Yo jamás recomendaría este lugar con absolutamente nadie lleve mi auto porque los chicos de good year recomendaron una revisión ala transmisión de mi auto cobraron $145 dólares por revisarlo ellos dijeron que la transmisión estaba dañada que costaría $5835 dólares repararla realmente decepcionada de la situación decidí vender mi auto en $1000 dólares a un amigo por si quería reparlo lo llevo a otro lugar donde le dijeron que la transmisión no está dañada y lastimosamente me hicieron perder al rededor de $7000 dólares por mi auto 😔 * Enserio ahora resulta que yo no fui con ustdes Porque razón dejaría un comentario si no conozco el lugar es ilógico no creen Lastimosamente fue mi mala experiencia con ustdes y creo que con fingir que no fui a su negocio no arreglan nada.

Great customer service. They are friendly, polite and honest. They will not sell you services that you do not need. Their work has always been great. If there is a problem, they will fix it. I highly recommend them.

¡¡¡¡NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!!!! Si quieres tener mas gastos con tu carro traelo aqui a este lugar. Traje mi carro a chequeo del motor y segun era un sensor del oxigeno lo "arreglaron" y lo fueron a checar mi carro si ya estaba todo bien y segun ya estaba listo y Despues me hablaron solo para desirme que mi tramision no servia. cuando mi carro estaba bien cuando lo lleve no tenia problemas con la transmision. en el primer escaneo solo me dijieron que era el sensor y despues le isieron otro escaneo y que ya le salia problemas de transmision. trate de solucionarlo con ellos ya que la transmision me salia 7,000 nueva y todavia tenia que pagar mas de 500 dolares y me entregaron el carro inservible literal no sirve mi carro corre a maximo 10 millas por hora y de retroceso no sirve y asi me lo entregaron cuando se los entrege todo bien, aparte el traductor willian le dije a la jefa o supervisora que yo pedia que me pusieran una transmision nueva y en ningun momento pedi que le pusieran una transmision nueva a mi carro perdieron un cliente y muchos mas porque yo les estuve mandando muchos nuevos clientes a este lugar pero de ahora en adelatente este lugar ya no es de confianza porque no soy la unica persona que le an dañando el carro, eh visto a otras personas que le dañaron la transmision tambien, TENGA MUCHO CUIDADO NO VENGAN AQUI LOS COMETARIOS DE LOS NEGOCIOS IMPORTAN MUCHO lleven sus carros a otro taller mas de confianza, no creas que porque tienen muchos comentarios de muchas personas con 5 estrella sea seguro muchos negocios ofrecen descuentos a los nuevos clientes para que les ponga un comentario bueno en sus paginas para hacerles creer que son un negocio de 5 estrellas *OMG dicen no tener mi informacion que no soy cliente de ellos y claramente la tienen, porque les mencione que anteriormente ya habia ido con ellos y me dijieron exactamente lo que me habian hecho, ahora quieren que la gente piense que las personas que ponen comentarios negativos no son cliente del negocio y claro que si lo somos creen que vamos a perder el tiempo de ir a poner un mal comentario asi por asi ovio tuvimos un mal trato con nuestros veiculos Y CLARO QUE TIENEN MI INFORMACION NOMBRE, DIRECCION Y NUMERO INCLUSO LA DE MI CARRO ahora no se agan que no soy cliente de ustedes porque tengo pruebas de llamadas y recibo de la cita anterior y otra mas pruebas

I trust these guys with my car every time! Not only do they take care of my regular oil changes and checkups, they recently replaced my transmission. These guys are honest and have reasonable pricing for their excellent work! Thank you Jacobs!

When in doubt, turn to Jacob’s Service Center for great services! I’ve had car dealerships trying to rip me off, asking to do unnecessary repairs on my cars or charging me ridiculous fees. Jason, Roger, Jenna and their associates are honest people and they always put their customers first.

I've been going to Jacob's for like 10 years they've always done a good job My son took his car there though to get brakes done and they forgot to put the bolts in the caliper so the caliper was just sitting there slapping around so lucky it didn't catch and break off and tear the brake line and had gotten into a big accident or something I don't know what to say very disappointed

My experience was pretty good. My car had some serious issues it was taking a lot of time to fix. @ first I was getting a little frustrated because my car was there going on a week, the customer worked with me gave me a loaner car so I could get to work while they worked on my car. Totally appreciate 🙏 the service. Got my car back and it runs like a champ! Love this repair shop 😍

I am hugely disappointed in Jacobs. We’ve brought many of our cars here for years on the recommendation of my father-in-law, who is a car guy. Our last two experiences with them we have: been told things have been done, when they have not, have been told there was nonissue when there clearly was, and is. We had a power steering leak That was “repaired” but the hose was not attached, so now we are spending money at another mechanic to get the actual work done, which is exacerbated due to an open hose. We had an issue with our door that we were told didn’t have an issue - and it still does not close. We requested a rearview mirror be fixed, and told there was no problem, and it continues to float unhinged to any anchor. In summation, over a few visits, we spent a lot of money on things that we were told were fixed and weren’t, OR told there was no problem WHEN THERE clearly was. We NOW use another mechanic. Something has changed in their management or in the inner structure and it is no longer the thorough, honest operation we experienced for many years. WHAT USE TO BE: We used Jacob’s regularly years back, and now do again having moved back to the area. They are, and have always been, fair, upfront, professional and they do a great job. We have no qualms trusting our cars to them.

Really happy with the work these guys did on my truck. They did a thorough job finding all the issues with it and the price to get it fixed was very fair. I liked how they kept me updated on their progress and all of them seemed really friendly and honest. Already had a pair of new windshield wipers that my technician was happy to put on for me. I’ll definitely be sending my friends here when they need help with their vehicles

They are always nice. They break down the prices into labor and parts which is helpful. I've never been overcharged; it's still for a car so sometimes the problem is pricey. In the morning they sometimes have a dog or two there which isn't important to the business, I just really love it when I see the giant sweet dog. He makes mornings better.

Above and beyond. Thank you jacobs. Took my pickup in had the timing chains replaced and the heater fixed. The price was perfect. Job done within a few days. I would recommend jacobs to anyone.

I used this business for nearly 5 years for my 2015 Mercedes . Family owed and operated ,this business is thorough ,timely ,and able to schedule an appointment for full inspection within 1 week . Appointments generally last approximately 1 hour . Inspections are very detailed ,quotes and estimates are exact . Front counter is very knowledgeable,professional and friendly .

I was having a bad misfire and needed my spark plugs changed in a hurry because I needed my car back ASAP to pick up the kids. I was so worried about getting gouged by a shop but the reviews for Jacobs were great. They got the car done in a hurry and charged a very fair price. I'm bringing my cars here from now on.

Just picked up my chevy astro Had Freeze plug replaced had to pull the transmission to access it ,was expecting to pay 1300 was only $200. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. Totally awesome was also done very quickly

We took my daughters car to Jacobs because they were recommended by CNS Transmission. The problem was with the acceleration. Jacobs said the spark plugs needed to be replaced so we did that and paid $380 including the diagnostic fee however it's still having the same issue! We dont feel they looked at other less expensive causes like a faulty sensor, contaminated fuel or air filters, or a faulty timing belt. They also failed to mention there was an oil leak which another repair shop we went to prior had found. When I asked about the oil leak and why they didn't mention this, I was told that I didn't tell them about it so they didn't look at it. Doesn't the diagnostic fee cover looking at everything not just at what the customer says what's wrong with it! They also recommended replacing the alternator which is functioning it just makes a rattling sound from a loose bolt according to them. We definitely won't be going back!

I have been coming to Jacobs service center for years now because I trust that they will not price gouge me for being a woman. They explain every step thoroughly, never speaking down to me or over me like other shops have. They go out of their way to find the best option for parts in a fast time frame. As long as I am in Denver, I will use and recommend Jacobs Service Center!

I own a 1997 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado that had a misfire. I have been chasing a misfire on that truck for a little bit but could not figure it out. This shop was recommended to me by a couple of friends, so I called. They had an appointment within a very reasonable time frame so we scheduled my truck in. I brought it by the night before. They called me the next day with their findings. They seemed very confident that their troubleshooting was correct and quoted me on the repair. I approved it and within a few hours, I got a call back saying my truck was complete and runs well with no misfire. I went by, paid (quote was spot on) and started the vehicle up and drive it away and it drove great! I highly recommend this shop, they did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue and repaired it in record time!

Roger & associates at Jacob's are awesome (and friendly, too). Had a shifter problem, cruise control & brake lights problems w/ 98 Cadillac Deville. They got me back on the road after GM dealers & Aamco refuse to touch it. THANK YOU!!

This place charged me over $1400 for a fuel pump that was never removed. It was verified with a different service center. Jenna, the owner is an scam, and probably not paying her taxes. I caught them in the act!! Ripped me off!!!

Went to Jacobs Auto on S Parker for an oil and filter change on Wednesday. When the guy told me my car was ready I asked if they changed the air filter. He stated. “The air filter didn’t need to be changed”. Does this look like a filter that doesn’t need to be changed? Won’t be going back there anytime soon.
