Tl;dr- take your vehicle literally anywhere else. Dropped my vehicle off over a week ago (with an appointment) for a crank sensor replacement. No word after 3 days. Finally heard back after their "48 hour diagnostic" was told it will be a quick fix. Several days and literally dozens of calls a day later, still no word on the status of my vehicle (that is still under warranty. Every call either results in an immediate hangup, or I get sent straight to voicemail. For all I know at this point, they totaled our sold my car and are trying to keep me from finding out about it. Update: FINALLY got a hold of the service manager, after a week, work on my car hasn't even started. I cannot stress enough to take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

Bought my ‘24 Jeep here. Salesman was wonderful. Can’t remember his name. Came in waaaay overdue for my first oil change. Everyone was helpful, quick and great to work with. I was offered a complimentary car wash and they did a quick vacuum inside which was a pleasant surprise!

I’m from Massachusetts! I was on the work trip in Florida and my vehicle broke down and it had to be towed to Jacksonville CJRD. Meghan in service put me as a priority, and the issue with the vehicle was fixed within one hour ,while I was waiting in the lounge area. Exceptional service, great people! Very happy with my experience.

Let me preface I purchased a vehicle from here and that was great had no problems. Service though I scheduled oil change and transmission fluid change days prior to my appointment. On the day of they can’t do the transmission fluid and an hour and half later tell me they don’t even have an oil filter for the truck. Worst service I’ve ever had never going back!

Excellent service experience at this dealership. Advisor understood my requests, documented requests and recalls well documented during service along with positive resolution. Currently own 4 jeep models while having purchased my last 5 vehicles from this dealership group. Highly recommend this location.

Brought my in for an AC repair. While it was there, they found an issue with the rear differential. Both repairs were made and I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Camelle was my service advisor/contact throughout the repair process. I was kept informed every step of the way and was pleased with the service.

Once you buy the care everyone is super friendly..after the bill of sell ..that's it..ask to be called several time by the person who sold me the car..never returned my calls left messages.. I am done.. The repore.. was so on hand during the buying process..which I informed them that I had a credit in mind..but no he knew someone that would handle it because if one run more that 3 reports..that goes on your downside of your score...i found out they didnt follow what I asked ..that left a bad taste in my mouth....more things happen..like shields I purchased for $ 118 they from them .then they wanted to charge me $150.00 to snap them on my 4 windows..I wasn't gonna do that..all the thousands of dollars I just spent with you all..I could understand I had to pay something..but a 10 minute or 15 minute job. The service manager was not friendly..he never directly spoke to me.. you know I did gas the free gas..car wash..After the lst month...u are on your own.. The young lady that sold me the car..was Awesome...but you must realize she has to dance to there music .The man that always wear the hat..he was nice... The final sell person...just say this will be my last car I but from here. Like some marriage after the honey moon. We just friends Lol. .just kidding any who.. I never have the opportunity to talk to anyone up there yet. Since my call were not returned.. I really felt she was a Great trusting person..have more ti say..but I will end he re.. I did purchase a 2022 chyr.black sunroof v8 with back wings..

I brought my car in for the tire sensor lights not working and staying on. After 2 visits and over $1,000, I was given the car back with the "need service" lights still on the tire sensor. I was told that it "should start working after I drive it for a while." I was also told by my service rep to "talk nice to it". It is now 3 months later. I have driven the car over 1300 miles and have talked sweet to the car. The tire sensor lights stay on. Now I have additional lights showing that I am needing service. I am at a loss on where to take my car now, as I would like to keep this 2013 Dodge Charger.
