Do not trust them!!! Brought my car here after I had a tire blowout and hit a wall that broke my rim. I needed the car to be stable to go out of state to pick up my daughter. Had them mount a new tire on a new rim. Made it very clear I needed the pressure sensor moved over to the new rim. They did not do that. Asked them to check out my front suspension to make sure hitting the wall did not leave any damage and to check the front headlight as it was not working. Got a call that my car was ready. Was told everything was in good shape. Drove away and noticed that my car was severely rumbling. Immediately brought it to another shop. The other shop found my tie rod bent, sub frame bent, Cv axle damaged among other things. Over $5000 worth of damage that insurance is going to cover. But how do you miss that much stuff. How can you in good conscience allow someone on the rode with a damaged vehicle. Was told it’s under warranty bring it back. Yes I want to bring my car back to a place that blatantly missed so much damage. I hope they don’t take this same stance in their coffee shop business.

I gave them one star because the owner talks a great game!!! This shop supposedly tested my vehicle diagnostically. I was charged and after one day the problem returned! I just want to say… they are money hungry, inexperienced and dishonest. Please Please don’t take your car there. Sincerely!!!

Just wanted new customers and old alike know these are dishonest people who work here. They charge u for something else and still doesn't fix the initial problem. They lie take your money . They need to b investigated I'm sure they have other complaints . Better business bureau please step in. Rip offs

Best service I ever had , in 2002 I was driving from Wisconsin to Cleveland and smoke started coming out of my van going up the Skyway bridge I made it to the Top and started going down losing power. From the skyway on the right I spotted Jalpa's Auto Repair there was an exit on the right so I turned off made an Illegal right turn and into Jalpa's on the left. It was late and the could not fix it until they got the part in the morning. There was no Hotel near so they loaned me there service van and told me where a hotel was. The had it fixed by 1pm the next day . Wonderful people, I remember there was a photo of the owner with George Bush on the wall.

Nice man but highly disappointed his mechanic did not succeed with repairs on my vehicle had to bring it back numerous times hate to give a bad review but over a month of back and forth such an inconvenience not having my vehicle fir transportation

I love this place. He always checks to make sure what the problem is before he works on it. Always gives you the correct pricing and make sure the price is good for you before working on your car. He is very professional reasonable, always does a great job. Always put everything back in place. Unlike other mechanics they want to rush thru stuff and leave stuff half way done.

My car was very close to overheating and so I pulled off the highway and into Jalpa. They were very nice to me (and my two dogs) letting us sit inside while they took a look. They diagnosed it correctly - a bad temp gauge - but didn’t have the part. I had it towed to another shop. They were honest, correct and kind - and I very much appreciate that.
