While the service was fast and cheap, I got what I paid for. I had my tires replaced here two weeks ago, the first time I took my car out since the tires were replaced all but one lug nut sheared off causing my car to wobble horribly as well as having my car forced out of my lane and off of the road. I lost the lugs as well as having it shear the threads on all of the wheel studs. I have called their customer service number to no avail. They are a tire store that cannot put on a tire and they have a customer service center that cannot answer a phone call. I would avoid at all costs

I recently bought tires for my vehicle at Jack Furrier on Speedway. AB was wonderful, helpful and made the whole experience pleasant and hassle free. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. Tires were ordered and arrived within hours, and the work was done fast and efficiently. I am always pleased with the professionalism and quality work done by the Jack Furrier employees. Kudo's to all !

I took my Beetle in for an oil change and brake inspection at Jack Furrier’s on Speedway last week. This was my first experience with a Jack Furrier’s center. My Beetle has a turbo engine. Every other place I have taken it to has either not stocked the oil filter I need (Pep Boys) stocked it and could not find it , and/or told me it would cost me extra to change the oil due to the added labor to reach it. Beyond that other places always want to upsell me things I don’t need and usually forget to return my wheel lock. Then I always pay at least $100 just for the oil change (full synthetic) At Jack Furrier’s they did a full inspection explained the condition my brakes were in and that they are perfectly safe and have much life left in them. They were friendly and even returned my wheel lock in its own ziploc bag! I didn’t need any discount or coupons they didn’t hassle me about the oil filter in anyway and my total came to just $70!! I will now be going to Jacks every time I need service for my car and will be referring my friends and family there as well. PS AB the manager assisted me and he was wonderful Thanks AB!!

Regardless of which location I go to, I always get great customer service. When I have service done, it is reasonably priced and done professionally. Jack Furrier is my go-to place for car service!

At Jack furriers on craycroft and Speedway, I had a fantastic mechanic, Anthony was his name The crew was very polite, they took care of all of my car needs completely and safely. Trustworthiness is not something you can actually put a price tag on, so I appreciate them for that. It was extremely okay hit hit affordable.

I also had a great experience dealing with Aaron. He was very considerate and took the time to explain some preventative issues I may want to look into other than the tire they replaced. I'm glad I came into Jack Furrier's for the first time and I will make this location my go to for future work on my vehicle. I went to Jack Furrier’s upon a recommendation after being told by another shop that I needed new brakes and rotors. Phillip and the other mechanics at the East Speedway location inspected my car and determined that it was not necessary to replace the brakes or rotors! I was I informed about the progress of my car in a timely manner, and really appreciated the honesty and hard work that came from this location. I would recommend this auto repair business to anybody looking for efficient, honest and compassionate people!

I had a tire that kept losing air. The guys here were quick, courteous and taking the screw out of my tire was complementary! That was a happy surprise, I will absolutely be coming back when I need new tires!

This specific Jack Furrier is honestly the best shop I've been to in Tucson. They do their best to keep their prices reasonable while doing diligent work. They're always kind and honest and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else unless I had to. I even had my car towed here from Oro Valley instead of going to someplace else up there. Literally just now my partner said, "They really do right by you, I'm going to them from now on."

Friendly staff, even while very busy. They even let me borrow a phone charger while I waited. Complementary coffee service. Clean restroom. They also gave me a helpful second opinion for a service that another mechanic had recommended. Only complaint is that each tire was $10 more in store than online. And road hazard price seemed a bit much.

Had an overheating problem. They changed the thermostat, radiator, and did a radiator flush. I was headed to my camping trip and my Jeep overheated again (missed the camping trip). Took my vehicle back, AB instantly said well if we changed that it sounds like a blown head gasket and if it’s that then you better off replacing the engine. I left upset did some research asked around then went back and called corporate in the lobby. Corporate had them look at it again AB had me sitting there for 3 hours to “test” the head gasket then ended up telling me it failed the test. I called corporate back and asked to take it to another location to have a second pair of eyes. The other loc was nice enough to look at it replace the faulty thermostat, put in a new water pump, and tell me it passed the head gasket test, in which I already knew it wasn’t a head gasket prob because the speedway loc just did my oil change and didn’t say ntn about my oil being milky or anything. It’s crazy how AB just went to extreme dishonesty. On top of that I asked AB did they burp it correctly he told me Jeeps burp themselves and everything runs through. I’m sharing this experience because I ended up having to take my jeep to the jeep dealer for an overheating problem a month later just because AB at the speedway location told me anything. I also asked was the electronic sensor changed he said yes but it wasn’t on the receipt and I am having a continuance of electronic issues. Do your research before going here!

I just went to this place for an alignment on my truck, the guys where nice, got the work done pretty quickly, however when it came time to pay I said I had a coupon from their website one guy said I don't know, the other guy said there wasn't I know there was I had just seen it. I showed to one guy and the other one said can I see it I just showed it to this guy will I can it's not that I don't believe you but I have to see it . Sorry that's what it just sounded like. Not again. Not very nice they should know if there is a coupon on their own website

Lon and the staff at Jack Furrier on Speedway and Craycroft were so kind, knowledgeable and speedy! Very helpful and even directed me to another place for another issue they couldn’t take care of. First time there, won’t be my last. My mechanic highly recommended them and o can see why!

Not that they are good, but they work well with you regarding the price so that you pay for their work and be satisfied. They charged me $130 for two tires that were installed and alignments, I only go to them and no one else. others asked me for 600 dollars, which is robbery.

These fellas tried to lie to my wife to get her to purchase more product, to the point where she was feeling intimidated. Trying to scare my wife into buying a full set of tires while she's alone seems like an issue, and I would warn against ladies coming here alone. Edit: it seems like intimidation is a pretty normal thing towards most of their customers
