❌❌TERRIBLE SERVICE❌❌ Vatos no saben hacer su trabajo, huevones pa trabajar no saben hacer nada, me rayaron mis rines q cuestan 1000 cada uno y dieneron q no les tome video antes y después y así dicen q no todavía no vengan aquí

I went in for a tire rotation and Vicente told me I had to get my rotors replaced, At first, I was a bit skeptical since I barely got the car in January, but decided to trust him because I've heard good things about the shop. So I bought the rotors and brakes, and when I went in to have them changed out, I couldn't believe that my brakes almost didn't exist. The rotors were rusted beyond belief and the brakes only had a few miles¡ left. He definitely saved my car all for the courtesy of checking. (photos attached) Edit: rotors and brakes installation are fine, but found out that tires were rotated incorrectly, were rotated criss-cross, instead of the correct front to back.
