Honest, upfront mechanic shop. Phil helped confirm the issue and replaced a leaking radiator with a short turn around. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust on the road, Phil was very hospitital and went out of his way to help.

Great shop I've been there multiple times with different vehicles and never once felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Always very clear on what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Phil has always been a pleasure to work with and has great communication as to when the work would be done. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Everyone was nice, use quality parts and I’m sure they did a good job, place is super expensive even for easy jobs they’re not above using some deceptive language and annoying sales tactics, but that’s pretty standard.

My car had been giving me issues for months and this is the only place that was TRUTHFUL with what I needed and did the work at a fair price. They even saved me money on a service I initially came in for by saying my car wouldn’t benefit from it. I will always come back here when/if I have any other issues.

The shop's personnel are extremely knowledgeable. They are honest and do not over sell or use scare tactics. Prices are fair and they even too the Costco coupon. It will be our go to auto maintenance and repair shop.

We have been taking our cars to this shop for more than 25 years. Though a name change, two shop dogs, and several of our vehicles. Going the extra mile is the best way to describe the service they have given us over the years. Too many examples to list here. I've changed dentists, doctors, and my opinion, but I won't change auto shops. Jack Dane.

Great job on my Jeep. Upfront and honest. June 2024 Sept 2024 Brought my Jeep back because it was running rough and check engine came on. Although, it ran fine during the diagnostic they still went through the car and checked the previous work done. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at Jack Dane Auto. I can fully trust them, I feel that they are honest mechanics and they accommodated all of my requests. They also have a Rocklin location but this one was able to see me the next day. Would absolutely go again for service.

Phil and his staff have been more than accommodating to our Ford Ranger truck and Subaru. I had a very good experience with Jack Dane. Quick service and excellent communication, you get a sense of transparency and honesty. Did a timing belt change with water pump and pulleys and oil pan reseal. Prices were ok as long as the Honda minivan continues to run for a good while. I do like to get as low of a price as possible but I am willing to pay a bit more if there is an assurance of quality, and so far, 2 months after the job, the minivan still runs fine. Edit: Minivan is still working as of 6/2/24 (timing belt job was done Feb 2021) so far so good! No noticeable oil leakage/consumption either, oil level seems to stay nearly constant between changes.

I own a discontinued sports car, and so my options of taking it to a dealership for service were limited. When I called Jack Dane (and spoke to Adam, who was great) to ask if they’ll perform the recommended factory scheduled maintenance, they accepted my vehicle with open arms. They performed their initial services (multi-point inspection, oil change) without a hitch, and I’m confident in saying I’ll return to Jack Dane for all other needs. Thank you!
