I called to get a price for a tune up on my Mirage. The man asked me, “What’s a Mirage?” It’s a Mitsubishi that’s sixth generation, bro, first one made in 1978. I told him I needed a quote for a tune up. He asked me why I thought I needed a tune up. I told him the car had 97k miles on it and never had one yet, MPG was down. He said, okay, what’s a tune up? I couldn’t make this stuff up. I said, spark plugs? I don’t know, are you a mechanic? Then he said he’d have to call me back and he hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking if he needed my name and phone number. I called another place, took 30 seconds to quote this service and it’s booked for Wednesday. I can’t believe you have a 5 star rating and have been in business for as long as it says you have. Seriously. What the Hot Place? Edit: When I’ve had complaints in the past, the business owner fixes the problem, they don’t make excuses and gaslight. You never got my phone number, a point you don’t argue, and no one ever called me back. So whatever.

Doug and Cole was the Best they went and looked at my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail-hawk my car had stop working running , running hot , leaking Antifreeze. This place is great. I needed to get safety and emissions to register/title a 2011 M3 and get emissions for our two other vehicles (2016 Grand Cherokee and 2020 Suburban) for renewals. All other places were booked 2-3 weeks out. Doug and Cole got us in in a day! Had some additional work performed on the Jeep. They did good work at a fair price. This is my new go to spot.

Because of concerns regarding potential recalls, I took my newly purchased (old) vehicle to the dealership and they completed the most urgent service item. The following week I came to Jammin J for tires because it’s close to my office. Before any work was done the vehicle was given a thorough inspection, with a report that was far more detailed than what I received from the dealer. This shop was upfront about the condition of my old car and made sure I was aware of all the relevant factors in deciding which items to tackle - just much more helpful than my first service experience. I’ll be back soon and will also use them for tires on wife’s vehicle…blah blah - I’m very satisfied!

I found this car shop based on the reviews, so I had to come check it out for myself and I let's just say 10/10 I wasn't disappointed. The staff are nice and communicates everything you need to know in a timely manner! It's nice and clean. Their super honest about what needs to be done this week would be my 3rd time visiting first visit was just a safety and emissions it went great second visit I came in for a diagnostic test and it went great as well my third visit would be actually getting service done and I know I won't be disappointed just based off everyone else experience seen like the staff actually cares about the customers which is always a plus.

This is the best place for car repairs; they are thoughtful, thorough, , polite, and they communicate well. They have loaner cars to use, or they will often drop you off or pick you up as needed. Today, I broke down on the side of the highway (to no fault of theirs) and I called them. They recommended a tow truck service (Asset Towing-which was also wonderful) and they said they would get me in right away. I borrowed one of their cars, and a few hours later I saw my car pull into my work. The owner came in, explained what was wrong, did not charge me for the fix, and reimbursed me for my tow! Sometimes people really can be kind. Boy, I needed that today! THANK YOU!

My experience to be honest took me and my wife by surprise in a good way. Our service rep Cole was amazing. He was kind, fair and so up front with accurate information. He made an unpleasant situation ( car issues) tolerable and didn’t pile on more frustrations. Our car was ready in a reasonable amount of time and we are now customers of Jammin J’s.

Did a lot of research to find a reputable shop in the area. I wanted to get some custom exhaust work done, and I came across Jammin J’s. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. I plan on using them for all of my vehicle’s scheduled maintenance in the future. If you are looking for a honest shop that truly cares about its customers this is the place to go.

Honestly, super great shop. I originally chose it because it was close to my place of work, but then they were some of the nicest people I've met. They give me honesty every time, answer all of my questions and really good at letting me know what they recommend getting fixed and when it would be good when I ask. I always get my car back in a super reasonable time and it's always a good price. I will always recommend them to people all the time.

Absolutely killer staff and technicians at this shop. They are extremely thorough and kind. Came in for a previously diagnosed blown head gasket, which turned out to be something completely different. They texted a link with pictures of each part checked, and detailed notes of what needed to be repaired, which I thought was a super cool touch. Highly recommend anyone come here if they are looking for a good shop that you can trust and feel comfortable at.

I had a relatively simple check up, but nobody could get us in for at least a week. These guys got us set up with an appointment less than 48 hours after I called. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were ready to go when I showed up a few minutes early, and had me out of there in about 20 minutes. I had never heard of Jammin' J until I did an internet search, but I am now a fan and look forward to using them for future repairs or anything with my (aging) cars.

This place is AMAZING. They are fast and thorough and honest! It has been a long time since I received the high quality customer service that Cole gave me!! Not only was he kind and genuinely caring of my situation, he also answered all of my questions and told me so much more that Jammin’ J offers. We even got into a little small talk. All of this happened right before closing and not once did he seem rushed. Thank you Jammin J and Cole. I will be back for all routine maintenance and if I have an issue!!
