I highly recommend this Auto care facility! The efficiently and accurately diagnosed and repaired my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder . They are very customer oriented and caring. They also were able to diagnose an ongoing issue that two other Auto Repair facilities and a Dealership were unable to resolve

J.A.C. really understands "Customer Service". Sam and his team are genuine professionals who treat you and your vehicle as if you were family; each time I take my vehicle in for service, it not only receives the proper service, but a complete safety check and road check are performed. Prior to any serious/costly work, Sam discusses the options with me. If while performing the authorized work additional problems are discovered, Sam calls me to explain further options and related costs, so that I can decide to proceed or not. Any time parts are replaced on my Subaru, they will be laid out for my edification before settling up my account and receiving my vehicle back. J.A.C. has maintained my Subaru for nearly 10 years; on a scale of 0 to 5 stars, I would give them a 6.

The quick response to my cars problems was great and put me in the position to make an informed decision on my next move. Waiting to find out what the problem was is always the worst part but Chris was quick and direct with a call and plan. I would return there every time.

These guys are solid. Amazing customer service. Have an older Lexus with the 2 rear windows taped up. John went out of his way and took care of it for us. Windows work now, no more tape. We'll be back to have the suspension and engine work done next.

We were having electrical/head-unit issues. John identified a short that appears to be the root cause and completed the necessary work promptly. The bill was less than the original estimate, which is pretty unusual to see and a nice surprise, much appreciated. Will take the car to him again in the future.

I was referred by AAA when I lost the power steering in my car, a block from home. My first thought, the alternator, which also meant the battery. John must have sensed the sound of cash registers going off in my head. He answered my questions and concerns and worked out a plan for me. I am a female senior citizen, on a fixed income. I also was able to replace the spark plugs and brake fluid! I'm up and running, back on the road! In an age which seems to be getting money hungry, it's comforting to know that there is good out there. You are honest and fair and I am a grateful customer for life! Thank you John and Japanese Auto!

Jimmy the main man happens to be a veteran and a wonderful human being. And I can say the same thing about John except that to my knowledge, he is not a veteran (not that there is anything wrong with that). I would say that my situation is a little bit more special than most; however, I will be a paying customer of their for the rest of my life. The expertise of the shop and it's sister shop. European autocare are amazing and their rates are very reasonable. Jimmy and John.... I am forever in your debt!! Gabe

My car had an issue starting one night and prompted me to take it to the shop and check it out. I called before I went, the staff was super friendly. He was trying to understand my issue and provided the diagnose within 20 minutes.it turns out just a battery issue. I was able to pick up my car within a couple hours. He also offered me a discount on the labor. Overall, even with their busy schedule, I received a really honest and personal service with a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this place to other car owners.

Just had a great customer service experience with Sybil, who had my previous visit information while she received my visit info. Nick the service advisor related all the info his tech gave him, and let me know the health of my 2005 Tacoma, showed me what his technician had experienced, and gave me a direction for future visits. He was open to my questions & input & concerns

was trying to troubleshoot/fix a headlight issue (Acura MDX); they took the time to talk me through all the options and possible outcomes over the phone; then were very accommodating as I had to adjust schedule a few times to get the car due to other schedule conflicts that came up. When I took it in, they were prompt and on time. They fixed the problem and more importantly, their customer service was second to none. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the area with a Japanese mfg vehicle!

My first time ever bringing my baby (2017 Camaro RS) to any mechanic for work and I was so nervous. Jimmy and staff were amazing! very knowledgeable, easily accessible if I had questions.. which I had a lot. Super patient with me! And a GREAT turn around time, my car was ready to go in half the time I expected. My car runs beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely will be returning if she needs any more work.
