I will never come back to or recommend this company to anyone. Every store I have been to has given me the worst service. From selling the tires I ordered that they called and told were in. To not having the proper people to do alignment when they did get the tires. The final straw is when I came in for a diagnostic (that I had an appointment for) to just sitting for an hour and still didn't get it completed.

Finding honest mechanic work seems near impossible these days but I am happy to say that I trust this shop 100% with my vehicles, thanks to MGR JASON and his crew! I have gone to this shop dozens of times over the years and have never left disappointed or feeling ripped off. Thank you guys always for listening to my concerns, always answering my questions and most of all for having INTEGRITY. You are appreciated!

Took two trucks here to get aligned. Both trucks were aligned poorly and they did not tighten the tie rod but on one and misse a nut on the steering stabilizer on the other.

Took in my wife's car yesterday, heard a lot of grinding in the back and figured it was my back brakes. incredibly friendly staff, Jason espescially. Was agonizing all this morning about how much it all might be, or if there might be even further damage (very bad experiences at places like Midas or Brake Masters,) only to be told that it was a small plastic bit jammed under the car. They didn't charge me a thing, and were incredibly honest and up front. Quality business. Will be doing any business I can in the future here.

I was headed to Vegas for a tournament when my trucks ball joint snapped. I left form southern Texas. The awesome police officer who came to make sure noone hit me recommended this place since he took his and his wife's vehicles here. It ended up being a lot more work than we anticipated but this shop handled it like champs. I'm so thankful for this shop getting me back on the road. They were amazing and patient while I pulled myself together. They looked at my truck and fixed it amazing. If you need anything done on your vehicle big or small I highly recommend this shop.

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE!! HAD BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON MY TRUCK AND WORK DONE BACK END AREA AND MY TIRE CAME COMPLETELY OFF MY FORD F150 CAUSED AN ACCIDENT DUE TO THEIR NEGLECTFUL WORK DONE AT THEIR SHOP ON INA RD AWFUL MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD FROM THEM AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT! STAY AWAY!!!

I'm giving Jack furrier 5 stares due to their kindness and understanding. My car over heated and I went there at 7:30 in the morning with no appointment. Mike, listened to me and said he would take a look at it even though they were really busy. He called us a little later and explained we needed to replace the radiator. He worked with us on price and fixed it ASAP. We were so happy with our service and we will be going back. Always had a good experience at this Auto shop. The previous store manager Will was always my go-to guy and the new manager Jason is good too. I've used them for a few different services and they are reasonably priced. One time that they did mess up on my vehicle, I brought it back to them and they fixed it without hesitation, which is all you can ask for.

Had my car from open to close and didn't even call me to let me know it couldn't be done. I had to call. Tell me their my mechanic had to you leave for emergency and couldn't do it. Yet when I arrived to get my car, the were ringing someone up for the same service. Was told when I set up appointment, that was 1st one of the day, so don't understand how someone got put in front me. Offered discount just didn't seem like enough for for the huge inconvenience. Appointment was for 6/1/24 @8am

I cannot recommend Jack Furrier’s enough. I’ve been coming to this tire and auto shop for years. This morning I ran into some trouble at an emissions testing center and was required to have a repair prior to returning for a retest. I returned to the dealership I purchased the car at less than a year ago and they had told me I was SOL and they could not help me. I instantly thought of Jack Furrier’s and they did not disappoint. I was greeted by Mike and he saw my frustration and instantly jumped to my rescue. He came out to my car and within a couple minutes my issue was resolved. Emissions testing complete and passed. Mike is truly amazing! If you want a shop that treats you like family, this place is for you! Thanks again, Mike!

Worked with the staff to pick the best possible tires for my car. They located the tires and had them ready the following morning. Took a few hours but all went well and I am quite pleased with my purchase

Had my 78 Cadillac for 5 new tires and a wheel alignment/ balance. Excellent job! Steering wheel perfectly centered, no vibrations, and the car was done on time and as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Thanks to all of the staff .

I brought in my wheel hub and I asked about my bearing and they said we can put it on and they put it on and I brought my other one and they told me I have to buy new one that's my fault um thats your fault putting it on like don't come to this place they will messed up your parts and make you jobless

I have a 2017 Buck Encore that was emitting smoke from the Turbo area. I took it to an unnamed Jack Furrier competitor, and they sent me 2 quotes to repair, ~$950 (10am), then ~$2,209 (1pm) stating items were missed on quote #1. I decided to get a second quote and brought it to this Jack Furrier location. Derek and Mike were extremely accommodating, felt my anxiety, and put the car on a lift ASAP. Quick inspection showed a simple feed bolt 1/2 turn loose, emitting oil. Derek and Mike had the mechanic tighten, and we ran the engine for 20-25 minutes with no smoke, no failure. I drove the car home, with zero white smoke issues. They asked I watch it for a week and bring back if it goes into failure. Derek and Mike SAVED MY REAR by simply looking for a simple fix instead of heading straight to an expensive repair. USE THESE GUYS.

The manager shawn is so unprofessional. I went in for just a regular oil change and rotating tires. I dropped my car off at 7:50am and did not get my car until 5:15pm. When I got my keys I Went to my car and seen it was parked on the curb That caused my bumper to crack and have gaps on it.He told me I needed to bring my car in to reenact to see if my car scraped. Because he has a witness that seen the Tech park my car and then When I got in my car, I weighed it down. He body shamed me☹️ But he wanted to see if it would cause my bumper to have the issues it has. I took my car in there today. When reenacted the scraping of the bumper, I took lots of pictures.he told me that I was lying and argued with me so I asked him for the corporate number. And he gave me a fake number I will never do business at this location ever again and I recommend never going there.

needed 1 new tire on company truck . dropped off bad tire and wheel in the morning. new tire not in stock. They call me a few hours later saying my tire is ready. Wow did not expect that soon. Thank you for great service and a good attitude
