I think very highly of these guys. They repainted my hood once for a fair price. There have also been several times where I've come to them seeking a quote for some minor damage and they just fixed it quick right there in the parking lot and didn't want anything for it. It's nice to know they aren't seeking to take advantage of people and like to be helpful and do a good job. I definitely recommend looking into J. Willis when you're looking around for repair help.

I had a broken trunk lock on a 2007 Lincoln town car. They helped me to find the part which was in limited supply, and once it arrived, they repaired it within a few minutes. Very professional, and very much appreciated.

Very easy to work with and kept us up to date during the whole process. They handled contact with the insurance and adjuster so that we didn't have to. They charged a fair price and were faster than the original estimate.

I had my car door handle come off one day. I ordered the part I needed from Amazon and took my car into J Willis where they immediately fixed it for me. It took them no more than 10 minutes to take care of my problem and I was on my way. They are very nice, caring, and helpful!!

Just had my 2005 LexusGX 470 in for body repair and painting. It looks like new and they polished my headlights for free without me asking. The price was very reasonable and they finished ahead of the promised date. They are 100% legit.

I had a small issue I needed the South location to resolve for me. They were very attentive, did a great job in a timely manner, and for a good price. They helped me get home once I dropped off the vehicle as well. I am very pleased and would use them again.

Nice people, but honestly, they don't know how to color sand, and I was promised they would, and it looks terrible! But, that's not the worst of the job, it has had numerous mistakes, flaws, cracks, peeling, and they have tried over and over to fix things, but they just don't know how on some, or aren't trying, and on other things, they completely fixed it, they said, and it still looks terrible. The pics are what's left to fix after numerous requests, olus the rear bumoer is peeling. And each time I take it back, it is a week to 3 weeks, without my truck! If they are professionals, why don't they know how to color sand? To do it right the first time, to use body filler that doesn't crack, and paint and how to scratch chrome before applying black Raptor lining and bedliner? I have basically wasted about $8,000. Sure, I could keep taking it back over and over again, like in the past, but that's crazy, when they don't know how to fix anything. In their defense, noone else in the State Farm list of paint and body shops would take my truck, and they did. I am not sure what to do. Going to court seems the only remedy, but I hate to do that.

Excellent customer service and repair on car was perfect. Not that anyone wants to go to a Body Shop but if you have to you should go to J Willis as they are hands down the best Body Shop we have dealt with!

I went to J Willis Auto Body for an Estimate and the Customer Service is beyond great!! James was just extremely kind, knowledgeable and very straightforward. The estimate I deem fair and reasonable. I usually feel uneasy dealing with cars repair shops. They made me so at ease!! Thank you guys!!! ( This is a real review I’m super happy!)

I went to a larger collision shop and they scheduled me out 2 weeks before they would even LOOK (not repair) my vehicle. J Willis looked at my vehicle and provided an estimate in less than 5 minutes. Less than a week later (during the holidays) the part came in and my car was fixed. They were friendly, professional and very expedient. I would definitely use their services again, if needed!

Would give 10 stars if possible. Stopped in late on a Friday afternoon to get advice for something stuck to my paint. They immediately began to clean it off and also buffed/polished the paint after cleaning it. Absolutely went above and beyond my initial reason to stop in. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Decided to use this shop based on a recommendation I received. I blew a tire on my truck and it caused a decent amount of damage to the body of the truck. Originally tried to work with a different shop but was not able to get a repair lead time so I decided to go with J Willis. From the time I dropped my truck off, I was given an estimated time for repairs and had my truck back in two weeks. I will have to bring it back to have a fender flare installed but this was originally on backordered. I appreciated being able to get my truck back and not have it siting at their shop waiting on a part that doesn't affect the safe driving ability of the truck. Zero complaints about the repairs made. Truck came back good as new. They also worked with my insurance. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are all good people and the owner makes sure all his customers are taken care of.

I had a minor scuff on the fender of my new car. I called and they told me to stop by to get an estimate. When I stopped by, they said it would let take long to buff it out and said if I could wait a few minutes, they’d do it right then. If your looking for an amazing body shop that doesn't require money down or an appointment for an estimate, this is the place. These guys are excellent, quick and make repairs a simple process and all of us know getting into an auto accident is never simple. They painted and replaced front bumper along with sensors on 2022 vehicle. Fabulous work with resonable prices

I had some damage on my Lexus, and the dealership body shop was extremely backed up, so I asked the guy at the front and he gave me the Willis Autobody number. When I got there they were able to work me in right away, and I got to watch and ask questions (which they answered very patiently and enthusiastically) the entire time they were working on it! At the end it looked fantastic, and I will only be using these guys for now on!
