Must say I am disappointed given the rave reviews of this place. Showed up 3 minutes after opening waited to be helped and was extremely dissatisfied that I was told it would be 3 hours for an alignment. Although I called yesterday afternoon and was told it's first come first serve and I could not make an appointment, a typical alignment takes 45 minutes to an hour. This morning apparently each person that walked in already was getting one.

Great service. I pulled in with what I thought was a bad alternator. They quickly diagnosed a bad battery cell and saved me tons of money. I felt a great vibe from them, no upselling, complete honesty, and had me back up and running quickly. They earned a new longtime customer today.

These guys are magical Car Wizards. One of the Supervisers there Wes and his rugged handsome looks fixed my truck up so good that I now attract all the old Cougars by just driving them and reving my engine and making their panties drop to the floor. Thank you Wes, you man stud of a car wizard ❤️

Told me they couldn't sell me 2 new tires because I have an AWD. Said I HAD to buy 4 tires. This is recommended not required maintenance. Told me that its because I'm always driving in AWD as if i didnt know how to drive my car. I clearly did not need rear tires. Was able to get new tires at Embassy tires. Service was exceptional. They gave me a temporary tire until my new tires could come in and gave me a great warranty.

My car engine stalled and randomly misfired the other day. I took it into Jack Furrier first thing in the morning — the crew member quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me what was going on. Not to mention the repair itself was also very quick! Overall, the price was not too expensive and the process was fast and easy. I had my car back in great shape by the early afternoon.

My car started overheating rapidly on my commute home on a 112 degree day. I pulled into the parking lot of this shop under a tree a waited 10 minutes. When I went in and explained what was going on, a very nice gentleman at the front desk immediately came out and looked at the cooling system and fluids for me. He told me it was drivable, so long as I did not use the air conditioning, and maybe around the heater with the windows down for good measure. He could have just as easily told me “ Oh, no, this vehicle is not drivable, and you should leave it here and let us look at it” just to get some business, but he didn’t. I was able to limpet home and take some time to figure out what I wanted to do about the situation. I will definitely consider using the shop for repairs in the future if I am in the area and have the need. Thank you so much for the honesty - that is a rare commodity at a lot of mechanic shops these days.

I had the best experience here. They did a brake inspection, told me what was going on, and that I didn’t need to repair it immediately. They also had the best price for the work I needed done, and got the job done in a little less than two hours. They were excellent to work with and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Chris and the team at this location have earned my trust I will definitely come back.. My daughter attempted to do her own oil change and unbeknownst to her whoever did it previously cross threaded and this thing was not coming off, she somehow broke it off leaving only the filter ring attached, I myself tried to get this thing off and after a few hours my solution was to tow it to jack furrier, well that was the best decision lol. At first Chris told me to replace the part would be about 390 so I said yes had to be done, well he called me back a few hours later and gave me the great news that with an air chisel and the ok to replace the part, they were able to get the old filter off with no damage to the housing saving me almost 300 bucks. Look alot of places would just left the charge as is like I expected to pay that so for them to still try and fix it without replacing it and then charge accordingly...well that means alot not just to my pocket but my trust.. I'll send my daughter there for her oil changes from now on

I've dealt with Jack Furriers for several years to my dismay they're very unprofessional and rude I will let everyone know about there service and bad customer relations, don't make the mistake I did and get your vehicle damaged due to their neglect, when brought to their attention they like to blame the customer for their bad business practices, this goes to corporate as well as they got defensive and rude with me saying I have an old car I don't take care of, this is the pot calling the kettle black they are careless and disrespect other peoples property take your vehicle to a different tire center they don't care what they damage and corporate will back them. I've been ripped off by a lot of auto shops. But I will say these guys definitely care about you. You can feel it. They could have easily ruined me and charged me for a lot more than they did. They had no obligation to help me out. But they did. And for that, they have won my business forever and ever.

Great service, but needs to start taking appointments. My parents relied on one of their locations while I was growing up, and I've always done the same, but at this point, either Jack Furrier or I will need to try something new. I called this location the weekend before to figure out pricing and confirm the needed tire's availability, and even agreed to order the tire (discontinued) myself in advance, and, after working out all the details, asked the hopeless question: "You don't take appointments, do you?" The response, as always, was negative. Still, I set aside my one day off that coming week (they close an hour before the typical workday ends), and the tire arrived on time, so I got on the highway, drove in from outside city limits, arrived only about ten minutes after they opened, requested the needed service...and received a tragic look in response. Three other people had already brought in vehicles for alignment that morning, and they were swamped until the afternoon...because they'd only called in a single employee to work on alignment that day. If only there were a way they could know in advance which services people needed on which days, possibly even at which times... Anyhow, not having a lot of choice and figuring that choosing to come back later would mean losing my place in line, I accepted and went most of that day without a car. They did thankfully manage to perform the work by the end of the day, but it was a pretty near thing; it was about a seven hour wait as-is. I got in plenty of steps that day (and a decent sunburn), and one could say that everything ultimately worked out, but I don't think I'm ever going to chance it again. It's time for a change.

I've been a long time regular at a competitor of your establishment, but things have recently changed with the level of service. Recently, I've had two minor issues with one of my vehicles. If I can give a lower star rating, I would. How could your shop ignore my daughter when she's asking for help by just printing out the quote after you told her that she needed to pay 400.00 to get the control arm + alignment done?! And then tell her, "Well, since you didn't want the service,bye." Remember, what you give in life, you will have in return. Let's hope your daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt don't ever receive this type of low-end service. Your seed has been planted. SHAME ON YOU

We were on our way out of town for a road trip when our tire blew out. The staff saw us right away and were so kind, compassionate and friendly. I will definitely return for any tire needs.
