Jake’s Auto was amazing with my car needs! They provided transportation to and from the shop so I could pick up my car as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be using them for all of my auto needs!!

I was appropriately scheduled and serviced an extremely timely manner. They did a thorough inspection and identified the problem in a timely manner. This is the place to take your car or any vehicle for that matter, simply the best.

Marc and his team are great. We’ve taken our vehicles in multiple times and haven’t had to return for the same problem at all. Problem is always fixed the first time. A mechanic shop that is trusted by my entire family.

Came here solely because of the amount of good reviews. I dropped my truck off for a simple ball joint replacement. They were very fast with the replacement and had impeccable communication. However when checking my tires days after service, not just 1 or 2 but 4/5 lugnuts were not completely secured. They could have easily been twisted off. This is absolutely insane and unbelievable. A customer shouldn’t have to remind the mechanic to double check their service or to secure LUGNUTS properly. This is basic common sense. This could have been detrimental to not only me as a customer but to this business. Hope this brings some awareness to the shop!

An honest Automotive Shop is often hard to find. Marc is honest and tells me a repair is not necessary even when another shop gave me a high estimate. Trust him and his talented techs.

At another mechanic during a routine oil change I was quoted several thousand dollars for work that I wasn’t sure was immediately necessary. I read great reviews for Jake’s and took my vehicle in for a second opinion. A few items were needed but not all, and price was more competitive. I have been in a few times over the last year for aging vehicle issues and am continually impressed by the straightforward answers and no nonsense approach to issues with my car. It’s running great and when it isn’t, I will be back here.

Fantastic experience! I myself own and operate a repair shop in Colorado but my daughter is in Phoenix for college at GCU. Her vehicle needed brakes and we picked thus shop based on reviews and location. Very professional and pricing was less than I expected even as a fellow shop owner. Would highly recommend!!

I have been going to Jake's Auto for two years now, they are an honest company. I took my car in for a second opinion after being told at Midas that my 2017 Toyota needed repairs equaling out to over $2,500. However, this was not the case at all. I went to Jake's and they took care of me. What I was told at Midas was complete lie and they were trying to take advantage of me. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else besides Jake's auto. Don't get scammed by other Auto repair shops.

In the past 6 weeks we have brought 3 deferent trucks in for service and repairs. 2 of them required ingenious methods to fix. Even with problems they put out a great product!!! Thanks John/Serkland Pool Service 5 star service

Jakes Auto Repair is fantastic. Being new in town I didn’t know where to take my CT6 other than the Cadillac dealership. My daughter recommended Jakes. Marc and the crew did an excellent job, now she’s running as she should. It was a major job replacing the front transfer case and drive shaft. They repaired it at a reasonable price. I will continue to take my vehicles there for routine and any other maintenance requirements. Thanks Marc

Went into Jake’s Auto repair and asked if they did free AC inspection , the guy replied by saying no with a nasty attitude , I ignored and proceeded to ask the price to get it checked out which he said it would cost $199 just to look and see what’s the issue,(no maintenance being done , not even the decency to ask what was taking place with the AC ), if that’s their price so be it but the guy seem to have a very nasty and unprofessional attitude to begin with , even if I was willing to spend my money there , he just turned me completely off.

Wonderful 👍 place to take care of car repair needs!!! The dealership couldn't fix my car for 2 MONTHS!!! I was so upset BUT talking to Marc I felt very confident in his and his workers abilities and then the very next day my car was FIXED!! And runs perfectly!!!!!!! I'll NEVER go back to the dealership and from now on take my car to Jake's Auto repair!👍😁👍😁🙏

Great service. Had my truck in their shop 3 times. Would give 5 star but it's almost impossible to get ahold of them when calling. I have to walk to the shop each time.

I have been coming to Jake's Auto repair for over 20 years. I though when Bill retired and sold this business , the service would not be the same. I am m more than satisfied that Mark has kept up the same great service. This is one auto service business you can trust to do excellent work on your auto. I recently had my transmission replaced here. I’ve been a customer @ Jake’s Auto for > than 5 years. I’ve never had a problem with any service or repairs that were done. So though this was a big expense to me, I felt confident that I was being treated fairly & honestly. I don’t expect any trouble. My car runs beautifully!! E Friesen

The ONLY auto shop I feel safe and comfortable going to. As a young girl who moved to Arizona with no family around, it was hard finding someone to trust and who won’t take advantage of my situation. Marc is like a dad to everyone who steps foot in his shop and will provide help and guidance at any time of the day.
