The worst place I've ever gone to get my car fixed, I had a transmission problem and they made me change the sensors saying that was the damage, they point out that it didn't work, but they still required me to make a payment of 900 dollars. In short, the biggest robbery they have ever done.

Lily and Tom are the dynamic duo on getting you back on the road. They're work, price and honesty are best around town. Best customer service I've ever had. I haven't been to them in years, now that I live away from the area. But all my work done by them were outstanding.

Great service by John and the front desk! Friendly and helpful. Came in for an alignment on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia and was assisted right away. John went over the pricing before anything was done and also advised me what was recommended down the line. Great price as well. Will definitely recommend and will be bringing back my other vehicle for servicing.

I am SO grateful to Lily and the shop for being so helpful after I was rear-ended. My car was totaled, but she advised me on steps to take throughout the entire process afterward. I wish I could give all the money I’ve paid to insurance companies to them instead, where it’s actually deserved. Great communication, great service!

Lilly, Tom and crew are top notch auto mechanic generalists. Over the years they've always come through for me with reasonable prices and excellent communication and service. Have used them for everything from engine and oil service to autobody work. Reading through the negative reviews, it sounds like people went in hoping their messed up car would be cheap to repair and it wasn't and they don't understand why. JT's resourcefulness and knowledge has actually saved me money on several occasions and I can recommend them with confidence.

Avoid them if humanly possible, I take in my car because it's over heating and request them to fix it, I come back I have an invoice for over 500 dollars and they changed my starter, a defective starter and declared the car wasn't over heating so I drive it out and it over heats immediately for the third time head gasgits and engine fried, now I'm investing over 1200 into the car because of these incompetents. Called to get a price check on getting my brake calipers painted (all four) on vehicle wouldn’t give me a price over the phone. Say’s that’s there policy. Definitely not driving all the way there for Nothing. Change your policy JT. I’ll continue shopping around over the phone and saving time and gas.

I brought my car in for alignment. After, it was mentioned I would need new shocks. I was quoted $1150. I took my car for 2nd opinion and there was nothing wrong with shocks. I couldn’t believe that they lied. Such bs.

They misquoted me and tried to up charge me for work I had literally JUST gotten done. I'm lucky I sent a screenshot to my mechanic or I would have spent hundreds of dollars more on things that I'd literally just paid for. They were trying to replace brand new pieces with used parts and make me pay for it. They were really generous with letting my car stay on the lot long enough for me to figure everything out, but beyond that they told me a price that I raised enough money for with a bit to spare for gas, and then when I got there they said that it was way higher and then took every cent out of my bank account leaving me with no money and a car with an empty gas tank.

They tried to charge me $125 to "look at the car" after looking at the battery where the problem was, I went to a different place and long story short the problem was so obvious and insignificant that the other mechanic fixed it in 2 minutes for free. So unless you know what your car needs stay away from this place they just want to get rich by taking advantage of people that don't know about cars

I am so surprised by some negative reviews on here! I’ve been coming here for years and they are SO NICE! I love hanging out and chatting while waiting for my car. And they are always upfront about costs and I trust them to be honest with me. When Mini Cooper once told me I needed new breaks, JT told me that was not necessary yet. They could have just told me it’s necessary and I would have paid to have it done. And they don’t talk down to you like some mechanics do, they will explain things to you but not treat you like an idiot.

These guys are my go-to mechanics. They are honest which is hard to find. They even keep the old parts to show you why they needed to be replaced.

These guys do really great work and have very reasonable prices. It can be difficult to find an honest shop but JT is totally trustworthy. They've done work on my vehicles quite a few times now and I've never had an issue with any of the work they have done. In fact, they have caught a few issues before they became expensive problems. Probably saved me a good deal of money!
