prices, fast service, high quality work, and trustworthiness that beats all the rest. I give this shop my highest recommendation. Shame on anyone making fake accounts to harass this business!

As a customer who values effieciency & professionalism, my experience at J & T Auto Services was severely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted with rudeness by the staff, who seemed more preoccupied with their personal conversations than attending to customers. Despite calling beforehand and being told I can just bring my car in for an oil change and that I would be helped right away I waited over 2 hours before my vehicle was even looked at. I would strongly advise potential customers to seek service elsewhere for their automotive needs. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would.

I recently contacted J & T Auto Service to obtain an estimate for a brake job on the rear axle of my vehicle. After providing the year, make, and model, I was quoted approximately $350, which seemed reasonable. Initially, I planned to proceed with J & T but decided to compare prices with other repair shops. I then called them back to schedule an appointment and confirm the pricing. Upon calling J & T back to confirm, I encountered an appalling lack of professionalism. The individual on the phone responded rudely, saying, "We don't do cheap work, so if you're looking for that, you need to look elsewhere." When I reiterated my query about the $350 estimate, he arrogantly replied, "No, I just told you that on the phone just to satisfy you." This interaction was profoundly disrespectful, unprofessional, and deceitful. It called into question the quality of their work, as they failed to provide even basic customer service. Providing a reasonable estimate is a standard practice, and seeking quality service at an affordable price is not uncommon. Further research into J & T revealed numerous reviews echoing my concerns about their poor customer service and dubious pricing practices. One review highlighted issues with unfulfilled promises and rude behavior, which aligns with my experience. I am deeply dismayed and strongly advise against using J & T Auto Service. While I support small businesses, the treatment I received was unacceptable. This establishment's continued operation under such practices is unfathomable. I am uncertain of the name of the individual I spoke with, but his demeanor was utterly unacceptable. If it were possible to give ZERO STARS, I would.

Want to give thanks to J&T auto for the excellent work I have received on my vehicles. I was searching for a fair, and reliable mechanic. My friend suggested I use J&T Auto. Let me tell you.. We finally found great mechanic’s with Gordon and his staff. Being a woman Gordon explained all the work he would be doing. Gordon even took the extra time, and called my husband to inform him. Instead of me trying to tell my husband not knowing what I’m even talking about. Even when we went to pick the car up. He took the time and patience to show us what they did. That’s 💯 customer service. Price was fair or below average for services I received. quoted a lot more at other shops. Work was completed in a timely manner. Vehicles return clean and running fantastic.

Very pleasant experience! Dropped of our van to get looked at after we had a very large estimate from meineke. We have our van back and running well! The total cost was about 1/8 of the estimate we had from the competition. Couldn’t be more pleased! Will absolutely be returning when our vehicles need service again! Thanks again for all the help!

I found this place on line and tried it out we went to Edwards transmission, midis,auto valve and they all over charge us and didn't fix the problems until we tried this place they found the issue that the others failed to do we brought the car from easy guy and had major problems from the jump but came here extremely nice they got on our Buick and it cost less cause they found the real problem .

My daughters car had a coolant leak, we took it in and got the estimate and repair done in the same day. They did great work. I would recommend them to everyone. Gordon took the time to talk to my daughter about the repair and the pricing so she understood everything.

Hands down this is the best mechanic I’ve used in my entire life. I’ve moved a lot so I’ve had apt of experience with different shops. J&T Auto always meets and exceeds my expectations and have fantastic prices. If I move an hour away I’ll still use Gordon and the techs at J&T!!!

J&T has been extremely thorough and prompt with all of the work I have brought there. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. They've been able to work me in last minute on a couple occasions.

Just had my Hyundai worked on today. Friendly and prompt service. I dropped it off over night and received a call early the next day with an estimate and overview of services. Everything that I needed to fix my vehicle was thoroughly explained and any questions I had were easily answered. Will be returning with any future work needed as well as my routine oil changes!
