I visited this establishment two weeks ago after experiencing oil and coolant issues while driving through the pass. While most repair shops in the area were booked out at least 48 hours, they were able to accommodate me the same day, which I appreciated. The staff was courteous, but the service was incredibly expensive. Unfortunately, after returning home, I discovered that my hood latch was broken. My dealership later informed me that the latch line had snapped, likely due to it being pulled too hard during the service. Additionally, my coolant warning light came back on shortly after arriving home. Upon inspection, the dealership confirmed that no coolant had been added, despite being charged for a coolant top-off. There were no leaks or other issues identified. In total, I was charged over $180 for an oil change and a coolant service that didn’t occur, along with the damage to my hood latch. I also had a coupon from their website that they refused to honor, despite it featuring their exact logo and location name. Given these issues, I won’t be returning to this shop, buyer beware…

We were on vacation and on our last leg into Jackson the oil change computer message flashed up. Made no sense because supposedly I'd gotten an oil change at my home dealership, but with the amount of driving ahead of us, and much of it outside of cell phone range, I was more than a bit concerned. Showed up at 7am, was out by 7:20am, full load of oil, message no longer flashing at me, and for a reasonable price. Thanks!

There's always a line, it clogs the adjacent parking lot. It's hard to maneuver any type of big vehicle in there.

Was refused service for an oil change because of a small oil leak on my 30 year old van. Lied and said I also had power steering and coolant leaks too, and that there was "fluid leaking everywhere". Went to Levi's for a second opinion where they inspected and confirmed it was only a minor oil leak. They had me in and out in 20 minutes and did my oil change for half the price. I'd advise against spending your money here unless it's for the car wash.

JH Express Lube is always fast, professional, and friendly. I have lived in Jackson for 25 years and this is where I take my car to get the oil changed. I am always greeted by a friendly face and treated with respect - by the technicians and the staff indoors. I am a busy professional, so time is money for me and the last 3 times I've visited, I've been in and out in under 20 minutes - one time in less than 10! My car is always cleaner than when I arrived and never smells like grease or has a greasy steering wheel. I 100% recommend them.

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a modded vehicle. Came for a basic synthetic oil change. They tried to charge me extra because I have off-road skid plates and I had to go into the bay and show them that there is a drain hole and access to the oil filter without removal of anything. They then proceeded to put conventional oil in after I had asked for synthetic so I had to wait for them to do the service again. They ultimately made it right but still a less than ideal experience.

Buyer Beware make sure you get a full detailed quote before you agree to service. I travel 6-8 months out of the year. My truck 2021 F450 has been serviced at Ford Dealerships in Arizona, Colorado, Cody Wyoming, Nevada and my home in Arkansas and I have never paid more than $180 to get an oil change. I feel like a fool the Ford Dealer in Jackson could not get me in. And this place charged me $332 for an Oil change $36 for a filter alone. They don’t care about repeat business just a quick buck off of the traveling people. Find someone who cares about business don’t give away your money here.

Brought my Volvo in for a standard oil change. They ran into an unexpected issue with this 9 yr old car. Slade and his team communicated with me every step of the way and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with this level of service. They just won a loyal customer!

The service workers were nice but I paid double the price I normally would for an oil change. It took 10 minutes and they didn't check air filters, and then when asked why it was so high I was told we have to adjust for oil prices. I can understand that but let's be honest just like everything in Jackson you inflate prices because you assume everyone that lives here or near the area has money. I cannot afford to go back and get my oil done there.

After a rough, long, stressful day, My wife who is disabled went to get just "AIR" in her tires last night (8/2/23) just before they closed and they charged her $30 dollars for air. She paid it, because all the other air pumps in Jackson she tried were broken. She also said that the workers were really rude and not nice about it. I will never use this place. ( Owner replied saying I was not reviewing the correct place, that they never charge for air. ) Called my wife and she said it was correct, she was at Maverick and pulled there after fueling. There were five to six workers closing up.

Car wash kiosk wouldn’t allow me to buy wash . I tried two different cards and cash. Both cards failed. Cash part wouldn’t even attempt to take my cash so it wasn’t a bent bill issue. If you must go inside to purchase wash it was not stated on wash kiosk. No clue how good of job wash does since I just left. It was brushless so couldn’t imagine it doing great job.

Julio, Jen, and crew were super accommodating to my family’s car troubles. A part had to be ordered and they went the extra mile to ensure it came the next day. We were back on the road in 24 hours. We highly recommend Express Lube and Car Wash. Super fast, friendly, and affordable!

Random prices...In the last 6 months they jacked up the prices twice with a lot.Guys do a really good job,but Management and Owners care only how to over charge the services.177$ for an oil change .Some people had been charged 210$ for the same type of car .Way too expensive for an oil change.....Random prices!!!!

Terrible customer service. When I first arrived, around 10 minutes after pulling up, I was notified I would be able to stay in my car for the oil change. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, it was then my turn next in line. One of the attendants notified me I would have to exit my vehicle and go into the shop for the oil change. I informed him one of the attendants told me I could stay in my vehicle, but I was told that would not be the case. Overall, customer service needs to be top priority. During my short visit, there was terrible communication between staff and myself. I would not recommend supporting Jackson Hole Express Lube with your hard earned money until they have addressed their leadership roles. 1 Star service here on 06/14/2023

Today was the second time that I had my vehicle serviced here. Jen, Julio and their team were amazing. They attended to me right away, were truthful and professional regarding the diagnostics, and happily accommodated my four children and I while we waited. They went above and beyond to ensure the prompt repair and safety of our family vehicle. I am floored by their generous spirit and so incredibly grateful for their timely assistance.

After parking my truck at the front entrance. Julio the manager stated get out. I did, and then they shut the door on me. After shutting the door they were yelling. Goes that way go that way, I didn't quite understand usually we sit in the car so what that said it's okay. They continue to start changing my oil without even asking me what I needed what was going on or anything. I thought that was kind of strange. Julio explained the price which was outrageously high two hundred plus dollars for an oil Change I was waiting outside smoking a cigarette when one of the employees rolled up the door so I could not see what was going on inside with My vehicle which I thought was very immature and disrespectful to roll the windows up so I could not see what was going on. Therefore, made me feel very uncomfortable if they were really actually doing a great job. Upon inspection. My oil was very dirty and I don't know if they changed it so I have to go back to work and ask my mechanic if they have done the right service for my vehicle I do not. Recommend this place to anybody coming through the beautiful Jackson Hole.

Asked for semi-synthetic oil and agreed to the price from the employee at the front desk, even though I knew it was higher than average. A different employee did the oil change and put conventional oil in my car. Definitely won't go back. It's funny because they have all this signage up in the waiting area about work ethic and professionalism, etc. Pretty ironic.

Shady business. Non transparent sliding pricing on offered services. Pricing also changes by the day and staff you happen to talk to.
