I have been going to Jack Furriers for 27 years. Recently under new management. The local I went to did not stand by their work on a classic car I own. That manager is no longer with the company. Needing 2 tires for another car I own I went to another store @ 3645 s. Palo Verde where I meet Kevin Slate after telling him and Chris hidey my story they jumped into action. They not only made things right for what the other store didn't do. The was I was treated I have found my new home store.for their fairness I am writing this to express my gratitude. I highly recommend Jack Furrier & Auto Care for your car needs. They are reliable, dependable and most certainly trustworthy. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else. They are the only place I have my cars service. I'm always greeted with Professionalism, a smile and great customer service. Not to mention prices of service are affordable for the service I need. Other companies charge out of the ballpark.

They took good care of us. He wasn't lying when he recommended that we purchase the high quality set of tires over the chinese brand tires. Those set of tires lasted us a long time.

Kevin and Lorenzo are great! Our engine light came on in the car. After we were towed to Jack Furrier, they saw what was wrong and fixed it. Not only are ALL of the employees courteous, but they are honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend taking your car here!

A Lorenzo told me to bring my truck in this morning for new air shocks and took my information. Today Kevin said there was nothing there about me coming in this morning. Worse, Kevin charged me $415 in labor for less than 2 hours of work to install my air shocks on my 1996 Mazda truck THAT I PROVIDED. My recommendation is don't go to this business unless a) you're rich, b) you're stupid or c) there's no other automotive businesses in Tucson.

We were in Tucson for vacation last weekend and woke up to a flat tire on our rental car. We changed the tire to the spare, but wanted to go to Tubac for the day, and knew we couldn't drive it that far. Looking at the regular tire, it was apparent that a screw had pierced the tire, so we looked for some place we could get it patched quickly. Jack Furrier had the best reviews online, so I found a location close by. The guys at the 3645 S Palo Verde Rd location were AWESOME. They got us in quickly on a Saturday and patched the tire and swapped it for the spare in half an hour and, even more remarkably, they DIDN'T CHARGE US for the job! I have to tell you, this not only made our day much brighter, but was one of our highlights of the whole vacation. Their generosity in helping us out actually restored my faith in humanity (which has taken a hit these last few years)... Of course, they need to earn a living and can't give away services all the time, but I would HIGHLY recommend them for your auto needs. They are a class-act operation and very service oriented!

Very very slow. Entire day just for flat tire fix and replace. I got here at 8.30 AM to fix my car's flat tire. I was told it it will take few hours. I had no option buy to say yes. Then I got a call after an hour or so that it needs replacement. I said yes. They had not had tire in stock and it's now at 3 pm, tire is replaced but I am told I need to wait for another hour to just replace the tire with spare wheel. Such a slow, pathetic service. I wish I could have gone to another service center.

Brought two vehicles to them spent 1000s of dollars with them to fix check engine lights . They called me 6 times to pick up my Sentra saying it’s ready and all 6 times the light came on a mile away . The rendezvous they called us to pick up check engine light came on on way home and was just a O2 sensor but showed they didn’t test a thing . My Sentra still has a check engine light and the emissions test is next month and started the repairs two years ago lol thanks jack . This is a repost as last one was deleted

I had gotten stranded 2 hours from home and had to stay in a hotel overnight with my 12 year old daughter, but when I got to Jack Furrier's the gentleman who helped me, and I cannot remember his name, was so understanding and helpful. I could not afford to purchase a tire as I thought it would only need to be plugged, but he made sure that all my tires including the donut was safe to drive on and gave me tips on what to do and made me feel more comfortable to drive back home. I would SO recommend this location!! They were HELPFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING & EXTREMELY NICE!! To the gentleman who helped me thank you for making me comfortable enough to drive my 12 year old daughter and myself home, you were amazing & I thank you so much.

Tires were great customer service wasn't. If they can't answer a simple question respectfully then you got to question whether to get your tires here at all. Tires aren't cheap.

We took our 40’ Tiffin Allegro Bus into the commercial tire division of Jack Furrier to replace 6 Michelins, as we had timed out our existing tires. Alex is the supervisor there and he provided us great service. If you need big tires replaced, I’d highly recommend them.

New to the area with tire troubles. This place was closest to my 5th wheel. I Didn't get the warm fussy, or welcome feeling. Dirty, Unorthodox, angry staff. $350 for 1 RV "16 tire quoted with no other option. Felt like they were taking advantage of a down on luck situation.. No-thanks, so On my way to discount tire for $350 for 2 tires.
