Folks were pleasant and helpful for the most part. The 2-3 hour wait for financing was not acceptable. In the end I found the truck I wanted and at a good price.

The salesman I spoke with did an excellent job by explaining all of the questions I had very well. He also went out of his way to help me get the right vehicle. Not a great experience. Pretty disappointed with the experience. We were at the dealership for 5 hours, and the car salesman left before I got my keys so we had to scramble to get a key so I could leave. I still don’t have my second key as a result. Pretty disappointed honestly.

The salesman Diego was great and attentive. He went above and beyond to do everything I asked. The sales manager was super nice and was not high pressure whatsoever and worked with me and and I had some demands and we sat down and talked so we didn’t do the back and forth which was very nice. The finance guy was very straightforward and didn’t try pushing unwanted extras and answered every question. Very happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the hunt for your next car. Go find Diego he will take care of you!!
