They were very quick and extremely knowledgeable in diagnosis what my truck needed, Romeo was professional and helpful, my daughter suggested this place because they had did an excellent job on her vehicle, so In turn definitely recommend this shop!! Prices are fair as well!!

Brought my Honda accord here to get fixed. The issue was that the water pump needed to be replaced. They had the car for about a day. When I came to pick up my car, the person at the front desk apologized for the “long wait” & that it was busy. I had no problem with that! I think the prices are reasonable as well. I will be coming back.

This place is horrible. The gentleman told me I could park my car in front of the shop and then I got my car towed the next morning. This place is horrible. You tell your customers one thing but then the outcome is different. You guys should have reimbursed me for my $175. If your worker there would have been more truthful I would not have parked my car there overnight was this doesn’t make to do that, you guys need to have better communication skills and stop lying to your customers

Been to this shop 3 times and they just seem to not be trust worthy. I asked him to do a specific thing to my car and I came with part in hand…. He did it and then stated I didn’t need it! Whaaat?! “I said why did you do it then?” He said, “because you told me to.” As a professional, it’s then your responsibility to say, even though you think you need that done, you really don’t! Then further explain, i can do it , but you will be wasting your money because it’s not needed. Period! Then I can make an informed decision to proceed with the work or not. He charged me for something after the fact I didn’t need. This ruins his business reputation! Imagine I go to a doctor and asked him to do something he know I don’t need! He proceeds to do it anyway, instead of clearly explaining I can’t do that because I could lose my license and your health could be affected adversely etc. Very money hungry and unprofessional! So disappointed!

Greatest mechanic on the Southside. Romeo keeps all of my cars going and always tells me the truth about repairs. Still doing great work , just needs to clone himself to help everyone. I still take my cars to my man and he never disappoints!

I took my lady’s Camaro there to have work done on the A/C. The owner told me that another employee took parts off to see what the problem was and I was told that to fix it he would have to take off the entire dash which would be 12 hours of labor for $1100. I told him I would come pick it up. I took it for a second opinion and was told I’m missing parts. I go back to Romero at Jalisco and he told me sorry I forgot. Then lied and told me he called me to let me know his employee forgot to put it on. Incompetence and totally unprofessional. So I would’ve had to buy another part that he didn’t put back and his attitude was “so what you want me to do? Won’t go back and not recommending Jalisco to anyone.

My car broke on the way to work. They were able to look at my BMW right away, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and had it fixed by the end of the day. Would recommend.

Rip-off artists. Had my daughter's Audi A4 for 2 days, never ran a diagnostic to see why the EPC light was on. Told me that repairs would start around $1800. When I asked where they got that number from, he said that "there's a lot wrong with the car, it has 250k miles on . I told him that the engine might have 30k miles on it since it was rebuild in 2019 and that I was sending a tow truck to get it since they hadn't diagnosed it but was trying to quote a price. He then told me it would cost me $100 for storage - $50/day. Beware of this place. If you diagnosed the car and charge $120 for a diagnostic test, bill for the diagnostic and show me the written estimate based off of what was found. Don't lie and then bill for a bogus charge and give a bogus estimate.

Romeo is a great mechanic. I left him my car. Filled out a quick sheet and he called like less than hour later explaining what was going on and also gave me some options. Couple hours later he calls and tells me it's ready and is honest on his work and price. Muy bien mecánico, les recomiendo a Romeo. Le deje mi carro. Completé una hoja rápida y me llamó menos de una hora después para explicarme lo que estaba pasando y también me dio algunas opciones. Un par de horas después me llama y me dice que está listo, es honesto sobre su trabajo y precio.

The most honest and cheapest mechanic I have been to, will always come here. All the bad reviews are from people who have expensive cars , tbh if your driving a car that expensive and don’t have the money to fix it you shouldn’t be driving it. There’s even a guy here who asked how much to fill a tire with air. Why the heck are you trying to pay someone to put air in your tires when you can do it for free, and then give a bad review because it’s cost 5 bucks. Come on bro.
