These guys got me in quickly and did a great job after I had a terrible experience with the Desert Toyota service department. The Jack Furrier guys did an alignment and the truck drives straight as an arrow. I plan on getting my next set of tires there.

OK, right up front, I am typically the type of reviewer who only takes time to write a review if I had a negative experience and I am pissed about the bad experience. With that said, I feel compelled to tell everyone about the Jack Furrier Store at Grant and Oracle. I have been going to this facility for my auto maintenance on 3 or 4 different cars for years. Every single time, I have left the facility totally pleased and happy. Why? Because they do the job! They fix things CORRECTLY, the FIRST time. Tire and parts sales prices are excellent and their labor rate is competitive. I dealt with Tony this time at the front desk for 4 new tires, a front end alignment, and a full synthetic oil change. Tony was knowledgeable, informative, respectful, and polite. He also went out of his way to save me a pretty significant chunk of change (in the multiple hundreds). So, what could there possibly be to not be pleased and happy about? This facility is my "go to" for all of my vehicles' tires and maintenance. If you are smart, it will be yours, also. 10/10 Rating for this facility and 10/10 Rating for Tony. THANK YOU, TONY!!!!!!

BEYOND grateful for all repairs & everything else that was done in order to get my Denali safely back on the road! I have the utmost respect for Manager Javier Diaz, & his Assistant Darin Blaugrund. Both went above and beyond in all areas! Nowadays, there aren’t many people who are genuinely kind and honest. I strongly believe that both men don’t just do a job for pay, they actually care & want to help! I noticed how attentive they are and make a huge positive impact on all! Thank you Darin & Javier for taking the initiative to not only inform me of, but Also help resolve other important issues that needed immediate attention/repair! (Ofc..huge thanks for the technician who did the muscle work!!!)

I had them assemble some shocks and springs that my spring compressor wouldn't fit. They got me in quickly but made such a mess of the parts I wish I'd gone to a shop with experienced mechanics. They not only mangled the (metric) nut with clearly an SAE tool but torqued it so tight it is now permanently installed. While that wouldn't be too much of an issue, the shocks I bought are rebuildable so someday I hoped to pull them apart. Currently in their brand new state, they were assembled missing a piece so the washers just jingle around once load is on them. Well done folks! No sort of help, just a "fair enough". If you have any sort of equipment you don't want ruined, try elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years, I trust them to the full extent. They have never tried to harass me into services I don’t need. And after four years, I finally have to do a big and they were totally nice about it!! I fully recommend the shop and their staff is amazing!!

I absolutely LOVE this location better than any other in town. The mechanics are pleasant, kind, and honest. The manger’s at the desk are PHENOMENAL and so kind and honest as well. Javier is my favorite! I also love this location because you can actually make an appt for services. Highly recommend!!

Watch out for getting scammed! I had two tires put on and my tire light was on. I am always happy with Jack Furriers tires, however, this location did me wrong in the fact that they said ALL four of my tire pressure sensors were bad. $60 a pop plus labor. Thankfully I declined having them all replaced because my regular mechanic said they were all reading and just had to reset the code and the light has stayed off for the past week. Not cool to try and scam people out of hard earned money guys!

I was on vacation in Tucson and my tire pressure monitor kept going off on the rental car. This was a disaster waiting to happen and could potentially ruin our trip. I stopped by this Jack Furrier location based on the reviews and am glad I chose this location. There was a nail stuck in the tire and they patched it up. I was expecting to be charged an exorbitant amount but the guy who helped us charged an extremely reasonable rate. We were absolutely dumbfounded. Being from NYC, we were expecting the worst (like seriously, what's the catch?). He could have completely taken advantage of us being in our situation but he charged us a very fair rate. This act of kindness really makes you have faith in humanity. We're so used to everyone out for themselves, trying to make a quick buck. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards the gentleman who has demonstrated that Tucson is indeed an exceptional city and that humanity is capable of being compassionate towards each other.

I've been a Jack Furrier fan since I moved to Tucson in 1996. Everyone hates flat tires, and Jack Furrier makes the process easier. You don't feel nervous sitting there waiting because the staff keeps you up to date, and tries to keep the costs down. If they see something warranting repair, they let you know your options and I never feel compelled to proceed. And I know my warranties are honored because in the past decades I've had to cash in a few. Two words describe this business: Honesty and Integrity.

I've been taking my vehicles to Jack Furrier Tire and Auto care for more than 30 years. Due to moving around a lot I've been to multiple locations. While I always get good customer service and good car care at every location I've been to, the Grant and Oracle location is something special. Not only did they squeeze me in to get an oil change and tire rotation on a busy day, but they installed at no charge the wiper blade refills I had purchased at an auto parts store. Outstanding service.

Needed a tire ASAP. Was in and out in less than an hour for a new tire without an appointment today. They went above and beyond to help me find a tire in a budget. Awesome customer service!!! P.S. To the cashier who handled my final transaction, you were awesome! I totally wish I could treat you to lunch or coffee. Anyways, keep up the great work!

On my trip to the store I ran over a shard of glass …..within a1/2mile my tire was flat as I pulled into Jack Furriers ( 370 Grant) . I was immediately greeted and the manager came out to give a quick assessment . Then RayRay put my spare on immediately so that the car would not be driven any further to prevent rim damage . I was shown the damaged tire..no question that it wasn’t repairable . John , the manager then carefully explained my options, prices and timeline. He then went another location to get the tires , had them mounted, balanced …etc in a timely , friendly manner. He also gave me a 60$ rebate form to complete. In less then 3 hrs , I was back on the road very pleased with the competence, service and respect of this tire service and personnnel.

Picked up a screw in my tire and tps light came on, stopped by to see how much it would cost to repair the tire, and not only did they fix it right then and there, didn't even charge me! That's he kind of cs everyone should aspire to. I've been taking my vehicles to them for 10 years and that's why.
