I needed my brakes replaced and was told I need to pay $600 upfront (through zelle because their card machine was down) to get the parts here so I can have my car work on the following business day. The following business day i dropped off my car at 8am. Then at 3pm I was told the wrong parts were order and the new one will come by 12 noon the following day. The following day I called at 1pm, I was told the parts are not here and give us until 3:30 pm. I showed up to the shop at 3:30pm and the parts were still not there. I was told it will then come end of day. I asked the owner to text or call me when they are physically here. I did not receive a text or call and the following day it still was not there. I requested a full refund and I had to wait 6 hours to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Yahya did an impeccable job on front bumper of my Corolla which had come off. The price is unbeatable and service is excellent. Do check this place before you go anywhere else!

Highly recommend the owner and staff at Jagrover. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and great at explaining problems and concerns. He let me know my problem was caused by the previous mechanic and even took the time out to write a statement and speak with the other mechanic getting me reimbursed. He even saved me money by diagnosing a smaller problem that fixed the initial concern. I will always take my vehicle here now

The owner is so rude Charmed me over 3k for a miner repair When we took the vehicle out of the shop still had the same problem we towed the car back to his shop nicely asked him to fix it back since he had charged use lots money but he refused to fix it or reimburse the tow bill and threatened us to go and do what ever the ….. you want so please avoid this place

This place is wonderful I wish I had known about it sooner as a Jaguar owner. I now own a Maserati and I recently bought it in to Jagrover European for maintenance and the work and customer service was impeccable I Highly recommended. Yaya is one of the Greats. He and his staff will take care of you and your car he will make feel comfortable and he’s very trustworthy 👍🏾

Yaya is so meticulous and truly cares for his customer service and craft. He won’t stop until your car fixed 100%. Highly intellectual and detailed problem solver. I drove 3 hours to fix my suspension on a foreign car. Not a lot of places were able to fix it. The price was great for how much they did and they were also very honest. I would 100% come back again.

I recently moved into the DFW area and with that it's always a little nerve wrecking when trying to find a good trusted Vehicle mechanic shop, especially when working on Land Rover's. I was greeted with the utmost respect and hospitality. They don't make you feel dumb if you don't know something basic about your vehicle, which is a highly underrated statement when dealing with car mechanic shops. Also they detail and clean your vehicle which is a nice gesture when they complete their work, I've never had that service before. I took my 2011 LR4 Discovery in for routine inspection/oil change & fluid top off's. They were also able to diagnose the AC issues the vehicle was experiencing and the suspension which was uneven when idling. (it just needed a simple calibration because I had had a new air compressor installed by a mechanic shop from the state I had previously moved from and they did not do that, leaving my vehicle lopsided and wanted to charge more for additional labor.) In Summary I'm happy to say that I have found my go to Mechanic shop for my Land Rover and my other vehicles that I own for routine Maintenance services and any other repairs. Thanks!

With the most amazing customer service they make the stress of the situation melt away. When we went to this mechanic shop, our car was broken down and it did not work and they helped us repair it very good and thoroughly with a good price and when we received our car back, it was very clean. I highly recommend this place.

A Simply Amazing Repair Shop to bring Your Loved Vehicle to. The Aproach from the Owner and His Lady is Autstanding. Very Caring, Understanding. I got here this Morning trying to keep a Smile on my Face. YaYa made sure it will stay for a while . I assumed I had to leave my Jaguar here for Day's to get it fixed, it only took a few Hrs for YaYa and His Team to complete and get me back on the Road ASAP.
