Had a total loss on my previous Nissan and went in to finish paperwork on the old car and completely unexpectedly in the best way left in my new 2025 nissan Rogue. MJ was amazing in finance made the transition happen so smoothly and was excellent with the paperwork with the old car and getting me in the new so quickly. I was introduced to Ashton to get the new car and he was superb in getting me in exactly the new car I was looking for. Ashton was personable and made me very comfortable with the experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care. I will only use jackie cooper nissan in the future with Ashton and MJ for my team. Best experience! Highly recommend!

Nihad was recommended to me by a relative and I was able to do most everything over the phone. Walked on the lot and was introduced to the salesman, Jordan, who showed me every feature the car that I was purchasing had. I'm 52 years old and have bought a fair share of cars over my lifetime and I have never had a salesman take the time to demonstrate features on the car I was purchasing. Went for a test drive and then to finance to sign the papers. I left with an amazing ride and confidence that I had gotten the best customer service and a great deal!

We were very pleased to work with the sales team at Jackie Cooper. This was the first vehicle we have ever bought from them, so we were very excited when we were able to purchase a new or almost new Titan. I am a previous 2006 Titan owner whom had certain expectations when looking for a new. Such as running boards and skid palte. With exceptions, the vehicle exceeded or met my requirements for a replacement truck. Thanks for all the assistance given by Ezra and Cody. Oh, let's not forget the financial guy, Dreg. We love the truck! Have not driven our other Nissan since we picked my 2021 Titan last Friday. May God's blessings be upon this organization and praying for many more years of opportunities to serve others.
