I feel really bad for the customers The things customers don’t know: These guys are constantly joy riding and racing customer vehicles up and down the neighborhood EVERY DAY. I live on the same block as this business and see it every day. Myself and other neighbors constantly confront them to slow down but they just keep on doing burnouts, squealing brakes in hard stops, revving motors and racing customer vehicles. You can literally hear them 2 blocks down STILL racing customer vehicles. Trucks, SUVs, small cars… old, newer it doesn’t matter. I am literally talking about EVERY customer vehicle gets driven hard like a teenager who just watched Fast and the Furious.

Took my car to get AC compressor checked, the mechanic only added oil to compressor and antifreeze… payed $88. Car kept being the same.. making noise and it wasn’t cooling. My son(2YEAR OLD) and I were extremely hot inside car. Called Friday for an estimate for the compressor and Bruce said total to change AC compressor would be 1,300.. i understand compressor is expensive + labor but I feel 1,300 is way to much. Took my car to another mechanic for second opinion and he said the mechanic at Bruce shop flooded the compressor with oil, meaning he added way too much oil to compresor. I wanted to give a try to this shop since it had a lot of good reviews. As a first time customer I will not be coming back here and I hope to get my $88 back because I wasn’t satisfied at all.

Bruce and his staff are awesome!! They are honest and trustworthy and they do great work and get it done fast!! Very friendly and welcoming. As a female, I often feel like I’m being oversold or taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair which leads to me having to call my dad to handle all the talking, when I took my suburban in to Jackie’s, for the first time I didn’t have to have my dad handle it, I felt confident in what I was being told and felt like everything was being handled honestly and fair. It helped that I had done some research on the problem prior to as well, just confirming the feeling that I could trust what they were saying. I will absolutely return for future car servicing and have already recommended them to a handful of people and will continue to. Lucky for me, Jackie’s Auto Shop is in my neighborhood, that being said, I often walk my dogs past his shop and can see that they are always busy busy busy and working hard everyday, I can only imagine others trust this shop and their employees just as much as I do! Thanks for taking the weight of feeling like my car was about to kick the bucket, off my shoulders!! New water hose and she’s back to new ( well as new as a 20+ yr old vehicle can be 😅😉)

Meant to leave a review a while back, but I had a low mileage 03 silverado that I sent to have looked over and to have any issues taken car of. Jackie was honest and did not try to up-sale me on anything it did not need. Showed what I needed, I ordered the parts, and they installed them. I highly recommend this shop for any mechanical needs, especially if you're not sure what is wrong with your vehicle. I trust this shop 100%

Unable to repair vehicle due to rust. Upon dropping vehicle off a shop mechanic entered room and said “do not take this job, it is a rust bucket”. There is rust, it is a 2005 vehicle. I think if your car is in good condition or newer this shop will be helpful. Definitely not a shop that will get deep into a job that requires extra effort. The owner seems nice enough and they answer the phone.

Bruce and his team got my car in and out the same day for brake and rotor replacement. They checked my fluids and tire pressure as part of their routine care. They did not try to oversell or suggest work that wasn't necessary. I'm glad to have finally found a mechanic for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs. We will most assuredly be back.

I’ve used Jackie’s Auto Clinic several times for my auto maintenance and repairs. Bruce and his team of mechanics are the best. They will quickly diagnose the issue and give you an honest explanation of what needs to be fixed. There has been several times where I went to other shops and was told that various items needed to be replaced, only to take it to Jackie’s Auto Clinic and have Bruce and his mechanics actually show me that my current parts still have plenty of life, saving me tons of cash. That kind of honesty and integrity has made me a lifelong customer. All of his mechanics are stand up guys with tons of knowledge and patience and have always taken the time to walk me through their final repairs. Go see them and talk with Bruce, he’ll take care of your auto repair needs.

Highly recommend!! I am new to the city and was referred to Jackie’s by a co worker. Mr.Bruce and his entire team was transparent about what was wrong with the vehicle. Since 2013, Bruce Noble and the top-notch team at Jackie's Auto Clinic have serviced my vehicles. Repairs last, service is reasonable, and when I don't need something, they also tell me that and how they've come to that conclusion.

The ONLY place I will EVER go now to get work done on my vehicle. They had to fix a break job done elsewhere. THANK GOODNESS I went to Jackie's Auto to get a second opinion on the break job that was done at another place. Jackie's Auto Clinic had to redo the 1st job. They were very informative and very helpful!!! They honestly have their client's safety in mind! I'll never go to another Auto place for ANY work on my vehicle.
