I just took my Sprinter into their service department, signed nothing, and asked for my airbag cable under the seat to be potentially fixed after discussing the cost. Also, the wheel sensor light came on while driving from Colorado here, I had one replaced in Pensacola, FL, in October. This sensor is under warranty until Monday 12-9-2024, so I needed it done quickly. These guys decided to take apart my steering wheel for no reason. I have had Centennial Imports Pensacola, Florida, and Mercedes Benz of Westminster, Colorado, do a full diagnosis and neither claimed the issue Jackie Cooper Imports has told me. I am very concerned about the integrity of this dealership! My cruise control was working before I took it into Jackie Cooper Imports. I will update more on Monday after I go get my vehicle back. Monday 12-9-2024 update: Got my vehicle back, and I would love to change my feedback. However, I recall a saying from Jackie Cooper himself, and the saying goes like this. When a fish stinks, it doesn't just stink at the tail. The whole fish stinks head to tail! Friday 12-13-2024 Denny offered to me via Google reviews to email him about my experience to which I emailed immediately. To date, I have yet to hear from him. I had saved concerns just for that communication.

We just purchased a used sprinter motor home. I took it in to have it checked and Max was amazing. He remembered the van and let me know all the service had been done and nothing was needed. Then he took care of a light bulb that was out. I am a customer for life.

The service department here is top notch. I wanted to get my 24 G63 in for a break in oil change and not only did they not flinch at discussing a break in oil change they got me in the morning I called. My service advisor Jacob took care of me and my truck and gave me his number in case I needed anything and even texted me a couple days later just to make sure I was happy. I’ll be honest the service here is even better than Lexus of Tulsa who I don’t have any complaints about. I was sitting in the lounge area and the guys working on my truck even sent me a video showing them working and showed themselves measuring the tire tread, brake pads and the condition of the bushings etc. I couldn’t be happier. This is how it’s supposed to be done. Thank you guys for everything!!

I absolutely love the Jackie Cooper service department. They are so friendly and nice. Sometimes, I don't even have an appointment, but they always manage to get me in if I have a problem. They always have a loaner for you, and they get your car in and out quickly. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper imports.

The service advisors here are top notch. I stopped in for an unscheduled visit due to a headlight issue. They were trying to do all possible, but had to order parts. We will see what happens then

They are the best Mercedes service experience in the state. Twice now they have been there to help us in an emergency, and they helped on both occasions the same day with fast, kind, thoughtful service and assistance. They're just simply the best.

Great service! When I bought my vehicle, I opted to get the ceramic coating. I made an appointment with my service advisor, Connie (who is wonderful). Dropped the car off, was given a loaner for the day. The car came back in beautiful condition! I hope I don't need a lot of servicing, but if I do, I'm giving Connie a call!!

Jackie Cooper service department is top notch. I had an issue and Lana was on it from the start. Everything was explained to me in detail and any questions I had were answered completely. Lana would check in with me, let me know the progress that was being made. I will always use Jackie Cooper service department for my cars from here on out. Cannot beat the customer service..
