If you Want to get your vehicle damage take it to Jaime he doesn't take Any Responsability whatsoever once you take your vehicle he does The more horrible Garbage job doesn't now what he is doing he almost damage my jeep wrangler motor it doesn't matter how much but my car cost me 20,000 for this person to damage your car And don take Responsability the auto parts he uses for cars when he could get the dealer ones he gets them from autozone And charges you for dealer parts The harmonic balance is one of the most important part of a car And he install the wrong parts he force the parts in and out treating cars like Garbage had to repay another mechanic for the slooooooooopy job he did I show my mechanic the receipt of what jaime charge me he says hes charging more than dealer And stilll treats your vehicle really bad but not doing the job good the worst of the worst he just offer only a part of the auto part he install he chargee 800 did the job wrong AMD only responded with 170 which was the part cost whaaaaaaatttt after I had to pay to get my car fix for something I paid Jaime to fix if you Want to get scammed And Robed Go To Jaime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking my two vehicles to Jaime for routine service for over 5-years. With his help I've managed to keep my vehicle running to 200k miles with routine maintenance. Vehicles are done promptly and Jaime and his team are excellent at communicating timelines and cost up front.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, nowadays. Not here. I don't know anybody who works at, or is an owner at Jaimes, but I like to compare prices when it come to mechanics. NO ONE, ever beats their price quotes, and bills usually come in under than their original quote. Plus, I never have had another problem soon after leaving with my car, so,I would bring my,car back and pay more to get that problem fixed (if you've dealt with shady mechanics, you know what I'm talking about). If you want a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend Jaimes. That's saying a,mouthful when it come to mechanics. Keep up,the good work guys, and you'll always have my business!!! Update 2023. Had a fuel leak and brought to Jaimes to fix. They did their work and returned car back to me next day. 3 days later, fuel started leaking again at work, which is 35miles from them. Couldnt make it home, gas was leaking so bad. Called them, told them what happened. They came out right away, towed my car back to the shop and fixed it, no charge. It was a loose clip on gas filter. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while, and thats understandable. Getting my car tomorrow. Thanks for taking care of the problem. Sending my daughter up there next week for her oil change.

I never thought I would have to write a bad review for Jaime, I can say allot of the bad reviews people have wrote on here, it has happened to me, from leaving hoses or any part loose or not connected, I'm not a mechanic by trade my dad is, but he is older and I don't want to bother him, but I picked up on allot and i am capable of doing somethings small, I just don't do mechanical work with that requires days of work, I don't have a garage to put my vehicle in to work on, and I also depend on my vehicle and I need it ASAP. so, with that said i usually correct or finish Jaime's employees' job, the few times that they left somethings unplugged I'm able to fix it, I've call Jaime and let him know, Yes he's offered fix it, if I bring it in, but is just happens to be that I'm far away and I have to fix it right there, otherwise vehicle is not going to run correctly. but this time he disappointed me, I'm old style, I give and hold my word to everything I say or promise, just like one-time Jaime did make a repair for me and gave me a chance and let me pay him in 2 payments with me taking my truck with me, and so i kept my word, i paid Jaime. Jaimes prices are not cheap nor the parts OEM (original) but that's what he charges and at the end of the day its our decision if we want to pay or go somewhere else, I'm a technician by trade and I understand labor is more that the cost of the part 99% of the times. When Jaime opened his repair shop, his prices were really reasonable and Jaime is a good knowledgeable person in his trade, but any errors i don't blame Jaime i blame his mechanics mistake errors whatever should not happen but sometimes it is out Jaimes hands & i get that. But going back to my reason of why I'm disappointed is because he is not a man of his word, when he called me in the morning letting me know they could not duplicate the issues of the bad acceleration, I asked him and told that's fine ill wait, but since he had my truck I let him know that my radiator was leaking, & to just confirm it and let me know how much that was going to cost met. he called me to give me my "diagnosis" and gave me a price of $545.00, which again I know its $150.00-for a radiator & came to cost me 535.00 with labor and i get but i needed done any who I let him know to proceed with the repairs, I'm then notified it was ready to be picked up, to my surprise when the lady charged me it was a $100 MORE $648.00 to be exact, I questioned it and she calls Jaime, and his reason is i forgot to mention I had pay my mechanic to find the issue. now what upsets me more is i took my vehicle because it was having intermittent issues with acceleration something they never found , so you are saying you are charging me for something you guys did not figure out and as far as my radiator, i already knew it was leaking and i needed a new one jsut needed a quote, so not sure how you are charging me "$100 more for a diagnostic" that you never found also when to my understanding when they give a price everything is included but i guess since i pay for most part what he quotes me on without me questioning him he figures i was going to pay this extra $100 . again, I don't ever wish any one or even a business anything bad, we all deserve blessing but that hit more in the way that I had good faith I had for Jaime. all these negative reviews that I read I'm pretty sure it has some truth to it. and for 10 years that I've used Jaime regardless of his prices it has come to an end with my vehicles!

A pesar del buen servicio me mancharon el auto con tiner o diluyente y no se hicieron cargo del daño que le hicieron a la pintura de mi auto y el encargado solo me dejo hablando solo muy falta de respeto para ellos que dan un servicio no lo recomiendo te haran un daño y nunca se haran cargo

NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR, TENGAN CUIDADO, Pésimo servicio, no me resolvió nada, me cobro carísimo, lo lleve por una falla, me cambio la pieza y después a los 5 días me hizo la misma falla se la lleve y según ahora era otra cosa, el dueño es súper prepotente y grosero, no se hace cargo de nada muy pésimo servicio. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING, BE CAREFUL, Terrible service, it did not solve anything for me, I charge very expensive, I took it for a fault, I changed the piece and then after 5 days he made the same fault he took it and according to now it was something else, the owner is super arrogant and rude, he does not take care of anything very lousy service.

I don't even want to give this place One star, I had spent over $900 to get something prepare 3 months later. Everything that I paid for had to get repaired again. Then I called. I guess I spoke to the owner Jamie himself and he answered the phone like. What do you want me to do like? What do you mean? What do I want you to do I want you to do fix it!. Then I take it into him. He fixes it and then I can't move and die out an hour later so I took it back and he just made my car worse. I don't recommend this place. They're very rude. They don't care they just want your money. The only person that actually cared was the man. In the wheelchair and I appreciate him for actually caring. Or at least showing that he cared thank you sir 🙏

Brought my car in for an oil leak, I was told that it needed an upper and lower intake manifold gasket, and it would be $1475. I picked the car up three days later, and my son and his friend drove it approximately 120 mile away to michigan. When he arrived at his destination he called me and said about three quarters of the way there he started smelling gas. The next day I drove out to where he was at and observed gas pouring out of the gas line just beneath the manifold. I called Jaime who said he would send a tow truck to pick it up and charge me $700 dollars for the tow. I had it towed to a local mechanic who said the gas line wasn't installed properly when the gaskets were replaced. He also said the car could of caught fire from the gas spraying on the hot engine. The new mechanic fixed the car and charged me $200 dollars. I brought the receipt back to Jaime and explained what the mechanic said and asked to be reimbursed since it was his fault. He would not reimburse me, only offer me a credit for future service. I tried to explain to him that I don't want a credit because I don't know when I would need service again, and even if I did I wouldn't bring it back to him. Needless to say I walked out of there with nothing and my $1475 repair cost me $1675. He does not stand behind his work. The attached pictures are of the gas pouring out of the car.

Jamie repaired my tire got me in and out in several minutes. While I was there an unruly customer claiming she was there first when I clearly seen her on the phone sitting in her car. All she had to do was wait a few minutes and she would have been taken care of. I've been there before and he's quick and fair in his prices. Oh well I guess you can't please certain types of people.

Went here for an oil change. Was waiting outside no one came out to assist me. I went in after seeing someone else go in. This was my first time there so I don't know their process. When he said he was taking the other guy first I told him the Owner that I was there first. That didn't matter because the other came inside first. I said look at where my car is parked you can tell I was here first. He didn't care. I would have had to wait no matter being at the physical location first. I don't recommend this business.

Got a oil change and wheel rotation and half my lug nuts were missing and the tire almost fell off. When coming to talk to the owner they were dismissive of how serious this could of been.

They are good for small jobs, other wise classic mechanic moves. If they don't find one place to charge what they want, they'll "find" another problem that your car supposedly has in order to get the original job done, adding to the final cost.

Took my vehicle for a loud muffler/exhaust problem upon starting my car. Ended up being a hole in the catalytic converter due to age. Had my vehicle to them by 830am and had it back before 4pm. Professional, fast, and fair.
