I dont know what happened to this company as a whole but its gone so down hill. The guys that wipe down your window make it dirtier after it just being washed. When you pay for a vacuum its not done well. I even took out my own trash and personal items to make it easier for them. I asked to cancel my membership and the man told me flat out no.

Horrible experience at this location. This is a company truck that gets used by construction workers. I explained when I came in that I was extremely short on time. I only wanted the interior detailed. I was told that it would be 30-35 minutes. One hour and fifteen minutes later, this was the result. I spoke with the manager, Juan, and he offered to have the vehicle cleaned again, however, as I said I didn't have time to do that. Complete waste of time and money which was not refundable.

Just had the best experience at Jackson’s on happy valley rd. Matt gave me excellent customer service which seems to be a lost art these days well not with him, along with a great job on a full detail on my truck. Not for nothing I am very particular about my truck and customer service and from start to finish i was very impressed with this location. Clean facility and very good customer service with all the employees i interacted with, Very impressed with this location. Thank you Matt and team.

Just had the car washed here. Johnny was so friendly. After I went through the wash, he cloth dried the car! It looks like new! I will definitely go back. Thanks Johnny, from a very satisfied customer.

DA working sales sold me a package where I get nothing but a wash. I like getting VIP wash every time. I told him this, and yet when I pulled into detail lanes, everyone avoided my car like the plague.

If you want to cancel your membership you have to input an ID as an identifier, which they do not give you when signing up. When I finally got in touch with someone over the phone to cancel it she told me it was my license plate number but she understands if I was never told it. Sounds like something they regularly do. There are better car washes around, don't give your money to these people.

Was told my interior detail would take 1.5 hours. I watched them vacuum and do a quick wipe down and then my can sat in the bay for over and hour without anyone touching it. I had to walk to the front and grab an attendant and tell them the situation. It was only then someone came by and started working on my car. It’s been 3 hours now and still no car. No offer of compensation my management at all.

Worked with Jeff Myers and he was great, took the time to explain the process steps and made sure they did a spray down to remove the mud first before my Jeep went through the machine wash. Much appreciated he took the time to make sure it was a quality experience. Thank you Jeff.

I had very friendly service. I did find a lot of places, inside my car, that weren't even touched. Tire rims were pretty bad too. I was a little disappointed because they've always been thorough in the past and I paid a pretty penny. Also, now a "cashless" business. For this very reason, alone, I will choose another car wash.

I've used this location for years and generally have great experiences. On June 12th, I went for a wash and interior clean. After waiting for over 30mins to get the car vacuumed, I had to leave due to another appt. Because my car wasn't finished, an employee, who appeared to be a manager or team lead, said he would put a credit on my account so I could come back and have my car done. Today, I went in to use that credit and I was told there was nothing on my account. They told me there was nothing they can do because they can't just keep giving out free washes. (I had received a rewash years ago because of the 24hr rain policy). The employee also implied that I was lying because he said they haven't been busy in 6 months. I am incredibly disappointed in this service. Especially from a company that I have used many times before and have another car with a monthly membership.

Recently offered a Drive thru Promo car wash for the month for only $9.95. The offer included up to 2 vehicles. (Just sign here for the one-time charge). This morning, I see I was charged $21.00 for the second month. A call to the CSR for Jacksons resulted in finding out that as I was pushed through the line of cars to the car wash I signed for an on-going subscription that requires a pre-call of 3 to 5 days to cancel the subscription. Even though I called to complain about the misrepresentation of the service as a one-month-only and no on-going subscription the CSR would not cancel the six-hour old charge because that's Jacksons policy. She did take the time to let me know that the wash was good for only one car and not the two that I had been told at the time it was offered.

Huge shout out to Jackson's car wash! I spilled a huge cup of iced coffee all over my seats and the smell was horrible. Matt went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service. He ensured the smell was completely gone and my car was sparkling clean! Awesome job, Matt and the entire crew at Jackson's!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. ***DO NOT*** come to this place for a full detail. Very disappointed and upset that I paid 200$ for a FULL interior and exterior service, when the work done was rushed and probably truly only worth 40$ so I was scammed of 160 bucks. When I picked up my car, there was still trash in the door and some weirdo was like “oh it was probably from the wind, let me grab that”. It’s 120 degrees outside, WHAT WIND??!!! Anyways, just let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Beware you guys. They did send me to a second location on rain tree in Scottsdale, check out the second review and photos.

Total paint damage - worst experience ever. We did a quick car wash that damaged the entire car paint. They blamed it on being old "paint oxidation" due to the Arizona heat temperature. We used many nearby car washes and this never happened before. This was the first time we used this company/location and this was the result. On top, they refused to even run a 2nd car wash or take care of the damage. I quoted the location Mrg - Brian Anderson who said: "This was in our disclaimer and not a thing you can about it". VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - be aware - We are pursuing other avenue or resolution to bring this concern to the local Arizona NEWS outlet and FIGHT this MAL-PRACTICE until the end. This is NOT right :( We ar NOT DONE ...... Mal-Practice - is a serious business liability.

During the times I have been here I've witnessed a supervisor slap a coworker in front of the manager, Dustin, and both still work there, they also wont clean the rims properly unless asked (they "act" like they wipe them without actually trying to clean the filth off) and on top of everything else they will "sell" you your car with steps missing from the wash you paid for just so they can get people out faster.

Great car wash but they pressured my wife so bad for a windshield repair she refuses to go there anymore. I took her car for her thinking she was exaggerating NOPE! It’s even worse than she described. I was horribly harassed on two occasions. The second time Tristan interrupted the guy trying to sell me a membership (which I was about to buy) to begin harassing again. You would think “No thank you, please stop talking to me” would do the trick but it didn’t. Almost need a restraining order lol. Never coming here again sorry.

This Jackson location has to be the worst of all of them. So sad because such a beautiful place. Lacks management skills, customer service skills and pretty much car washing skills. Very sad. They will sell you a membership and promise you everything or sell a prepaid wash and promise ...then when time to use it they say oh no no no you can't do that. This location should be a success..instead it's a failure. Let me know if you need my help running your business!

Feedback for you guys at Jackson car wash. I’m a member of yours that frequently stops by to have my vehicle cleaned by you. I think that the guy at the beginning of the tunnel is great but when I get out on the other end to dry…. My experience is consistently not good. I always have to go around to park and dry it myself. I would have to say it happens 100% of my visits. Please share with your team. Thanks.

I am giving this establishment 1 star. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The management of the 2501 w happy valley location is laughable. First off, we paid for a wash and full detail a week in advance. We were able to schedule the car wash and detail out and when it came time for the appointment we were 3rd in line at 7:30am. My wife and I were assured multiple times that our vehicle would be done in 4 hours. It took 9 hours to complete and there were no updates. At about noon I tried calling which of course I was routed to a call center in first Idaho and then Texas. Joe the manager at around 2:30 did finally reach out and said it would be done around 3:30/4 pm. Joe then called and said it was close to being done. I was about to leave but then was called into work and my wife had to Uber to the location to pick up the vehicle. She was treated so poorly and unprofessionally by the staff. They surrounded her and were filming her and she finally drove off in tears. I then left work and drove there to figure out what was going on. Joe the manager was belligerent and accepted no responsibility for his actions and said he would call the cops if I did not leave. Please do not let your wives or daughters visit this establishment under any circumstances especially if they are a minority such as my wife. The white men there will treat them like garbage.

Ladies restroom is obviously being used by men and poorly cleaned. The fish tank is quite yellow and gross. This place has gone down quite a lot! Have to be diligent to make sure that all parts of your car are wiped down properly. Typically multiple places are missed inside the car, windows and wheels(not tires) particularly. Employees don’t look happy 🤷‍♀️

Paid for the $200 "complete interior" detailing, but the results were more like a quick and lazy wipe-down. Lots of spots were missed and still dirty. Also left the steering wheel oily.

So, I quit coming to this location after being extremely disappointed. I drove to another location, which was much further from me. I decided to give them another try this morning and it was a night and day difference to what I experienced years ago. So much so, I brought three of my vehicles here today. I had the pleasure of meeting Erik, a supervisor, who did an exceptional job inspecting vehicles before call for the owners. On my third visit today, I asked to speak to the manager, Dustin. He said he’s only been here for a few months and he’s really trying to change the culture and pride in this place. If you haven’t been here in a while, give them another shot!

Worst interior detail I've ever received. My employee picked it up my company car for me, it was 2 hours later than they told me it would be ready, and nothing was clean. They rubbed some sort of silicone based grease all over every surface, literally dripping grease in spots. And it was just covering the dirt underneath. They only steam cleaned the drivers seat, and it was soaking wet when I got in so I had to sit on plastic driving home, and now there's water stains. Still had dirt and dog hair everywhere. I spent 2 hours cleaning all the grease off the surfaces. It was so slippery that my foot kept slipping off the gas and brake pedal, and it felt really dangerous.
